Chamber Pot Commode with embossed design pattern On the bottom has Iron Stone China Warranted with 2 lions and a shield Measure's 5 1/4" tall and 9 1/4" across top This is not in mint condition. Has a tiny crack on bottom of handle, chip on underside of rim along top and looks like the china raised when they were making it. Does have other marks from being so old I am also including the lid that as you can see by the picture has a large crack on the top and large chip along edge I am not an expert on this kind of stuff just something I have had for a really long time

There are a few same chips(chigger bites) on the left side of the handle near the top. Nothing too bad. They and the glazing flaw should be clearly evident in the pictures. Some people collect figurines. Others collect Chamber Pots. So for those of you interested in Chamber Pots, this one is a beaut! It of course is very vintage or antique more likely. It comes from J.W. Pankhurst& Co. in Hanley, England. It is made of Stone China with a lovely adornment on the handle and on the piece where the handle attaches, no chips, cracks, or crazing. There are a few little dark marks in the glaze and some fine scratches in the bottom inside. It is 6" tall and the diameter at the top is 8 3/4" The bottom has the hallmark and reads Stone China, J.W. Pankhurst& Co. Hanley, England. You won't be disappointed with this fine treasure.

Vintage Chamber Pot w Pink Bow - Stone China
Vintage chamber pot that has a pink bow on the front. The glaze has crazing from age and there are spots where the glaze has chipped off the pot. It is 5 1/2" tall and 8 1/2" across the top. Had some gold around the top but it has worn off with age. Some on the handle. The bottom says Stone China Warranted. This is a great pot for a plant or whatever. No chips other than to the glaze and no cracks.

1890s ANTIQUE VICTORIAN White Goodwin's Ironstone Iron Stone China CHAMBER POT
This is a beautiful antique white ironstone piece. It is quite decorative. And would complement a variety of decorating styles and color schemes used as a planter or however you choose. Black back stamp says GOODWIN'S IRON STONE CHINA 1844 with a shield, banner, and two winged creatures(dragons perhaps) This mark was used by Goodwin Pottery Co. of East Liverpool, Ohio, between 1893 and 1906. Approximate measurements of the chamber pot are 5 1/2 inches tall x 8 3/4 inches wide, not including the handle. This is a heavy piece. It has no chips or cracks. There is wear in the glaze(most noticeable on the rim) And tiny discolored spots. Crazing is visible on the underside. On the inside there are scratches in the glaze, mostly visible on the bottom. The first three photos most accurately show the color; I've included photos with a variety ... moreof lighting so you can see the lovely design details as well as flaws. Very nice collectible– I mean after all everyone should have a chamber pot. Bedpan, pot, potty, commode, receptacle, jerry, jordan, pisspot or thunder mug, whatever you want to call it! You can even use it to display flowers. I’m not sure of its age but it has been around a long time. Over all it’s in very good shape. There are several manufacture dimples and one hairline crack on the edge(see pictures) But otherwise it has a nice creamy white color with that wonderful crazing that gives it more beauty.
