They are roughly 6 inches tall with a half inch by half-inch square slot in the bottom for installation on iron Post. The original color was black but they now have spots of gold and or silver spray paint on them they also have slight corrosion or rust in certain parts but can be refinished if wanted or can just be displayed as they are for decoration. This listing features an old. Solid cast iron bird finial. I believe it was on a gate or fence since it has a threaded post on the end. It is painted white and there is the usual weather wear to the paint with some rusting as shown. I think it is wonderful. There is still some threading left on the post. The bird measures 3 1/2" tall and is 3 1/2" wide. The threaded post is 1/4" long and 1/8" in diameter. It is heavy weighing over 1 pound unpacked. Too sweet!
