Measures 6 1/8" wide from the spout to the opposite side by 5 1/8" from handle to opposite side by 2 3/8" tall. Base rim is 2 1/4" diameter. Cup opening at the top has a scalloped edging and inside 5 strainer holes that lead out to the spout for pouring and feeding into person's mouth. Plain white porcelain without any decorations or colorations. Condition is as you see in the photos. The while porcelain china has crackle which is typical with old age. NOTE: at the spout tip there are a few tiny nips on the end. I tried to photograph but it was difficult because so small and underneath. There is also a hairline inside the cup bowl at top that does not extend to outside so it may be original to when the feeder cup was made. A few knot imperfections also from time it was made. Small marks. Rub and scuff on base rim. Feeder cup is not dated. However, you can tell by the maker's mark, crackle, and aging that it is old. I am estimating circa 1900 and could be a bit earlier like late 1800's I just can't be sure. It is pre-owned, old and was used so buyer will be someone who understands current condition and is ok with it. Item is being sold“as is” as was found. Crown and unicorn, with CHARLES MEAKIN ENGLAND under it. This printed mark was used on the earliest pottery made at the Burslem Works location. From 1870 to 1882. There are a few expected minor anomalies inherent with hand-made pottery. The inside is quite clean. Close inspection reveals very minor scratches on the bottom from use over 130 years ago. The glazing on the exterior is very nice There are no chips on the top edge. As shown in the photos. There is a very small crack at the top right side of the handle that appears to have been glued, possibly prior to glazing. This is not very obvious to the eye when on display, and in my opinion it is a minor visual issue. I have tried to be as complete as possible in my description. But I'm not an antique expert and have assessed this chamber pot based on the research I have done. Please look carefully at the photos. As they are part of the description. Because of the age of this item. Royal Ironstone China Alfred Meakin Ltd Chamber Pot W/Lid-England-Late 1800's
These chamber pots are very collectible and rare. Especially with the lid. This one also has a crocheted lid cover. There is a chip on the lid(mostly on the underside) and a few small cracks on the lid. The pot has no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs. The pot is 5" high and with lid approx 7 1/2" high. The bowl part is approx 8 5/8" across and from the handle across is approx 11" I really like this piece but we will be moving in 3 years and we are downsizing. This is a very heavy piece.

Antique Royal Ironstone China Johnson Bro England Chamber Pot Circa 1824
I got this antique ironstone chamber pot from an estate sale in Ohio. This was quite dirty and I cleaned it up some. It had a note taped inside that I will send along with it. It tells who it belonged to and has it dated 1824. One side of the pot has some black stains that look like mildew. It isn't pitted. So it's possible this may come out with further cleaning. This is a wonderful antique chamber pot in great condition. It is white with blue pin-stripping and the lid has a decorative handle with embossed design. The bowl and lid are in great condition for an antique piece with no chips. There is some minor scratches and wear but they do not detract for the value of the pot. The bottom is stamped"Warranted Royal Ironstone China" with the Li on and Unicorn makers mark and Charles Meakin England underneath. Antique white chamber pot made in the late 1800's Very nice condition for its age! Bowl measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches tall Handle extends out another 2 inches and is approx. 4 inches tall Marked ROYAL IRONSTONE CHINA with the stamp of the lion. Crown and unicorn, with CHARLES MEAKIN ENGLAND under it. This printed mark was used on the earliest pottery made at the Burslem Works location. From 1870 to 1882. There are a few expected minor anomalies inherent with hand-made pottery. The inside is quite clean. Close inspection reveals very minor scratches on the bottom from use over 130 years ago. Antique Victorian Alfred Meakin England Royal Ironstone China Chamber Pot
This very nice Victorian chamber pot is an English classic as it was part of every home in England during the Victorian period and until modern sewage systems introduced the flush toiled around 1900. This pot may also have been brought to the US during this same period and used as well. It is made from Ironstone with a fine high gloss finish and has a beautiful transparency to it(pictured#1. 2, 4) The under glaze is white and the over glaze is very thick making it transparent looking. It has some vertical lines around it giving it style and a broad serif handle(pictured# 3) It has a raised, curled rim around the top as these pots were used to catch poddie and were usually kept in a wooden commode uncovered. Covered commodes were often much more ornate and sometimes painted with colored glazes and floral patterns these were kept outside of ... morea commode most often in the bedroom near wash stands. This auction is for a Royal Ironstone chamber pot manufactured by Baker& Co. Ltd in Fenton. Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England c 1893. The pot is 7" tall with lid. 8-1/4" wide, it weighs 3 pounds 15 ounces. The pot has a bluish tint that is very pretty. Royal Ironstone China Chamber Pot from Alfred Meakin antique English utility ware in very nice condition Welcome to Simpler Times Antiques! Here for you today we're pleased to offer this antique English ironstone china chamber pot from the kilns of Alfred Meakin of Hanley. England. Our pot is white in color with no applied decoration. It stands some 5" tall at its rim and measures about 9" in overall diameter not including its generously sized ear shaped handle. This piece surfaced at a recent estate auction where the auctioneer jokingly called it"your next favorite ice cream bowl" being embarrassed to name it for what it is. Your humble eBay seller simply could not resist. The pot has Meakin's Royal Ironstone ... moreChina lion and unicorn mark on its bottom dating it as having probably been made between about 1897 and 1914. It likely was once one piece of a complete chamber set that would have included washbowl with matching pitcher. Hot water jug, and possibly a toothbrush holder. The pot also would have had a lid originally, but alas, that has been lost to the ages. We have looked this item over carefully and found it to be in good antique and used condition. It's damage free having no chips. Cracks, or repairs. We found no crazing of glaze. You will note that the interior surface suffers some stain, discoloration, and residue that's probably commensurate with age and typical use. There are a few scratches and scuffs of the glaze on the exterior surface where the pot has been banged about a bit, but none that would be considered objectionable or offensive. The glaze is well applied, but does exhibit a few of the typical pops and inclusions common to such pottery as this. Taken altogether it's a good looking piece of antique ironstone utility ware that shows well. It has great potential as a planter or simply as a decorative accessory in the right room.
