Note the fine craftsmanship in the panels, trim and other details. Both doors are in very good antique condition with a handful of minor chips and scratches as would be expected. There is no woodworm or dry rot damage whatsoever. Dimensions: The door set is 96" wide (center doors are 29" wide and the side doors are 19" wide), 124.5" tall and 3.5" thick at the widest framed edge. The set weighs 265 lbs.

These are awesome pine doors 38.5" X 95" X 1.75" I had over 90 of these and this is the last batch. I have stripped several for past purchasers and they are great. The door is made of solid, old pine and is painted on both sides. If you think that pine is a weak. Soft wood; please keep in mind that the wood milled from modern pine trees, which only grow for a few decades before they are cut down, is not the same quality as the wood that was milled by our forefathers from trees that were hundreds of years old. This door was built using the wood from mature pine trees, and exhibits the qualities of wood that has endured the test of time. As a result, it's physically harder, less susceptible to warping and twisting, and more insect and rot resistant than today's pine lumber. The door has a rare design featuring 4 recessed ... morepanels: 1 square panel on top and 3 long. Vertical panels below. Notice that there is no molding around the inner edges of the panels-shaker style! Hardware: Although the photos show some hardware installed; the door doesn't come equipped with any hardware. Condition: The inner corner of the lock stile is slightly separated from the bottom rail. There is also a strip of wood sticking out(see photo) The 2 cross pieces are not loose. But they should be re-secured prior to installation. We could reconnect the 2 pieces by first cleaning out any debris in the gap, and then gluing and driving one or two 8" 10" dowels through the stile and rail. Solid pine 6 panel door [1980's] removed 10 years ago and stored since
Listing tonight is a fantastic solid pine entrance door removed years ago from my house and stored with care and will re install flat and true. Its a 6 panel design with true mortise and tenon construction. It measure 32 inches wide and 80 inches tall and 1 3/8 thick. You can see in the pics that the lockset is drilled as well as the hinges. So the bid is for a used slab only to be re framed and re hung. One side has clear finish and the other is painted with the signs of wear. It could be refinished or painted. The finish is original and the outside has the weathered look that time delivers. It would also make a great wall hangings or closet/ storage cabinet project door. Up for auction is a vintage interior wooden five panel door. It has the original glass knobs still attached. It is a genuine piece of history waiting to be added to your décor. The hinges are not a complete set. One is missing one half. The glass knobs are very stricking. They are a complete set of knobs with one on each side of the door. The paint is in vintage shape for its age. You will see some scuffs and scrapes on the one side and the other has the bottom four panels down a different color. It appears something was in front of the door when the second coat of old paint was added many years ago. Along one edge of the door there is a crack that runs up the side.
