This set has the template and screws but no instructions. It has only one knob and just a thumb piece for the inside which also has a push button lock(a little odd? If I take this set out of the original box I can fit it into a small flat rate box. If you want the original box intact there will be an additional $7 for shipping. It refers to an item that is"New Old Stock" That is an item that has never been used and is ususlly in its original packaging. It may have some tarnish or soiling from storage. This is a antique mortise set with solid brass handles for a screen door. It is marked Corbin. It is in working condition but does not have a key. The brass plate is 7" long and 2 1/4" wide. The mortise plate is 6 1/8" long and 1" wide. The mortise is 2 5/8" deep. 4 1/4" long, and 5/8" wide. The hole for the shaft is 2" to the center from the plate and 7/8" to the center from the top. Vintage Church Door Lock Set Up for sale is a beautiful lot of door hardware from an old church here in Pinehurst. NC. Some of the knobs' screw holes are too big to use the original hardware(can substitute with washers) and one of the doorknobs has a dent in the front of it.not very obvious. All locks work as they should- no keys are included. This is a random lot of parts and pieces that I had left after matching up other sets for sale. I have for sale an old Door Knob& Latch set that I found when I was cleaning out my Grandfathers garage. The Handles are Glass with Brass Trim. The latch is free, just needs cleaned. Vintage Original Brass Screen Door Knob and rim lock Latch Handle Set 1892
Up for auction is an original vintage screen door knob and rim lock set. This beautiful lock set has a fine patina with a warm vintage paint covering some of it. Dated June 21. 1892 on the back of the lock. This set includes the lock latch piece. The back plate and a knob- handle combination with it's spindle. There is no catch included with this set. The latch piece also has a lock on it opperated from the inside only. The lock measures 3 1/8" x 2" The back plate measures 4" x 1 1/2" The handle measures 1 3/4" long-and the knob measures 1 3/4" in diameter Condition: This set is in great working condition and has a nice antique look to it.
