Large Antique Handmade COPPER LADLE- Primitive Hand Made This is a wonderfully made large handmade copper ladle. The bowl is 6 inches diameter across at the top. 4 inches deep and 4 inches diameter on the bottom. The handle is 14” long and has a hook so it can hang. The hand hammered bowl has a large pour spout as well. This ladle is beautifully hand wrought bowl is solid copper and the iron handle. With a hanging hook, is riveted to the bowl with old rivets. This is a brilliant piece of copper crafting and a wonderful item for a country kitchen or a collection of copper utensils. We acquired this from exquisite estate in one of the oldest communities on Long Island. Many of the pieces we obtained from this estate are original to the 1800s. Early 19th c. antique handmade copper tea caddy
Early antique handmade copper tea caddy I happen to love old copper and brass pieces that have that feel of satin from having been polished over and over and over. This sweet little tea caddy is possibly very old. It measures 5-1/4” tall 4-1/2” wide and 3-1/2” deep. It has some marks on the bottom– the number 12 in the middle and near the edge. The number 3 with the initials JM under the 3. There are also letters scratched into the bottom but they may have been added later. Possibly even scratched by a child. Hard to tell. Condition: Although this has quite a few dents to the surface including bends to the bottom rim and the edges around the top. It still looks good. But be aware that there are lots of dents and dings to this piece. this is a stunning antique large handmade copper and iron food heater warmer with stand and burners. it is Swiss made and signed at the bottom of the pot"Alla Monda" the pot is very large and made from thick copper with a great hand hammered finish. has thick copper handles on the sides and on the lid which all have great hand engraved detail. they are hand riveted to the pot with heavy duty copper rivets. the lid has a domed shape and sits nicely over the bottom pot. the pot has a great patina from age and is a heavy piece. it has a great wrought iron footed stand with swirled legs and 3 slots for burners. it was made this way to be able to use two burners at one for high heat or just to use on in the middle for low heat. the burners are also made from thick copper and have a hammered finish and have handled lids. the other handle ... morethat is connected to the burner turns and opens and closes the holes on the siders to control flame and heat. the inside of the burners contain basically one large wick and after adding fluid will light up perfectly. the burners sit nicely recessed into the base and sit off of the surface it sits. it is in good shape with no dents or pieces missing and has a great patina from age, it measures 18 1/2 inches long by 9 3/4 inches tall by 11 inches wide. great extremely rare one of a kind piece. Incredible. Antique copper tea kettle. It is hand forged with handmade rivets. This would make a great display piece. Shows wear, there is a small hole on the bottom from use(see picture#11) and deposits on the inside from hard water. This kettle was definitely used and is definitely old. There is a mark on the bottom, but it is pretty well worn off(see picture#12) I am guessing the piece is from the early 1900's. The kettle measures 5 1/8 inches round and about 9 1/2 inches tall with the handle. Please zoom in on the photos to see the condition of this amazing piece. What a find! Very nice copper boiler in very good hard to find condition. It is all hand made of heavy gauge solid copper. Weighs 19 pounds 11 ounces. Much heaver than almost all boilers. Measures 16" tall and 18" handle height, 21&1/2" long with a 24" handle width, and it is 11" wide. The images show the hand made quality with the peened rivets, and the hand cut seams. No real dents.you just do not see this fine. No reserve.

Up for your consideration is a great old copper bowl! I am not sure exactly how old it is. I inherited it from my boyfriend's grandmother. God bless her. I know that she kept it for many years and it was in a pile of other items that belonged to her mother, which would take us to around the early 1900's. I have not gotten it appraised so I do not know for sure, but I am sure that its old. 4 Antique 1800's Handmade ( thick ) Copper/Brass Measuring Pans/Cups
5" Antique 19th century handmade copper and brass measuring pans. They are made from thick copper and brass and are high quality pieces. They measure 1/4 cup. 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup, and 1 cup. The handles are made from solid brass and has circled ends for hanging. The pans have a pouring spout on the top edge. The handles are hand riveted to the pot with large copper rivets. They have acquired a wonderful patina from age and have a great silver lining. The largest measures 7 inches long by 3 inches in diameter. They are all in great antique shape with no dents or bends.

This antique large copper kettle was originally owned by a WWII Nazi concentration camp survivor. She states that this kettle was handmade for her from Indonesia. Pre WWII. The kettle measures approx. 9 1/2" in diameter. 13 1/2" handle to spout, 8 3/4" to the top of the lid, and 10 3/4" to the top of the handle. Beautiful tin lined copper pot with detailed handle. And stitched pattern seams that I have not seen on the other pots listed.not sure if they mean it is older or not, but they are beautiful either way. The seams are the same on the sides and bottom too. The ends of the handle have snake heads which seems unusual too! There is also a link hanging from the handle.not sure what purpose that served. Antique handmade bowl. Hammered copper. Approx 8.5 inches across the top rim. Approx 4 inches tall. Medium. Estimating from the 1800's. One ring and clasp on one side. Shows some wear or markings from age. Patina etc. I did not do anything to it. No washing or polishing. Sold as I got it as shown. Hammer marks can be seen. Some time was taken to make this. Bottom has dent as shown in photos. But I do not see any cracks. A great piece of family history from the people I got it from. Antique Handmade Copper/Brass Tray Coffee Table with Mother Pearl Decorated Legs
The table legs and platter look to be hand made and are in good condition. The wood looks to be very old and does show signs of wear. Some of the mother of pearl has fallen away and some of the adhesive has cracking in it. There may be a chip in the wood here and there. Also one of the legs may have a crack near the bottom but it appears to be a knot in wood. I took close up pictures of these condition issues on the table legs please see them. The legs are sturdy and still have lots of life ahead of them. The platter looks to be either copper or brass and has an aged patina on it. The edge has some bending and could easily be fixed if so desired. There may also be some minor denting. There is some spotty green oxidation here and there. The top of the platter looks to be hand engraved with an egyptian theme. I used a 12 FL. OZ. soda can to ... morehelp scale the size it is not included. The platter has a diameter of approx 28 inches and the table stands approx 18 inches tall. The metal I describe as brass or copper does not attract a magnet. I did not do any further tests or analysis to confirm what kind of metal it is. I will probably have to ship this item in two separate packages. This is a stunning antique lot of 3 handmade copper and brass Mexican shot glasses. they were made in Mexico and has a very heavily embossed brass Myan calandar on the face of each. it is very detailed for such a small area. they are made from thick copper and the inside is beautifully silver lined. it has a great circular base and a great shaft. they are all in great shape and each measures 2 7/8 inches by 1 7/8 inches. nice rare set.
