This is a very early hand B lown I nto M old bottle( BIM) with a tooled top. Dating it all the way back to the 1800's. Bottle embossed: HIRES COLOGNE/ PHILADELPHIA. PA. Condition: Bottle is in SUPER CLEAN condition with just a few traces of wear. NO cracks. Chips, dings, damage, etc. Age: An early hand-blown bottle(Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with a sheared-top. Up for auction is a very nice Early antique pontiled Cologne bottle. No embossing but it does have a nice design on both sides. Circa 1840. This bottle has nice whittle marks and lots of character. A nice one for your collection. Bottle is in nice condition. NO Chips or cracks. There is some very light hazing that may or may not clean. This is an antique late 1800's to early 1900's perfume/cologne/tonic/barber bottle with a metal dabber top. The glass is a beautiful textured and decorated artful piece. It measures 4-1/2" high by 1-1/2" X 2" wide and deep. It has a rose type embossed emblem on the bottom but doesn't have any names or numbers on it. There is still a wonderful scent when the top is opened and has the aromatic residue still inside. Thank you for looking.

this is an exquisite victorian sterling silver perfume/ cologne bottle. it is made by A&Co ltd from Asprey London. it is hallmarked and marked silver with a left facing lion. it has its original stopper and in great shape. The lid has exquisite detailing with a textured top and an engraved letter M on the top. the lid has a cork insert and screws onto the bottle. it has a nice patina from age that can be shined up nicely if desired. the bottle i believe made from crystal but it also can be glass. In good shape no cracks or chips. it measures 4 x 1 5/8 inches. Pretty big for this style bottle. it is in great shape for age. Refer to all lid pics there is a very very small crease. Antique Large Rounded English Cut Glass Sterling Silver Perfume Cologne Bottle This listing is for a gorgeous antique perfume/cologne bottle that is in excellent condition. It is a large rounded cut crystal bottle with a sterling silver hinged top and a glass stopper. The cut is beautiful and there is a 12 point star on the bottom. Please be sure to enlarge each picture for a better view as I don't think that I will be able to do this piece justice with my description. I tried to research the hallmark and will share what I found with you. If I'm wrong. You are more than welcome to return the bottle for a full refund as long as it is in the exact same condition as when I send it to you. The metal top is a raised floral pattern and has no dents. I did my best to clean it but am sure that the buyer will be able to do a much better job. ... moreAs for the hallmark, I am positive that there is a lion facing the left, a shield and another symbol on the end but I can't make it out. The shield looks like it has 3 identical shapes inside it and the rectangle next to the shield also has a shape inside. There is another mark before the lion and I think that is the maker's mark.possibly J.T. or J.J. My eyes aren't what they used to be and I even used a magnifier. I'm pretty sure that the ground glass stopper is the original one and it is in excellent condition and fits beautifully. The hinged top and collar have no dents. Cracks or repairs and the hinge works perfectly. It clicks when you close it. This lovely bottle measures approximately 4 1/2" tall and 11" in circumference. When held to the light, I noticed a couple of small spots on the bottom and one on a clear panel but think that they are manufacturer flaws.they do not have a rough feel at all but I did want to mention it. This stately piece has 8 cut facet flutes and a wheel engraved Bow Garland decoration on two sides. The upper shoulder is covered with a gilded sterling silver or coin silver heavy pierced repousse collar of approximately ... more2" wide, and it is finished with a silver cap. There are two hallmarks on the cap, but we could not see them well. One is worn smooth and the other appears to be the lower portion of a Fleur-de-lys with an"H" see photos#11& 12)The metal has been tested positive for high grade silver. The cut flutes are in excellent condition which is unusual for this type of bottle. We believe this vanity bottle to date from the mid-Victorian Era 1850s-1899? But this is only a quess from our experience. The bottle measures 11 3/4" high and about 2 3/4" diameter across the base. There may have been an inner glass stopper which is now missing under the silver cap. This can easily be replaced. Excellent condition to both the glass and silver. No chips, cracks or stains to glass. A few small shallow dents to cap, but hardly noticeable. Beautiful antique Early American Pattern Glass cologne/ vanity bottle is made of opaque blue slag glass/ milk glass. This has a highly raised Ivy pattern with a stippled background. This bottle is depicted in white milk glass. On page 21 of'Collector's Encyclopedia of Milk Glass, Identification& Values' by Betty& Bill Newbound. It is rather scarce, but much more scarce in blue opaque. This is old. Antique. It was made with a 3 part mold. The glass contains lovely swirls of blue color, that add beautiful light and dark streaks to the entire bottle. Very good condition. The only flaw is minor flaking at the rim. Otherwise. The pontil rod is attached to ... morethe base of a piece whilst it still hot using a blob of molten glass. The blowing iron is then snapped off what will become the top of the piece. This allows the rim. And possibly others parts, to be opened up and finished off. Once this has been done. The rapidly cooling and increasingly brittle piece is gently knocked off the pontil rod into a lehr oven. Allowing it to cool properly. The area where the pontil rod was attached to the base of the piece is thus left rough and sharp as in the image. Sometimes this is polished away when the piece has cooled. Or else another blob of glass may be added to which a company motif may be impressed. Please read the description above carefully. An original antique 19th century Bohemian glass cut double overlay glass perfume or cologne bottle which stands approximately 6 1/4" tall. The bottle has a thin outer layer of light green glass cut through to an opaque white glass layer which in turn is cut through to the clear glass body. The panels are decorated with white enamel which was then gilted as well as having some thin gilt lines around all of the cut work etc. The item is in very nice all original undamaged condition with only some wear to the gilt from normal use. This cologne/ perfume bottle is completely fresh to the market from the estate of an old time collector. It was by hand made by Weinranck and Schmidt. They are known for their fine hand crafted silver pieces. It is marked and tested.800 silver. Overall it is very nice condition. There are no cracks in the bottles. The bottles do not have any of the cloudiness or milkiness old bottles can get. One bottle has a very small chip on bottom edge. Insignificant m see photo. It has a very ornate floral pattern with two cherubs or putti playing a lute and horn. It is 7" tall and 3 1/2" wide. Two of the stoppers have been professional repaired. They have both been drilled and pinned. One had a rubber stopper replacement to the glass top. The 4 stoppers have a precision air tight ... morefit. And is in very good condition. There are a couple tiny flea bites on the edge of the lip as shown. There is a little residue on the trapped bubble of the stopper(see pic) There are no other chips, cracks, or stains. I would think this is a piece of Sinclair or Steuben, but not sure who made it. Description: Here is an antique perfume or bath oil bottle. This glass bottle is beautifully decorated with hand painted floral decoration. It has the original stopper which is in perfect shape. All of this is set in a metal basket with six hanging prisms. I am not sure of the type of metal. But it has very intricate designs throughout. This is a very unusual and rare piece in great undamaged condition. It measures over 11” tall and 6” at its widest point. The unusual shaped bottle itself measures 7" tall. 8 1/2" with stopper.
