The shelves are trimmed in dentil molding below. The lower raised panels are trimmed in ornate moldings. They measure 47 inches wide by 87.25 tall and are 2.25 thick. Description This is a nice pair of doors that were salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. They are made of oak and are currently painted. They are veneered and I see no problems with the veneer. Each door has 2 raised panels at the top with a glass opening below(no glass) There is a shelf below the glass on one door. The other is missing. There are 5 raised panels at the bottom. The fronts and backs look the same. There is no hardware. These are solid door in need of a little TLC. They measure 47.75 inches wide together by almost 83 inches tall and 2 inches thick. Overall they are in rough condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as they are antique. Description This is an exceptional set of doors that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian Home. They are made of pine with chippy paint. The glass is a clear with different textures and a great design. Each door has approx 142 jewels! They were originally standard double entrance doors. At some point the knobs were removed and holes were patched. The then installed double action hinges to swing back and forth. Push bars were added at the same time as those hinges. They each measure 27 inches wide by 89 tall and are almost 2 inches thick. Each glass panel is 16 inches wide by 76.5 tall. Overall they are in very good condition. Each door is made of solid chestnut and has 1 half-length window with 2 horizontal, recessed panels underneath. Also note that chestnut is a rare and valuable wood; it’s not commercially available due to the blight introduced between 1900& 1908. Which made the North American chestnut trees virtually extinct by 1940. Hardware: Besides 1 flushbolt. The doors are not equipped with hardware. However. There were a few broken pieces of glass and the leaded skeletons of the lites were weak and falling apart. On top of that. Someone replaced the original glass with modern, green, slag glass. Since then. We've stripped the paint and sanded the doors. We took the lites to the local stained glass repair shop that we've been going to for years"Kasmark& Marshall" in Luzerne. PA, and they completely reworked them! They took out all of the glass from the lites and separated the old pieces from the new. They replaced all of the new pieces, with old pieces(many of which are no longer commercially available) and then encased them in a new, leaded skeleton. The work took weeks and cost over $900! Condition: The doors are strong. Sturdy, and in great structural shape! There are a few cosmetic blemishes(character marks) including some chips in the inner corners; there is a long, but shallow crack in the lower portion of the hinge stile on one of the doors; the molding around the glass was cut to accommodate the support bars of the lites; and there are 2 slivers of wood under one

Notice the lovely, chamfered edges with lark's tongue detail on the sides of the panels and the beautiful, stepped molding at the top and bottom of each panel-what wonderful accents! They have a slight arch at the top. Each has 2 panels of glass. All missing, and the lowers have been filled with plywood. The fronts are very nice. There are ornate raised panels at the bottom. Great beveled edges around the openings, and fish scale moldings. The backs are less ornate. Most of the hardware needs replacing. They measure 47.25 inches wide together. 104 inches tall and 106.75 tall in the center and are just under 2 inches thick. Overall they are in decent condition. Vintage Wood Door Front Frame with Double Doors This old doorfront was from a church. Possibly a cabinet or housing for a section of antique pipe organ. The pine doors open and close, with small metal hinges. The whole unit weighs about 40 lbs. or so. Measures: 69 1/2" high. 39" wide. The doorfront is supported by a frame of 8" boards across top and bottom, and along one side. This is apparent in the photos. Many great uses for this doorfront for your own project. Each door has a solid pine core covered with 1/4" thick red oak veneers. Please don't think"veneer" means inferior quality. Unlike the paper-thin veneers used on modern furniture to disguise the inferior materials underneath; these veneers are very thick and help strengthen and stabilize the door. As well as protect it against warping. Solid oak doors would've warped a long time ago. The doors have 6 panels on each side: 2 square on top. 2 long, rectangular in the middle, and 2 square on bottom. On the front side, the panels have beautifully- carved, Gothic quadrafoils and ogee arches. On the back side, the panels are raised. Hardware: Besides the ... moremail door and cover. Up for sale is a beautiful antique set of double french doors with windows and secondary doors. They are in pretty good shape considering their age. The latches appear to have been replaced and the door knob is loose and only has 1 side to it. But other than that they are great. They were pulled from the interior of a beautiful showroom in Austin Tx. I had the intention of using them but I never got around to it and thought someone else may want to enjoy these wonderful doors. Antique Seven Panel Double Church Doors
Antique seven panel doors which I believe that they are cherry from a church in Pa. These are the original doors from 1907 and have the Bommer spring hinges. The hinges are like an animal trap they are so strong. One set has been removed from the door and one set is on the other door- you will get both sets. Pair of double bifold doors from the interior of a barn located in Klecknersville Pa. The overall measurements are approx. 93" tall by 86-1/2" wide by 1-5/8" thick. Each panel is made of solid pine laminated construction(7/8" thick half-lap joint construction frame on the front side. With 3/4" thick beaded tongue and groove applied to the back) Window openings measure 12" by 26" two glasses are missing, but the two that remain have very wavy glass) All the original hinges are present and I have most of the old flathead screws. There are three slide-bolt hardware pieces attached to the doors, but it looks like the hasp has gone missing from the center of the doors. Description This is a nice piece that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian home. They are made of pine and are currently painted. Each has a glass opening at the top. One is broken and the other is missing. They each have a raised panel below. The fronts have fluting below the glass and ornate reel and bead molding around the panels.
