But i am not sure, could be the ... moreearly 1900s?There are no markings on it that i can see. The Hall Tree is in excellent condition, is very solid, and has a nice aged Patina look. It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern above the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. Raised panels of burl walnut, carved rosettes, incised carvings, the original mirrors and the original recessed beveled edge marble top, with shaped walnut display shelves flanking the center mirror. Truly a grand statement piece you would be proud to showcase in your home. This fabulous étagère measures 105 1/2 inches( 8' 9 1/2" in total height. Height to the marble at the base is 29 3/4 inches, with a total width of 54 inches and total depth at the base of 19 inches and this étagère weighs approximately 250 lbs total but does dis-assemble into 3 pieces for easier handling during shipping and moving. The original mirror at the center measures 46 3/4 inches in height by 22 1/2 inches wide. This Victorian étagère is in fantastic antique condition. The original mirrors do show some mild spidering silver loss as common with old mirrors. And the original white beveled edge recessed marble top has no chips or cracks but does have some mild discoloration as age appropriate. There is also a small age shrinkage area to the wood by the bottom mirror on the right side see picture of close-up, and a piece of burl veneer missing on the left side towards the back; see close up picture. Neither of these affects the integrity or beauty this elegant piece offers. The locks are intact on the drawer and the cabinet below but the key provided just aids in opening the drawer and the cabinet. Dating from the 1890s, this great piece features an oak lift seat, bevel glass mirror, ... moreand shapely cast metal hooks, in a dark oak stain. This hall tree was refinished by the previous owner, and they did a really nice job. They strengthened the back of the mirror with support sticks as shown in the photos, too. It is tight and sturdy, scroll front legs, lift top seat, applied carving on the base and shapely mirror top. The overall size is 36 inches wide on the outside of the arms, 29 inches wide on the inside of the arms, 17 inches deep, 18 inches high to the seat, 28 inches high to the arms and the overall height is 84 inches. It is a great piece for any entryway. Shipping starts at $325 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area.

Antique Oak Entry Hall Tree With Storage Bench & Beveled Mirror & Butterfly Hook
For your consideration is this Very Nice Antique Oak Entry Hall Tree. I have been told it dates back to the late 1800s. But i am not sure, could be the early 1900s?There are no markings on it that i can see. The Hall Tree is in excellent condition, is very solid, and has a nice aged Patina look. It is about 82-3/4" tall, 24 to 26" wide(at different levels) and 15" deep. The Beveled Mirror is about 17 1/4" wide and 35" high and in very good condition for its age. There are 6 Coat, Cap Hooks, the two on top are Butterfly Hooks( unusual& rare) see picture 5, I have never seen these before or after we got this one) I don't know if they were on the Hall Tree from day one or if someone added them later, they are old and they compliment the attractive decorative carvings on top, plus they do match the cutout pattern ... moreabove the seat perfectly.see picture 3) The Bench Seat has storage space under the lid. This is a very nice antique oak hall tree. I'm not sure of the exact date. But likely very early 1900s. I believe it to be an American made piece. It is made of solid quarter sawn oak. It has been refinished. Pretty carving work at the top. Mirror and hooks appear original. Beveled mirror is in excellent condition with one small area near the top showing de-silvering. Drip pan is missing, but one could be added. Hall tree is in very good to excellent condition overall. A narrow piece for a small area! Gilded brass coat hooks and lift top seat with storage below. It has applied carvings at the crest, surrounding the top hooks, on the back, under the arms and at the bottom center on the seat skirt. The manufacturer is unidentified. Measurements: Height: 79� overall Width: 38-1/2� at base(widest points) Depth: 17-3/4� overall� Top of Seat From Floor: 17-1/2� Lift-top of Seat: 22-1/2� x 13� It is being offered as we found it. It has had 3 screws recently added to the arms(one on one side. Two on the other side) and one in the base. There are small chips from the wood on the inside of the arm supports which goes unnoticed due to location and doesn’t ... morebother structurally. Two old chips on back of one arm are present(see picture number 13) but is fairly insignificant as they have developed a matching patina and it adds a little character and testament to its age. The mirror appears to be original and never been re-silvered. It isn’t perfect. It shows some streaking and specks, but considering age it isn’t bad. The hall tree retains it’s original finish which is in very nice condition and shows only very minor wear considering age. Other than the added screws mentioned above. It is completely original. Antique Oak Hall Tree w. Beveled Mirror, circa 1900
This is a very unusual hall tree. I have never seen one quite like it. There are flat grooved columns on each side with hooks at top, they are connected to back with a shelf. Applied carving adorns the crest with hook on each side. Instead of the typical lift up lid there is a large drawer at the bottom w. brass handle pull. on the left side behind column is an umbrella holder with original drip pan. The shaped beveled mirror is original, hence there are a few spots and streaks, but doesn't detract from the looks. Total width, including umbrella holder, is 39" depth is 18" height is 80-1/2" We have not refinished this hall tree, the finish appears to be original and is quite good, the piece is structurally strong as well. for sale is a very large quartersawn oak hall tree or hall bench with a mirror big enough to be called a pier mirror. it has very nice quartersawn flake throughout the entire piece. mirror is original and is beveled and shows a tiny big of silver loss and some smokiness. it has nice carvings at various places that can be seen. it has neat arms and arm supports that are very thick. Antique Victorian Highly Carved Walnut Hall Tree w/ Beveled Mirror & Marble
Estate Treasure. Up for auction is a Victorian highly carved hall tree. It dates back to the mid 1800's. It is walnut and the finish has ebonized. It is in very good condition for it's age. The small diamond shaped mirror at the top is spotted and streaked and a piec of molding around th mirror is missing. The small 1/2 moon mirror near the top is in great condition and the large beveled mirror is great with very slight haziness(it measures 39" H by 17-1/2" W) The marble shelf has some small flea bite chips along the edge and one larger chip on the back edge next to the wood(it is 8" by 14" There are no coat hooks and it does not appear to have ever had any. As with any antique furniture there are going to be some character flaws but I have pointed out everything even slightly major. It stands 89" tall. 23" ... morewide, and 10" deep. Wonderful Victorian hall tree with elements of Eastlake style. This piece is made from beautiful dark walnut and has a central mirror with bevelled edges. The arched top and middle panel have quintessential spindle shapes above a scrolled. Tray-like shelf. A circular brass piece on the lowest shelf was likely intended for holding umbrellas. Four decorative brass hooks are fastened along the sides for hanging coats and have long threaded backs that allow them to be used to affix the hall tree to a wall for stability. A beautiful piece that will add a touch of welcome to any entrance way. Overall. This piece is in good condition, but does have some wear consistent with age and use. Is a larger size and features its original beveled mirror, the original ornate double cast iron hat/ coat hooks and a lift up seat for storage and carved paw feet at the front. This hall seat measures 77 3/4 inches in height. With a total width of 36 3/4 inches arm to arm,seat width of 28 inches, seat depth of 17 inches and seat height of 18 inches and this piece weighs approximately 110 lbs. Antique 1890's Victorian Hall Seat/Tree w/Mirror Massive! Hand Carved Oak Fancy!
Congratulations! You are bidding on a magnificent antique Victorian 1890's Hall seat/tree with bevelled mirror. This one-of-a-kind hall seat is made of solid oak with quarter sawn arms that end in hand carved lions' heads. It has claw feet and decorative carvings on the curved skirt and mirror surround. It has four decorative metal brackets for hanging hats around the mirror. It also has a deep storage seat. Quite frankly. It has the look and feel of a throne! It has been restored with an oak stain and satin polyeurothane finish in order to stand up to the rigors of daily use. It does have one area where the wood panels have separated slightly in the middle of the back of the seat(see pics) but it in no way takes away from the overall look of the piece. Antique Oak Hall Tree Blue Woflhound Borzoi Tile Mirror Glove Box Drip Pans
Late aesthetic style oak hall tree. Measures 74" tall. 30" wide, 12" deep. Beveled mirror measures about 7"x10" Embellished with two blue ceramic tiles featuring a dog's head, perhaps a wolfhound. These are quite lovely, and in excellent condition. Unfortunately their backs are securely covered with wood, so unable to determine markings, if any. Measure about 7.5" square. Overall in very good condition, sturdy and firm. May have been stained with a darker stain at one time, for there are some nicks and missing bits on a few of the spindles, and the wood does not show as raw. There are some flaws. There is a crack in the bottom of the glove box; this does not show of course. The bottom shelf holding the drip pans has been replaced, and not with oak, but with something that appears to be walnut. It has been ... morestained to match, and is not terribly obtrusive, but it definitely is not original. The drip pans themselves each have a hole or two in them, could be repaired of course. Antique Ornate Victorian Cast Iron Hook from old Hall Tree or Mirror, need bolt
This is a beautiful old cast iron hook with four places to hang items. This antique hook is large and decorated with stylized flowers and leaves. It is marked Pat Pend on the back for patent pending. It is about 4 1/2 inches tall and 4 7/8 inches wide. We think this was originally used on an old mirror or hall tree. On the back there is a threaded hole that is about 1/4 inch in diameter. You need a bolt for the threaded hole to attach them both to a frame. We do not have the bolt.

This is a pair of beautiful old cast iron hooks. These antique hooks are large and have an ornate pattern. Each hook is about 4 1/2 inches long. We think these were originally used on an old mirror or hall tree. One hook has a threaded hole that is about 1/8 inch in diameter. The other has a non-threaded hole and was held in place by the first hook. You need a bolt for the threaded hole to attach them both to a frame. We do not have the bolt.

The sides are decoratively carved and there is a carved front inset. The top has a carved applique. It has been refinished with a natural stain and four coats of tung oil. The piece is in excellent condition with no'dings' or scratches. The mirror does show some wear. It is available for pick-up in the Louisa and/or Kilmarnock, VA area.

Up for offering is vintage oak hall tree mirror frame only. This frame measures 25 1/2" tall by 35 1/2" wide overall. The inner mirror border measures 18 1/8" wide by 28 1/8" tall. Four holes on each side have been filled in with wood putty. Has a few light scratches.

For sale an Antique Tiger Oak Hall Tree w/ Bench Storage. Round Beveled Mirror, 4 double Copper Hooks, and umbrella Stand. Dates to the early 1900's, I would say about the 1920's. Made of beautiful sturdy tiger oak. Measures 75 inches tall, 26 inches across the widest part of the mirror. The mirror itself is 19 1/2 inches in diameter. The bench is 18 inches tall and 25 1/2 inches across. The bench raises up to reveal a storage area. Mirror is beveled, has a few dark spots behind it(shown in photos) Of course, no antique is perfect, that's what gives it character! But this piece is in excellent condition overall. Has a small old split in the wood across the back(shown in photos) This could be easily repaired if wanted. Has carvings on the top corners and across the back.
