Very Rare Gustav Stickley custom small server like #802 Ellis signed finish org
Very ra re. Possibly one of a kind, Gustav Stickley/ Har vey Ellis custom( special order) vers ion of the model# 802 server. The number 802 can be found hand written in graphite in three places. Along with the abrevi ation of"Spl" special) for special orde r. In over 25 years specializing in furniture from the Arts& Craft Movement. Stickley era, we have never before seen this sweet form on the market or in catalogues. It may have been a prototype, custom ordered piece or simply a very rare uncatalogued form. It is basically the single drawer version of the very successful design, model#802 two-drawer Gustav Stickley server. The overhanging top, dramatic arch under the drawers, the extended sides and the tapered legs create a beautiful and graceful form. This diminutive server/ tall stand requires very little floor space and ... morewould complement any room in a Craftsman Bungalow or Stickley collection. Due to it's height, it will lend itself well as a nightstand with many of today's higher beds. Measures approximately 37" tall by 24 1/2" wide by 17 1/2" deep. It retains it' original finish and beautiful patina, original hand hammered copper pull retains a patina particularly rich in color. There is a repair, as shown, on the inside of one side& to the backing board behind the drawer on the reverse, light finish enhancement to the top. Signed with the firms red decal& a remnant of the paper label. The cursive"Spl" abreviation for"special" appears more like"Shl" During the early 1900's a cursive"p" was written open in the manner that an"h" is written today. Please view our feedback record of 842. 100% positive, and bid with confidence. We offer an unconditional guarantee& return policy. If you live near our Pasadena shop, or near our workshop in Santa Rosa, Ca. we can arrange viewing of the piece in person. Arts & Crafts / Mission Oak Slag glass table Lamp./stickley, Limbert Era all Org
~~ Arts& Crafts Table Lamp base ~~ no shade What a great estate find! Have you ever seen a Arts& Crafts Oak base with slag glass in this design? there are plenty of the all oak bases with out slag glass& also the metal arts& crafts Lamps this design have the slag glass base. So if your after the special one, this is for you. everything on this lamp base is Org. except I replaced the wiring& cord. Look at the great metal work on the shade supports& the Original multiple color swirl Slag glass surround by the Org. finish Oak base. This lamp base proudly stands 15" tall& a wing span of 11" for your shade.the arched feet of the base spread across 7 1/2" side to side. This base has not been messed with or taken apart. So I would say It has the Org glass. One side has the similar one on the opposite side ... moreit almost looks light colored(faded)but the wood is not faded& is still dark. So that's why I put a picture of the inside. For viewing all 4 pieces.the only way to change the glass is to completely take apart the base, which if you look at all the bottom corners it shows that it hasn't been taken apart. 2 out of the 4 metal shade holders have a little piece of wood they mount on& are loose. Came loose from age& just need a little glue to secure them. There are pictures of all 4 side& 1 picture of the little loose piece the has the shade screwed to it added to the very end of the picture slideshow. I will wrap your base extra carefully with lots of bubble wrap for a safe& secure long trip to you. Thank you!
Signed Limbert mission oak stickley era table top double oval size
I'm sure someone can use this! I believe this to be the top of a Limbert double oval table model#138. This is for the top only. No base, no more pieces, just the top. See the pics, it is signed with the limbert brand, and splined as well. The dimensions are 36" wide, and just shy of 48" long. These are the exact dimensions of the double oval in the catalog reprints. The finish has been stripped and there is a minor seam separation in the center of the top as well. See pics. Easily restorable Flat rate shipping will be $85 via ups to the lower 48 states. If interested in a buy it now. Please send offer.
Antique Roycroft Modeled Leather Wastebasket Arts & Crafts Mission Stickley Era
I am pleased to offer this antique Roycroft modeled leather wastebasket. I think this is a rare Roycroft accessory. I have seen pictures in a catalog and in magazine ads. But could not find another that sold at auction, while searching the net. This piece is circa 1910. I found a copy of an ad for what I believe is this exact basket, which was in a FRA magazine from 1913. This is fresh from a Maine Estate, and measures about 15" tall, and 9" in diameter. I would consider the condition to be in good condition, but with a little work could certainly be improved. The leather is very presentable. It has some scuffs, chaffing, with minor staining, lifting and chipping at the seam. When I got this I noticed that at some point the basket had been switched upside down, and the bottom had been nailed to the top. I was able to remove the ... morewooden piece with little damage. What you are left with is 2 small nails that need to be punched through. There are 3 other tiny holes where the nails were removed. The bottom piece is now only friction fit, and will need to be properly secured. Nearly all the leather is gone from the inside edge, so you may wish to replace that. Other than that a good cleaning and conditioning is all that is needed. Please view all pictures in my description, as there are more than the 12 provided by ebay. Great potential! Many pics will tell the story. Kindly email any specific questions, comments or need for additional photos. I am happy to combine purchases to save you on shipping. U.S. BIDDERS ONLY! Stickley Rocker Mission Oak Signed Antique
This must be the season for chairs. We are offering a gem of a rocker to you that is tough for us to part with. This one is a Stickley Brothers#790 rocker. This form is very hard to find. We are glad it turned up and we gladly restored it. It is in excellent overall condition. And has very well matched new leather upholstery. The measurements are 36 inches tall, 27 1/2 outside arm, and 16 inches seat to floor. It has a great fumed oak color and grain, retains its brass Quaint Furniture tag. Also a great chair for someone just starting out, as it is as comfortable as it is useful. The chair has a few dings and scratches and a very small section of the arm that is not perfect, but it is in used, ... morenot abused condition. It is sturdy and solid, and lots of life left to offer comfort and enjoyment for years to come. Gustav Stickley Craftsman Workshop Interiors Furnishing
What is Wrought in The Craftsman Workshops” Published by Turn of the Century Editions in 1997. DISCUSSION: First published by Gustav Stickley in 1904. This is a rare and important contemporary explanation of the American Arts and Crafts Movement. This facsimile was originally produced by John Crosby Freeman of the American Life Foundation in 1982. The text by Gustav Stickley sets forth his philosophy of art, architecture, and interior design and decoration, enabling a greater understanding of the man and his life’s work. The influence of Harvey Ellis on Gustav Stickley’s early works can be seen in many of the furniture sketches and room schemes. Craftsman Homes and More Craftsman Homes, this book is Stickley's well-illustrated 1913 catalogue offering his company's real estate services to subscribers of The Craftsman magazine. The book describes the architectural, real estate(buying and selling) and agricultural and landscape services offered and provides a number of floorplans for houses and bungalows. DISCUSSION: A revised edition of the original compilation of the L. J.G. Stickley Company’s work during the American Arts and Crafts period. Sixteen pages of additional Onondaga Shops drawings and some photos of pieces in private collections have been added. Smoker's Footstool plans. Designed by Charles Limbert. Dimensions: 18W 12D 13H The Smoker's Footstool shown in the picture was made from these plans. These are life size plans of the Arts& Crafts period furnishings I've made over the past 14 years. The dimensions came from either measuring originals or from customers who wanted me to re-create their originals. Actually. When I started making these works I found that most of the plans on the market did not come out as shown on the picture that came with the plans, nor the originals. I'm happy to offer these plans to you in confidence that you will be re-creating the originals as they were made in the 1900's A set of plans include a dimensional cut list. Full scale drawings of the views needed to re-create the piece, drawings of jigs needed, as well as step by step instructions ... moreand notes. Also included are instructions on how to re-create the finishing colors used during the Arts and Crafts Period. As well as a list of products and where to purchase them. This list includes where to buy norhtern quarter sawn white oak lumber, finishing products, authentic copper hardware and everything else you need to re-create these great works. This item ships witin 2 business days. Plans are rolled up in a tube and shipped via USPS.

Liberty & Co. Arts & Crafts Sideboard, Mission/Stickley era. Original Finish
The sideboard is in original finish with the exception of the top surface of the lower section(shown in the first two photos below) The top was badly stained. Both water stains and ink, that I removed the original shellac finish and bleached out the stains. It was restained with a golden oak stain and refinished with several coats of clear shellac and then waxed with a golden oak Bri-wax. The cabinet is made from either white oak or possibly English brown oak. Since we did not sand any of the wood down to bare wood it is hard to tell. I do know it is not red oak based on the grain structure of the flake. The base cabinet is 43" wide by 37-1/8" high by 20-7/8" deep. The two drawers are 19-1/4" wide and 18" deep. The cubby is 19-1/2" wide and 20-1/2" deep by 8-1/4" high. The door is 19-1/2" wide ... moreby 24-3/8 high. The mirror is 35-1/2" by 17-1/2" Overall the top is 61-3/4" wide. 10-5/8" deep by 27-7/8" high. The total height is 65" Both drawer pulls are the same. The door pull may not be the original pull. The lock and key are old but not original to the cabinet. Drawers are of dovetail construction. Ends are made from flat sawn white or English brown oak. There are inlaid flowers above the candle stands on either side of the mirror. The inlays are 1-1/2" by 8" The candle shelves are 6-3/4" square with a clipped corner. 11

Rare Gustav Stickley Octagon Lamp Table, Quartersawn Oak , Original Finish
Offered is a Stickley Mission Table in quartersawn oak and with it's original finish. The red compass decal is somewhat faded and I'm not sure just which of the 3 red decals it is. I believe it to be Gustav Stickley and I have found some of his tables like this but none exactly like this. The Octagon top is original and the decal is on the bottom of the top piece. The legs and cross bars are a simple block design and are pegged with wood. Underneath are crossbars that are cut on the ends at a 45 degree angle and they pass thru the legs. There is normal wear as shown and I don't see any repairs. The legs are not as tight as they could be but are not sloppy either. I have found Stickley octagon tops with legs coming thru or the table is much larger. I have looked all over the web and only found a reproduction of this table. It stands ... more19 1/2 inches tall and is 16 inches across and 17 1/2 across form pointed end to pointed end. I WILL OFFER A 3 DAY MONEY BACK REFUND FROM DAY OF ARRIVAL. MINUS SHIPPING, IF I HAVE MISREPRESENTED THIS TABLE. MUST BE RETURNED IN SAME CONDITION

This is a very unusual mission table by L& J Stickley that was purchased out of a home in New York last week. It came with six matching ... moreL& J Stickley chairs. But there is no label that we can see on the base or the top that identify it, but the base is definitely L& J. The top is unique because it has a skirt on top with little blocks that usually don’t appear on this kind of L& J table. It’s all of tiger sawn oak, and has the traditional flat cutout legs, the tapered extra-wide trunk that is 15 inches wide across the base, and the table top itself is 48 inches round, solid, and is 29.5 inches high. We do not have any leaves with this table, it is untouched right out of the home, and you can see the base in the photos is the same as the L& J Stickley base in the books. Don’t forget to take a look around the rest of the site, and remember that we give a generous freight discount when you purchase multiple items from our site. Call 1.207.314.9621 for details. Leopold Stickley Table Original 1954 Solid Cherry Server Cart with Butler Tray
You are looking at a vintage solid cherry serving table by Leopold Stickley. This is such a fabulous piece and so useful. The table expands and the tray fits in the middle which is great for hosting large parties. Yet it can be closed up when not in use. Plus, it is on wheels and is easy to move around when serving a buffet style meal. The top closed measures 40" x 21" It is 28-1/4" tall. It is in very good condition, but there are some scratches on the top which I have add to the pictures. You can see in the one picture of the complete table top the scratches do not show, but the close up they do. I have not tried to cover them. I will let the lucky new owner of this table fix the marks. I will also be adding a table that folds down and a coffee table that has the serving tray and storage the same as this piece. I am very ... moresad these do not fit in my home. If you have any questions be sure and ask. This is for pick up only in Faribault, Mn. which is just south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. Thanks for looking!
Stickley Carl Forslund Quaint Furniture American Grand Rapids Folding Table
You are looking at a rare folding table by Carl Forslund. Who had been a salesman for Stickley Bros. and then establishing his own business in 1935. The table still has the label on the bottom. It measures 36" x 18" and is 25-1/2" tall. The legs fold down for easy storage and locks in place when upright. This is such a convenience table to used and store which is why there are marks of wear and scratches. The wood is beautiful! Sorry, I am not sure what the wood is, but the pictures show it clearly. I know the collector of Carl Forslund furniture will absolutely love this unusual piece. This will be pick up only. I also have two pieces of Stickley furniture that I am listing this week. Thanks for looking! Please ask if you have questions or want more pictures.

Vintage Original Signed Gustav Stickley Chair H Back 1904-1907 Mission Arts
Vintage Original Signed Gustav Stickley Chair H Back 1904-1907 Mission Arts Rare Original Signed Gustav Stickley Chair 1904-1907 Mission Style Arts and Crafts 1 owner chair! Up for your bidding consideration is the wonderful signed. Gustav Stickley H Back Chair. I purchased this stunning piece from an estate sale in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It was a one owner chair, in the family for over 100 years! It is in good shape considering its over 100 years old. The red Gustav Stickley stamp can still be seen on the chair. The style of stamp tells me its 1904-1907. The chair is still tight for its age, but does have flaws. The center back piece has some cracks, may have been repaired. I don't know if it has been recovered, but I would assume it has. It has a stamp underneath on the pad and I can only read"bose co. The chair has some scratches ... moreand the lower legs have some discoloring. The chair legs also have a pet odor to them. I haven't tried to clean the chair, to see if the smell would go away. Its over 100 years old and if it were my chair I would just leave it the way it is. Its a piece of American History, made by a true American Craftsman, Gustav Stickley. Please ask any and all questions prior to bidding. All sales are final. No exceptions. This chair is over 100 years old, so wear should be expected. No returns!
