During the late 1920s and 1930s there were a lot of fixtures like this– an artful blend of many influences. And I rather like that. To me though, these are Spanish-Revival sconces with Art Deco influences. If your house was built in the late 1920s. 1930s, or 1940s, and is Spanish-Revival in its styling, then sconces such as this would have been likely choices. The sconces are cast-iron(this is typical for Moe-Bridges) and as such have a nice heft about them. They feature intricate designs and a rich polychrome finish in a deep gold with brighter gold highlights. And just touches of jade and Pompeii red. Nice. Each sconce also has an on/off switch. The sconces can be individually controlled by their switches. Or by a wall switch– assuming your house is wired as such. Wholly restored and with new wiring. This set is ready to hang, and comes with all the mounting hardware needed! DETAILS: Sadly. The period-correct, hand-painted bulbs are not included. Happily, I will let you know where to get them. Wrought Iron Wall Lamp, Spanish Colonial Revival
Nice vintage piece of wrought iron with green pebble textured glass inserts. The style works well with Arts& Crafts as well as Spanish Colonial. Apparently it was never electrified; however. The fitting is in place for the cord. It measures 16” in length and approximately 12” at the widest point. The condition is“as found” leaving the extent of the restoration to the owner.

Vintage set 6 or 3 pair Bronze Thick heavy Spanish Gothic Revival Wall Sconces
Up for consideration is a fine set of 6 bronze 2 arm wall sconces. The sconces are very thick. Heavy, robust, very masculine if I may add they are surprisingly larger than what shows in the photos. The sconces measure 12 1/2 inches tall by 12 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches deep. They weigh about 3 1/2 pound each. The sconces are bronze and are the Spanish Revival Form with a hammered texture. c.1927 Antique Vintage Lamp Made by Leviton as marked on the electric candle Art Deco Era- Spanish Revival. Gothic Style Single-Candle Electric Wall Sconce Marked patent 11-15-27 on the candle's electric bar under the cardboard tube. It's made from metal and called polychrome finish with gold color background and highlights of blue and red in center of what looks to me like a shield design. There is a crown shape in center. Decorative volutes at top and bottom, button like flower shape in center which attaches the bracket in back. On/off switch at base. Important.this old sconce needs to be rewired. TLC before you can use it. Measures about 10.5" tall and 4" widest point. Extends out about 6" from the wall. If you need any other measurements just let me know. Spanish Revival Gothic Wall Sconce Candle Holders - Genuine Wrought Iron
Here’s another Spanish Mediterranean Gothic Spanish Revival style in home décor during the late 1940's- 1950's and early 1960’s. This Wall Sconce is made out of genuine wrought iron. It has a flat matte painted finish and is very large measuring in at approximately 20-1/4" inches tall by 9" inches wide at the candle plates which holds two taper candles. The sconce measures approximately 4-4-1/2" inches out from the wall depending on your viewing angle and the curvature underneath the candle plate. Hope this helps. These were used indoors or also in an outdoor garden setting or portico for craftsman and Spanish style homes. Be it castle or man cave. Pair Vintage Wrought Iron Gothic Spanish Revival Candle Holder Wall Sconces
This is a great looking pair of vintage wrought iron Gothic/Spanish revival candleholder wall sconces. I'm not sure how old they are. But you can see they have good age. One measures 12 1/2 inches tall. The other 13 inches(31.8 cm, 33 cm) They're each 9 inches wide(22.9 cm) They protrude from the wall 3 3/4 inches(9.5 cm) The detailed hand work is really beautiful. They're all original and have never been repainted. They each have a little hole on the flat star base of the candleholder section. So with a little ingenuity they can actually be turned into lights if you like. They're both in very good condition. With just embedded dust on them and a few tiny areas where paint has chipped off. Since they're hand wrought. The little swirls are each a little different looking. They're definitely not just out of a mold. They've ... moredeveloped a great old patina. Antique/Vintage Gothic Art Deco Spanish Revival Wall Sconces NEW Wiring Sockets
A pair of heavy ornate antique/vintage electric wall two-light sconces in working order. The old sockets were broken or missing so I had them replaced with new sockets and wiring. A white plastic sleeve is also included which slips over the cardboard lined socket to give the old style look of a candle. They have been tested and are working. The hand on/off switches are not wired as most people will want to operate them from a wall switch. They are made of what appears to be cast iron with a polychrome type finish which does show some age wear plus some house paint on the edges. Approximately 8.5" wide by 10" high. Heavy wrought iron, they were hand made to install directly onto the wall and they have a great Gothic designer look. Lots of twists and curls. HUGE MID-CENTURY ELECTRIC WALL SCONCE LAMP This is a really cool large electric(plug into an outlet) wall sconce! The wood plaque portion measures 28" in height. 5 1/2" in length, and 2" in depth. The light extends out from the wall approx 7" The crackle glass is amber in color. The metal is a bronze color, but I don't know whether it's bronze or brass. There is a long chain measuring approx 90" in length. The electrical cord'inside' the chain has a small portion of electrical tape around it, which I'm assuming covers a break. The light works well. VTG Wrought Iron 3 Candle Wall Sconce Large 32" Gothic Medieval Spanish Revival
This a gorgeous vintage wrought iron 3-candle wall sconce. It is Gothic/ Medieval/ Spanish in style and measures a very large 32 1/2" tall and candle holders project 6 1/2" out from the wall. Candle holders measure 3 1/4" across. It is in very good, solid condition but does have some surface rust(mostly located on the candle holders themselves) this rust is not deep rust and has not eaten through the metal(I, personally, think this gives it character) but it would be a fairly easy job to sand and repaint, if desired. This is a truly beautiful piece that really makes a statement!
