There are several different styles here. Half of them extend out about 3” from the wall when threaded in. Some may have corrosion or paint specks in places. And 6 matching ones would screw into a ceiling or shelf for hanging items from. They are galvanized or chromed finish. They extend out about 2” when threaded in. These come apart with a central screw that is part of the design, last photos. Detailed scrollwork with heraldic theme of shields and plumed helmets. Measure 9" at widest point and 7" at tallest. The depth to the mounting screw is 2.5" screw extends another 1.5" with nut for securing. 2 racks weigh almost 3 pounds. Antique Cast Iron Double Hook, for Coat Hat Robe, has Acorn Tips & Screw back
This is an old cast iron coat hook. This antique hook has two acorn shaped tips and a screw back. It has lost some of its original black japanned finish over the years. It is about 3 7/8 inches long overall. The screw part is 11/16 inches long. This hook was made with a mold that shows the cross hatching on the acorn tips.
