This is a gas boat motor. Johnson Motor Company based in South Bend. Indiana. The top of the motor is stamped with No. 7336. We do not know if this motor still works. But it probably would with some TLC. While in use, it was expertly maintained. It has been in storage for approximately 40 years. Its prior owner was a skilled mechanic. We will be happy to deliver this motor within 100 miles of Aurora. IL. Or you can arrange to pick up from the seller.

guitar vintage antique Martin 018 1958 very playable and looks great
This is a Martin 0-18. Taken in on trade. Made in 1958 as best I can determin from the net. It Does have several tight cracks in the side.Back and top. I have checked these closley and see no movement in them. Looking inside I see a few very thin repair shims over some of the cracks. Also I see that the bridge has been drilled and doweled. These repairs look to have been profisional done. It also has some very small dents and the back looks like maybe a buclel rash. None of these are serious but would affewct colector value.The neck is tight at the heal and stright and has about a 1/8th action at the 12th fret. This looks like mahogney sides and back and spruce top with tortise binding.The finnish looks very good but I can see some signs of a redo or touch up. Tunners look factory as does everything. Plays very well with low action. I have ... morejust placed this in a local music store so I may need to remove it from this listing if it sells there. ANTIQUE ORNATE IRON ARROW Measures 22.75" long. There are no breaks. Cracks, or repairs to this fancy old arrow. An eBay search shows me it looks just like a Kretzer but I don't see the name where it usually is. See my last photo. Don't know if they were ever unmarked or if it could wear down that much? We are not weathervane people. There is no glass. See photo 8.Should there be something there to hold the glass? We suspect so.Probably an easy fix for those accustomed to working with weathervanes.

The movement runs very well and keeps good time. The movement was just cleaned. Oiled, pivots polished and bushings added where needed. This clock will not need servicing for many years to come. I am not an expert in this area but this reminds me of other pieces I have seen that were from Czechoslovakia. And I believe pre-WWII! i bought this at a old estate auction. everything in this house was old. very old.this bank seems to function normally. he is abought 11 1/2 tall has a case that you put youre coins into that has u.s on it you push a button on the base down and the case opens his mouth stongue and right arm moves allso when you push the button. it says uncle sam with a eagle on the front base. and bank on both sides. it has the rubber thing that you can take off on the bottom to get the money out. this is a great looking bank in very good condition. make me a offer you might just get this fabulous bank.

Up for consideration is this Very Old Antique Warranted Handled 6 Cup or 1.5 Quart Pitcher with a Date that we believe is 1838. But it could be 1888. It is in very good antique condition. There are a few cracks but they do not go all the way through and on the bottom there is one very small chip at outter base(see photos) None of the cracks go all the way through to the inside of the pitcher. Antique sewing table drawers-Original hardware-looks like original finish too !
Beautiful hand carving on front of drawers! Original hardware also. The listing is for the 4 drawers only- no table. I will leave all original so as not to diminish their antique value. One of the drawers has the stopper back farther than the others. easy fix. The original finish is rough. So if you want to restore it you will have to refinish wood& hardware. For an old piece of furniture it is very well made! It seems a little wobbly now. But with a top on it, it will be solid! Outside total measurements are: 13 1/2"deep- 5 3/4" wide- 9 5/8" tall. Antique New Haven Mantel Clock 1885 Looks Runs Great Old
Antique New Haven mantel clock. This is rare clock in excellent condition. Model name is"Cabinet No. 10" Dates to 1885. Runs great. Clock is pictured in the Tran Duy Ly catalogue as item number 761. Case is mahogany with cast brass trim. Finish is in excellent condition. Rear door opens and closes smoothly and latches securely. Dimensions: 15 inches tall by 7.5 inches wide by 5 inches deep. Dial is metal with etched numerals and is also in excellent shape. There is a piece of trim missing from the top valence. You can see the dark shadow on the case. The movement runs great but is not original to the case. The original New Haven movement was replaced with a Seth Thomas series 48J movement. This is an eight day. Hour and half hour strike unit which dates to about 1900. The movement fits the case very well. The rate adjustment rod ... moredoesn't line up with the hole in the dial, so the rate is adjusted from inside the case. I have owned this clock for years and it has always run fine. During that time I have only seen two others advertised on ebay and both of those were missing the entire top valence. Key and pendulum are included. Please examine the photos carefully and make your own determination of condition. Ask any questions before bidding. Seller will not accept return. Shipping within the United States only. The people in Japan copied the favorite American and German clocks, improved upon them, added some Japanese flavor and sent them to us and back to Germany! This particular model is an American Office Regulator type wall clock in SUPERIOR. NEAR ALL ORIGINAL condition. The only part not original is a beautiful correct replaced dial. Antique 3D Flowered Vase - Looks like a Max Lauger but is Unsigned - FABULOUS!!!
This is a FABULOUS 3D Antique Glazed Porcelain Vase or possibly Humidor? It LOOKS like a Max Lauger but it is unsigned. It is about 6.5 tall by about 17 inches around at the widest part. The fascinating thing about this to me is that it has two small defects that were obviously a part of it's creation. One is in the rim. Which you can see in the photos. The other is a very small triangular hole(approx. 1/8" sides) through the porcelain in one of the leaves. It is NOT a break, ding, crack, etc. This was part of its making. This amazing vase is in perfect condition with no damage of any sort. The colors are beautiful. I am wondering if this was unsigned by the artist because of the two abnormalities. It has a black enamel over cast iron case. brass bezel, original glass. stunning work to the dial. two key wind with fast slow adjustment at 12 oclock. the clock works as designed, smooth action. easy wind, striking the 1/2 hour and strikes the hour and gongs the proper times. no breaks, cracks, repairs, repaints, touch-ups, etc. the pendulum and key are included This clock is a relist because the first buyer returned it stating the clock struck 1 hour but not the next. but all it was is that the hammer that strikes the gong needed a slight adjustment. the strange part is that it was returned EXACTLY AS WE PACKED IT, like it was never opened. they had buyers remorse and used the ebay return policy to get back their money. due to this fact all of our clocks will ... morebe listed as-is. no returns. not our choosing but sellers are at the mercy of the impulse buyers and ebay.

Harris Visible No. 4 Typewriter, Looks Great & Works Great, Antique c. 1912-13
This Harris Visible No. 4 typewriter is in really nice shape. There are a few blemishes consistent with its 100 years of existence. But they aren't too noticeable and in most areas the original black finish is in very good condition. Please look closely at the photos for the best description of the cosmetic condition of this piece as there are a few small places where the finish is chipped off or has a slight amount of corrosion. As far as I can tell. The machine works perfectly. On the earliest models. Which this is apparently one of, the Harris company gave a lifetime guarantee. The unit is very solid and well built. Nothing flimsy about any of the mechanisms. The only flaw with this specimen is that the tabular stops are missing from the back bar. So when the Tab button is pushed, the carriage slides left until it reaches the end or ... moreuntil the button is released. Everything else seems to work fine. Even the bell has a nice ding to it. All of the buttons function as intended. I did wipe down the exterior portions of the typewriter. But made no attempt to clean or lubricate any of the internal mechanical parts. Take a look at the video of me using it(rather clumsily since it's been a while since I used a machine with full length keystrokes) The Harris Visible No. 4 has three rows of keys(28 in total. Three-bank style) and a double shift function, so when"CAP" is depressed capital letters type up and pressing the"FIG" button types whatever character is at the top of the letter key. The right-side CAP and FIG keys can be locked in place and released by pushing another button. It makes for a very compact and streamlined keyboard with fewer moving parts. The return can be set to single. Double, or triple space, and the platen can be easily removed by lifting a lever on either side. There is also a lever on the front to reverse the direction of the ribbon feed. The ribbon on this one has a little bit of life in the middle of it. But would probably need replacing if the machine were to be us
