The dial is the original. The pendulum is original, the. is original. you get the idea. Even the glass on the door is original. I do deal in antiques and collectibles. On the bottom below there is an under the glaze blue number as seen on other Royal Bonn clocks. I couldn't find the Royal Bonn name. But I could not see the inside well. The brass back cover is missing a nail. So it will not stay on. Not a big deal, just thought would mention it. the back cover& key is not pictured) Comes with pendulum and a key. The key is not the original. But antique and works well. We had a horologist take a look at the clock and he said it will work fine. He did not clean and service it for us. Our shop has a problem with our floor, it is not even. In order for a clock to work, it needs to be on an even surface. As a result, the clock starts to work, then stops. Antique Ansonia cast iron mantle clock claw feet 19th
This cast iron mantle clock was made by Ansonia and has a patent date of 1882. Including the feet. The clock is 17 inches across, 10 ½ inches high and 7 inches deep. It has a black lacquered finish. The sides of the front have metal torches inside of wreath decoration. The sides have animals of some sort, maybe griffins. The dial is enamel. The movement is marked patented 1882. The clock is working. The case and the back cover have been repainted somewhere along the way. It has in excellent condition. We do not have the key.

Antique Ansonia "Toronto" Walnut Mantle Clock
Nice. Original antique circa 1890's Ansonia Toronto model cabinet clock. The original finish looks mahogany or cherry but I think it is walnut. Has some nice scroll type carvings on the top sides. The original movement is signed Ansonia and is an eight spring driven movement with gong chime. The approx dimensions are 17 inches high by 11 inches wide with a depth of 4.75 inches and a 4.25 inch paper dial. The dial is has some staining as can be seen in the pictures. Also, there is a small chip at top right side of clock. There is a label on the back of the clock that indicates it's an Ansonia Toronto model. The clock comes with a pendulum and key. Fine 19th century Royal Bonn of Germany porcelain mantel clock with Ansonia NY clock face and parts patent dated 1881& 1882. The case is marked on the backside and the parts and clock face are marked as well. The clock is in good working order last serviced it appears in late 1971. There is a label affixed to the underside stating such. I do not guarantee the clock will give perfect time you may have to take the clock to a clock repair for minor adjustments, after all the clock is over 120 years old. The clock case is beautiful and is in very good to excellent condition with one minor manufactured firing line on the right side about 1" long, please see close up photo. It is very minor and hardly noticeable. It is not a crack or brake as it does not go all the way threw the porcelain, its just on the surface and has been there since ... morethe piece was fired. SOLD AS FOUND FOR REPAIR The clock may or may not run after being completely leveled(width& depth) and coaxed several times. Because the movement is in need of cleaning. Adjustment or repair and may not run when received by the buyer, I AM SELLING AS IS FOR REPAIR. The pendulum appears to be suspended rather low(see photo) The brass winding and adjustment key was manufactured by Ansonia. The paint is original and exhibits some scratches and chips. Gorgeous Antique Ansonia Shelf Mantle Clock CREST Cherub Artist Statue Figural Rococo Recently acquired from a local estate. This wonderful antique Ansonia clock. It was made ca. 1904, the model is called“CREST” The clock is crafted in the highly ornate Rococo style with a porcelain face and is adorned at the top with a cherub holding an artist’s pallet. It is marked on the face as shown in the photos also on the back of the works inside is marked Ansonia. The finish looks to be a bronze finish, but I can’t be sure. The clock measures 12-1/2 inches tall from the bottom to the top of the cherub’s head. It is 6-1/2 inches wide and measures 5 inches from the front to the back legs. The clock runs then stops. It has been sitting and may need a cleaning on the inside. There is a crack in the putti's arm, see pics. Key is present. Ansonia Shakespeare Statue Mantle Clock Circa 1890 Time and Strike. 8 Day, Exposed Escapement, Overhauled and runs good 6 ¼” deep. 16 3/8 wide, 14” tall. Would make a great timepiece and statement in anyone’s home. Iron case and very heavy I’m guessing it weighs about 25 pounds. Has original patina. Conditions: Various chips and scratches. You are bidding on a Antique Ansonia June 18. 1882 Gingerbread 8 Day Mantle Clock With Key. Good cosmetic condition with no significant damage wear or repairs found. I start this clock and it run for a while and then stops but I didn't have it lever but it might need clean or some repair? But it did Chime on the 1/2 hour on the hour. It has some etc hing of some Birds and Flowers and some other stuff on the glass. It does have some small spots of paint on it and it is missing two brackets on the back that help holes the top on and has some dust on it just like I bought it. I didn't take the face off to get the date I seen it through the key hole I'm sure it is June 18. 1882. A handsome antique 1882 Ansonia Clock Co. Cast Metal Mantle Clock with Key Wind. Beautiful chime, with pendulum and key. Beautiful numbered dial, no glass- not sure if it ever had any. The pendulum has the following wording"Ansonia Clock Co. New York Patent June 18 1882" This clock is 132 years old and still works well and has a beautiful chime on the hour. The clock comes with the key. The metal could use some TLC to bring it back to its original glory, has a couple of dings to the metal on the front but all in all still a great working clock. Size: 9 3/82" tall x 8 5/8 inches across and 5 1/2" wide.

Antique Porcelain Mantle Clock "La Scarpe" Open Escapement, Very Clean Ansonia?
This beautiful clock measures 11 1/2 inches tall X 9 inches wide and 4 3/4 inches deep. I am a very naive clock person and though it is imprinted"La Scarpe" on the back I think that is referring to the clock form rather then the clock maker. It also has the number 2891. Some chinese characters and what looks like some German words in the red imprinted open circle on the back of the clock. It looks like an Ansonia clock but I cannot say that since it is a bit confusingly marked. The clock face, which I believe is porcelain, says"Made in Germany" The front door has a bezeled glass and it shuts very nicely. The back door also secures nicely. This is a great find! This clock is in great shape! The case has been polished and sealed to give a great dark black look. This is an ansonia open escapement slate marble clock. The clock is very sensitive but will run great when positioned right. The chiming mechanism needs a little work but all the parts are included. It will chime continuously if it is wound. Great for any collection! This clock weighs about 25 lbs! This clock is 14.5" wide, 6.5" deep and 9.5" tall. There are a few chips but otherwise a great piece in great shape! Antique c 1900 Fancy Ansonia Pressed Oak Mantle Chime Clock w/ Stenciling-Works!
A lovely clock in working condition. I wound the clock after bringing it home. But not anywhere near fully. I let it run for about six hours, and it strikes on the half hour as it should. After six hours, it was very gradually gaining time and was about five minutes fast when I stopped it. Don't know if that was because I only wound it a little, but I'm sure it could stand a cleaning(tune-up) I'm not a clock expert by any stretch, but found this piece to be very pretty with the ornate stenciled glass. Love the quaint tick-tock, and the rich gonging chime. It is missing some sort of oak decorative element on the very top, but it looks very nice as is(it is more manly now! Lovely Ansonia Prism Crystal Regulator Brass Case Mantle Clock
This lovely Ansonia Crystal Regulator mantle Clock measures about 10-3/4" tall and 6.5" wide and 5.25" deep. The case appears to have been painted as can be seen in the pics of the bottom. My guess is it had patina so they decided to paint it. The clock runs fine but i always recommend a tune up on old clocks to get them"purring. The glass on one corner has a small chip as well as pictured

New York USA and 5 1/2 marked in lower right corner of backside of inner workings of clock. Also has other markings probably a clock technician- which we are not, This clock is offered as is as shown. The cabinet of this clock is made of FANCY VERY HEAVY BLACK ENAMELED IRON with gold leaf line etched design– Weighs more than 20 lbs. The finish is original and in nice condition. Especially for its age! Again, this clock is not sheet metal but heavy iron, thick and heavy. Offered as is as found. This old mantle clock appears is in good condition. Worn enamel on corners and scuffs and scratches but no major damage- includes key and face plate looks like it may have been replaced with an another old original enameled ... moremetal face plate with Roman numerals.
