VINTAGE WOODEN JOINTED FISHING LURE 7 1/2 inches long- AT LEAST 60 YEARS OLD!!!
Vintage wooden fishing lure! As you can see. It has a jointed body and measures about 7 1/2 inches. The lure is in good condition although there are some cracks in the paint and some wear stains on the body. The metal parts are not rusted and over all the lure is in quite good shape. I don't know how old it is or what brand. I have had it for about 60 years and I don't remember how I got it. I do remember using it in Lake Tahoe trolling when I was very young. I don't think I caught anything with it. It is just one of a number of old things that I have that need to find a new home. Thanks for your interest. Six spoons marked Reed& Barton 9. Also marked: Pat. Nov. 4. 1884. I do not know spoon size names; too small to be serving. Too large to be teaspoons. Measure about 7 inches long. Spoon bowl is about 1-3/8 inches wide across at top. I believe they are silver plate. Used condition. Shiny but with all over surface scratches consistent with normal use, storage and their age. I do not see any wear to the plating. Bowl edges look at bit tarnished. No monograms. I think this pattern is called Cashmere. I have not cleaned or polished these spoons. Again. As is finish. Wallace Royal Rose Silverplate Butter/Jam Dish 7 1/2 Inches Across Tray
This beautiful vintage Wallace Silverplate Butter/Jam dish was purchased new by my husband and me approximately thirty years ago. We have always used it as a butter dish. But it would also be perfect for serving jams and condiments. In would make a wonderful addition to a special bruch, as well. We have used it at most of our family and party gatherings, and at all of our holiday celebrations. On our honeymoon we visited family in Sweden and they made butter curls for our dinner rolls. I loved the idea and have always made butter curls to put in this dish. The silver tray measures approximately 7 1/4 inch across. And the cover measures approximately 4 1/2 inches across. The height is at 2 3/4 inches. Under the silverplate cover is a glass dish to accommodate your butter. This can be kept in the fridge until ready for use, thus keeping the ... morebutter cold. I love to make butter curls or butter balls to place in the glass dish. On the bottom of the tray you will find the original lable from Wallace. Plus the Royal Rose name and 9815. This piece is in excellent condition. There are no dents. Cracks, deep scratches or repairs. You will find the finish has a lovely patina for many years of celebrations. The entire ensemble has never seen the inside of a dishwasher. Always being hand washed and dried, in a non-smoking home. The Wallace pattern is Royal Rose. Which is evident with a rose being the handle. In addition you will see there is a rose on every other point of the serving tray. Item Description: This bracelet was part of a large collection of old American Indian jewelry that had been the inventory of an old trading post. The collection dates from the 1920s through the 1950s. Many of the pieces in the collection still have the old price stickers and were never worn. This bracelet is set with three black onyx stones. The center front of the bracelet measures just over 3/4 inches tall. The bracelet measures 5 5/8 inches around the inside with an additional 1 1/2 inch opening at the back for a total of 7 1/8 inches around. The bracelet weighs 1.3 ounces or 38 grams.
