I have a set of vintage. Real wood doors with hand blown glass panels. They are from the early 1900's and originally came from a house in the Tacoma area. While the wood has normal wear on them, they remain in good condition and were recently used as office doors. There is one small crack in one panel of the glass. All the hardware is original. Doors are approximately 29 3/4' x 79 1/2' These doors are much to pretty to sit in my garage! They deserve to be the centerpiece of their new home. Local pick up only. They are being sold in as found condition and have been stored in an old barn for many years. The wood is in very condition with no rotting and they are painted in an old white color. All the hardware including the three 16" long hinges per door, the locks and knobs are also good and in working condition but there is no key. Each door has 6 glass panes but one is broken. The glazing is in old condition and in need of some repair. The measurements are 47 1/2 inches wide by 95 1/2 inches tall by 2 inches thick for the door on the right and 47 1/2 inches wide by 94 inches tall by 2 inches thick for the door on the left. There is a rubber strip on the bottom of the shorter door to compensate for one and ... morea half inch shorter height. These doors could be used as single doors or used together and possibly shortened to match the sizes. VINTAGE SOLID WOOD INTERIOR FRENCH DOORS - lot of 4 - from 1920's
These four French doors are from my colonial house in Spring Glen In Hamden. CT built in 1928. Original doors from when the house was built. They have been stored in my basement for 25 years. Three of the doors are 30" wide by 80" long. They are almost 2" thick. The 4th door was cut at one time or another. The fourth door measures approximately 80" x 30" and is about 1 1/2" thick. I am unsure of the type of wood. From looking at others I think they are maple because that was the wood used in that time period but, again, I am not 100% sure. Local pick-up is in Cheshire, CT. Outstanding pair of antique french wood doors with 10 glass panes in each door. Very good condition. No cracks in wood or glass, very solid and true, panes are solid, hardware works great. Each door measures 79 1/2 inches tall and 30 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches thick. Also has door lock latches at top and bottom as shown in pictures.I can store these doors in dry area for quite some time if needed for arrangements to pick up or I can freight, just need a business close to you in order for the freighting company to deliver too, residential would be considerable higher! If wanting Snowflake design panes, I have some available and plenty enough to go into each pane of the doors but the snowflake design panes would have to worked out as they would be a higher price, questions are welcome!

VINTAGE SOLID WOOD FRENCH DOORS C1920s ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE 60" x 81-1/2"
VINTAGE SOLID HARDWOOD FRENCH DOORS SIZE: 60" X 81-1/2" ORIGINAL BRASS HARDWARE Offered are a pair of vintage solid hardwood French doors circa 1920s being sold as is. I believe these may be Walnut. But I am not a wood expert. This set measures approximately 60" x 81-1/2" The door thickness is approximately 1-3/4" Each door weighs approximately 52 pounds. All of the original brass hardware is included but the hinges are missing. I have taken photos of the both the fronts and backs of these beautiful doors as well as some pictures at different angles. Pictures of the hardware is also included. As you can see from the pictures. EACH French door has four rows of 3 glass window panes across, or 12 glass window panes- none of the panes are cracked or broken. Each glass pane measures approximately 5" wide by 13-3/4" ... morelong. The measurement from the bottom of the door to the trim of the lowest row of glass is approximately 16-1/4" All of the original brass hardware is included, and photos include pictures of the door knobs, striker plate, and the mortise locking mechanisms. The varnish on the doors does show signs of crazing, which is to be expected for the age of these doors. In my opinion, this is a very beautiful set of French doors.
