Ancient Pottery Sherd excavated from the Biblical city of Megiddo in Israel
Years ago I worked on a documentary video shoot at Tel Megiddo in Israel. I filmed the lead archeologists. Israel Finklestein and David Ussishkin along with their team of diggers doing their amazing work. I made a friend in an archeology student from Stanford who upon my departure gifted me with 10 pottery sherd handle pieces excavated in their dig.
