The brass pan has a stepped, domed design with three distinct sections. It is slightly cone shaped and narrows at the bottom with a round finial accent. VTG BRASS CHANDELIER CEILING 4 LIGHT FIXTURE W/ FROSTED & CUT GLASS DOME SHADE
Up for auction is a pre-owned Vintage all brass CHANDELIER ceiling light fixture with 4 outside lights and 1 center light with the dome center frosted and cut glass shade. The light fixture is all brass but have some of the areas painted a tan or light brown color. Light have 4 heavy cast brass ornate 4-light chandelier arm with the flat on/off knobs( knobs are marked BRYANT) Light has a 20" long chain and the domed ceiling mount cover cap. All the fixture shades are frosted with cut in detailed design( cut in design is the clear glass) and gives off a soft. Warm glow when lit. BULBS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION! I cannot find a signature on the light. SIZE: Approximately 20 1/2" across the arms and 47" from the domed ceiling mount cover to the bottom of the shade. The 4 outside smaller shades are 5" from top to bottom ... moreoutside, top of these shades are 1 7/8" on the inside and 2 3/16" aross to the outside. The bottom of the 4 smaller shades are 3 1/2" across to the inside and 3 3/4" aross to the outside. The big center dome shade is 9 1/2" across the inside and 9 3/4" aross to the outside, and approx. 5 1/2' deep. CONDITION:I was real careful when I tried the light because of fraded and bare wires, but all the light sockets worked as shown in the pictures. The light DOES HAVE SOME CRACKS IN BRASS AROUND THE RIMS OF THE 4 OUTSIDE LIGHT, WHERE THE SHADE SCREWS ARE LOCATED, I do not think that these small crack will hurt any thing because when screwed in tight they hold the shades firmly in place. THERE IS ALSO A CRACK IN THE ADJUSTABLE TUBE, THAT ATTACH TO THE HOUSE CEILING FIXTURE(SEE PICTURES)All the shades are free of any cracks, but all have some light roughness, small flea bites around the top rims which cannot be seen when the shades are placed properly in the frame. Vintage Art Nouveau 4 Arm Pan Light Chandelier with Center Dome Light
A wonderful almost all original pan light chandelier from the 1920's or 30's. Light has 4 arms and a center dome light. Light has been re-wired. Has 3 out of the 4 original Arrow fat boy paddle socket switches. The fourth switch has been replaced with a new period correct paddle switch which I installed in the original Arrow casing. The center light socket is original and the finish is all original. The hanging chain was replaced and I had to use a couple of different shade holding screw on one hanging cup which will not really be noticeable. As I said, the light has its original finish, a wonderful light milk chocolate color with gold highlights on the fantastic embossing around the bottom of the pan and on the hanging shade holders and ceiling bell. The center dome is 12" across, 5" deep and has a 10" fitter and is ... morefrosted with a cut to clear flower or starburst design. The dome does have some chipping on the inside of the fitter edge but is not affected by this. The center dome also has about a 1 1/4" crack that I found while taking the photos for this listing, imagine my disappointment. I did not see the crack all of the time I was cleaning and working on this light, thought maybe it occurred when I put in a bulb and turned it on so I have had the light on and off for extended periods of time to make sure the crack would not get bigger. It has not changed at all so I believe it is stable and will be fine if handled with care. The crack is just above the widest part of the dome and will probably not be visable when hung. I have included a photo of the crack. The pan is 15" across and total width, end of arm to end of arm is 22" Total hanging length is about 34" The arm socket holders are made for shades that have a 2 1/4" fitter. I will let the new owner install their own choice of shades if any. The light does have some minor scuffs and paint loss but is really nice for its age. Reduced Rare Art Nouveau Crafts Large Cut Glass Dome Chandelier 3 Frosted Shades
Hello. Welcome to our auction of this original Art nouveau brass chandelier with large central frosted& cut glass dome and 3 large pendant lantern lights suspended down from the centre piece. The ceiling rose measures 8.5" wide and 4" tall. The main frame is 17" across and 5 1/4" tall. it measures a total drop from the ceiling of 34" With each side pendant on a chain of 3 links and total length from the top if the frame of 16.5 inches. It will require a re-wire and small amount of attention to the metal links holding all the pieces. It still has the ceramic rise& fall fixture within the ceiling rose. Which now has a metal hook. Each of the pendants has the old white ceramic edged screw fittings(normal width) There is a suspended arm adjoined to the frame which holds a bulb to the centre if the dome. For the ... morepurposes of the photos I have suspended the light over a single energy bulb.not the brightest. But I think this gives a basic idea of how it could look. The glass is in near perfect condition with only a couple of light edge marks where the small screws have held it in place. The dome and other 2 lanterns are unmarked. One of the small screws is damaged, but the shade is firmly in place with only 2. Good patina and age on the metal work, could be slightly polished so the floral motifs are highlighted. RARE Czech Glass Fruit & Flower Chandelier 6 Clusters of Grapes Flower Dome
Czech Glass Fruit and Flower Chandelier c 1920's- 1930's This is a beautiful Czech glass chandelier! The central dome or basket is made of glass flowers in different shades of frosted blues. Amber, white and plum. Each flower has a tiny glass bead that secures it to the frame. There are six scrolled arms that each suspend one cluster of illuminated grapes. There are six arms that extend to upward to the mounting bracket. Each arm is wrapped in a gilded floral vine with foliage. The arms each have a small loop that they lock into so they balance the weight of the glass equally. The mounting bracket is decorated in the same gilded flowers and foliage design. I will remove the flower bowl and each cluster of grapes and package them so that they aren't crushed in shipping. Condition notes: The wiring on the chandelier works but the ... morefixture was removed before I had a chance to take a photo. The dome is lit with one 90 watt bulb and each cluster of grapes takes a candelabra bulb. There is some paint loss on the metal areas. The gilded floral sections look good but there are a few black"caps" located at the top of the clusters of grapes I would repaint black. There is one glass"flower" that is broken in half(other half is missing) and one glass flower that is missing. There is one grape that is broken in half. There are some rub marks on some of the grapes. This piece has been washed but I did not try to scrub the marks off of the glass because I was concerned that I would disrupt the frosted look. There could be a few other glass pieces that are missing but it's so dense packed. I don't see any open areas. Measurements: 35" high(bracket to the bottom of the grapes) x 24" wide. GORGEOUS ANTIQUE BEADED DOME This is one of those OMG totally over the top gorgeous glittering beaded domes. I've been collecting these for about 10 years and this rock crystal dome was one of the first in my collection. It has an amazing reflective quality with the hundreds and hundreds of multi-faceted crystals. The beads graduate in size from Kim Kardashian carats to petite and perfect baubles of light. The finial is also beautiful and a rare find. In fabulous condition especially given the age. This dates to the 1940's or thereabouts. It was originally used as a flush mount chandelier. I've also seen beaded domes as sconces. Too, though. There are no beads missing. The shape is slightly lop-sided but can be"perfect" if you so desire. My home decor style used to be shabby chic but now I've gone more to a sea grotto ... moreinspired beach look. A very fine antique. Circa 1920's, French Louis XV style brass chandelier. The fixture has a brass circular frame with three satyr masks below the coiled brass arms with frosted glass shades. The frame holds a colored marble, or stained alabaster, dome shade. There are three cast brass floral chains to hang the frame that gather to a collar below the brass chain up to the original brass ceiling canopy. It is in working order with new wiring and plug for ceiling connection. From ceiling canopy down to dome brass drop finial measures 47" tall, the brass dome frame 18" diameter. The frosted glass shades are not original to the chandelier. They are without damage. Excellent condition: brass in original finish, no dents or breaks. The dome shade is without chips or cracks.

Antique Fluted Glass & Crystal Dome Bag Chandelier with Graduated Octagons

Antique Fluted Glass& Crystal Dome Bag Chandelier This light fitting was removed from a very old house as part of a re-wiring programme and the electrical wiring is no way guaranteed and would need to be looked at by an expert. The dome itself and the topper and round ball in between are undamaged but there is some discolouration. There is an old piece of chain on the top where it was attached to the ceiling with the supplied brass hook and it has a modern light bulb holder. The dome is 19 cm diameter and the whole fitting has a drop of 27 cm approx. The dome and rose are smooth on the outside with the fluted effect being on the inside and hanging below the dome is a bag formed by 18 strands of 6 graduated octagonal flat backed button crystals which drape into a clear ... moreglass finial. Some of the wires have been replaced and 3 of the strands need attention…they need rejigging and reattaching… all 18 crystals are present but are wired wrongly and the strands need reforming. This would need to be done by someone who knows what they are doing with the right tools and the right wire so I’m not even going to attempt it! There may be some minor knock or scratch damage to the crystals and they could use a professional clean– all I’ve done is to dunk them in warm water to remove some of the decades of grime and they sparkle well. There are other light fittings from the same property on separate listings. Will be well packed for courier delivery or can be collected in person from the south side of BATH. Cast opaline glass inverted dome chandelier with brass and bronze mounts. The chandelier. Expertly restored by the Antique division of Remains Lighting of New York, features three candle uplights in addition to three interior lights. The chandelier is suspended by antiqued chain connected to a brass decorative canopy. The chandelier measures 30"L when suspended by the chain. The Opaline Glass dome is 7"H and has a 17"Dia. There is a small scratch inside the dome. Uses standard bulbs. Retail price on this chandelier was $4100.
