Measuring 9" wide and 12" long, it is in overall good condition for its age, although the edges have wear and tear and some stains, and there is a pencilled notation in the upper left corner of the front page. This is a large folio 13& 3/4" by 10& 5/8" piece of sheet music from 1918 titled"Southern Moon Ballad. It is composed by A/ J/ East man and Fred Heltman and was published by Fred Heltman Co. of Cleveland. Ohio. It has eight pages of music on heavy rag paper. There are little tears along the edges of the cover and a tear at the top has been taped on the back. The fold has held and it is otherwise in good condition with no serious tears, losses or damage.

They are listed in the 1900-1909 category(this one) 1910-1919, 1920-1929, and 1930-1939) From the estate of a former owner of 2 second hand stores. The result of years of random purchases. There is no rhyme or reason to the contents of these lots, other than the 1900-1945 time-frame. Each lot was created by rough-grading each piece into 4 categories as either very good/excellent, good, fair, or poor.
