The small to mid size, flag or banner measures approximately 22" by 32" It is printed on a thin linen or cotton material. The edge is sewn on the hoist side so that it looks like it was meant to be waved on a stick, so perhaps a parade flag. The condition is about very good. There is some minor fading of the green and red, and white panel has some light toning and staining. Still has nice color. It has some wrinkling, and minor fraying at one corner.
