Antique Gilded Gold Leaf Chandelier Ceiling Light Fixture Restored Vintage
Offered here is a unique carved Italian wooden chandelier made in the 1920's. This originally candle piece has been wired with period appropriate Rayon style cloth wiring. And has been restored to it's original condition. As with all of our fine lighting devices, this chandler is ready to install. This chandleier measures 42" tall by 19" wide. This piece has three light sockets. Each accepting one 60 watt candelabra based light bulb. The height could be reduced for shorter applications.

Art Deco Restored 5 Light Flushmount Ceiling Fixture
Gorgeous and fantastic Art Deco ceiling light lovingly restored! This fixture is from the 30's and has been refinished in bronze. Copper, antique copper, and 2 shades of green. Then it was sealed for long term protection. The wiring and sockets are new. The finial and socket rings are original. It measures 15" across and 4" tall. Bulbs are not included but mounting hardware is. I'm very proud of the light fixtures that I restore. I've been doing this work for 7 years. I take a great deal of time and pay a great deal of attention to the details. Sometimes I hold onto a light for months until the perfect painting treatment comes to mind. Other times the ideas come to me at the first sight of a special light fixture. My listings include well lit and large pictures so you can see the detail work and beautiful colors used ... morein my painted lights. Each fixture is thoroughly cleaned before repainting. Some are chemically stripped and others are bead blasted. I choose the method that achieves the best results depending on the material and type of fixture. Occasionally a fixture only needs a good cleaning with detergent. I use primers when needed and I seal each of my lights with either a satin or gloss clear finish to protect it. I include original parts when possible and appropriate. Unless stated otherwise. All extras such as finials, are new. I consider all of my lights to be OOAK(one of a kind) because I rarely do 2 alike unless they are a set. This thing was a rusty old mess but I love the style& thought it was worth saving. It is made of pressed metal. It was scraped to bare metal. Primed and painted with a hammered texture. The finial is original and is solid brass. The socket is new and is also solid brass, not plated. The cord is from a vintage fan& is in good condition. Appears to be a wall-mounted fixture. The cloth covering on one set of wires is disintegrating but the wire underneath has a modern plastic jacket. Someone replaced the sockets and the shades. This is a restored light fixture ready to install in your home. there are three restored electric light sockets with original covers dated webber 1910 Etc. All or most of them are original to the fixture. The crystal is a newer copy. The fixture is solid casted heavy brass that was nickle plated in 1910. About 99% of the nickel is worn off. The finish is a satin brass and lacquered to get many years of protected finish. There are five levels of prism with 63- 50-34- 22- 13 for a total of 182 prism plus ball. There are many tiny flakes on the edges of the prism and ball as normal wear on 115 year old glass and some have been replaced over the decades and all are close ... morelooking. Electric was done when fixture was restored 9 years ago by someone else. The top crown is 15" across.The height is 26" from bottom of ball to top of fixture. There is 13" of original heavy iron chain that has all the brass plating worn off, brass paint will fix that.
