Primitive Chamber Pot, Royal Ironstone China Warranted with lid
Primitive Vintage Chamber Pot"royal Ironstone China Warranted" 8 3/4" across. Plus the handle Pot is 5 1/4 inches Tall With Lid. Measures 7 1/4" tall plus the lid handle. Light Grey/Cream color. Lid looks to have been dipped in some sort of brown stain(don't know why anyone would do that" Looks OK I see a small crack in the pot near the handle(not a big deal) There are a couple of cracks in the lid also not a big deal but there is a good sized chip along the edge of the lid. This was my mother in law's& we got it when she passed. My wife used it in the bathroom for spare TP. Kinda neat Would also make a great plant pot. I don't think we ever had a use for the lid This is rather heavy and large. Will ship in USPS Large Flat Rate Box. Vintage Johnson Brothers Royal Ironstone Chamber Pot! Blue Flowers! LID!! NICE
VERY NICE VINTAGE CHAMBER POT! JOHNSON BROTHERS! MADE IN ENGLAND! WITH LID! NICE BLUE FLOWER AND STEM DESIGN! This is a vintage chamber pot that was made by Johnson Brothers in England. It is the Royal Ironstone series and is made of porcelain and heavy! It comes complete with the lid. It's a great piece! The chamber pot measures 9 inches tall and 11 1/2 inches wide. It has an interesting handle and knob on top of the lid. The floral design is on both sides and extends to the lid. It looks like it had gold paint along the edge. I like how the porcelain is shaped along the top and bottom of the pot and on the lid. It's a beautifully made piece! The chamber pot is in good condition. The design has endured well for its age. The colors are good. There are some chips along the edge of the lid. Inside the lid you can also see some chips ... moreand some staining. There are marks here and there. The gold paint has worn in areas. There is some paint wear here and there. Overall. It's in really good shape for its age. What a fun decorator item! Royal Ironstone China Alfred Meakin Ltd Chamber Pot W/Lid-England-Late 1800's
These chamber pots are very collectible and rare. Especially with the lid. This one also has a crocheted lid cover. There is a chip on the lid(mostly on the underside) and a few small cracks on the lid. The pot has no chips, cracks, damage, or repairs. The pot is 5" high and with lid approx 7 1/2" high. The bowl part is approx 8 5/8" across and from the handle across is approx 11" I really like this piece but we will be moving in 3 years and we are downsizing. This is a very heavy piece.

8 1/2 inches wide 5 1/2 inches high. Handle on pot and lid.pot has no flowers, Cook& Hancock stamp on back, 9 inch lid with handle lid has one chip about 1/2" x 1/2" on edge no chips on pot. One small fracture about 3 inches, but you don't feel any rough edges some grazing( I think that is what its called) as on most old things. some raised design on pot and handles I used it in bathroom for 40 + years for hair pieces etc.

Embossed fern leaves on both sides of both handles(hard to photograph. The top diameter of the pot/ bowl is 8 5/8" The pot measures 5 1/4" high(without the lid. With the the lid in place it measures 7 1/2" tall overall(to top of lid's handle. The bottom is marked: ROYAL IRONSTONE CHINA A.J. WILKINSON LTD. ENGLAND Exact age unknown. Acquired from an estate. Arthur J. Wilkinson began using this mark(see photo) in 1896. Rare yellow color. In very good ... morecondition! No chips, no cracks and no scratches. Nice and clean. The lid has a tiny indentation on its underside from manufacture, which has been glazed over. The gold decoration is very much intact. There is slight wear of the gold trim on the handles only. Very light crazing throughout. The yellow color is even and consistant throughout. All bright areas of glare in my photos are from lighting. Buyer pays $16.00 for shipping(it is quite heavy. Beautiful as a chamber pot can be! This Chamber pot has a floral pattern on both the pot and the matching lid of the most wonderful color blue. It is also deeply accented around the top and the lid with sponge marks and shadows of Gold. This is all original. The bottom is marked Royal Ironstone Warranted and has the lion/unicorn mark. The inside is supreme for the age and the lid is fine too. The only damage are a couple minimal chips on the rim of the base. Take a close look at the photos. This is a rare one!

Wonderful estate sale find! This chamber pot from England is in near mint condition with only a tiny nick on the very bottom of the pot. Has embossed decorations and is quite lovely(for a chamber pot) Measures 5.5" tall and 9" wide without lid. And approx. 9" tall including peak of lid handle. Very nice and hard to find in this condition. From a smoke free home. But as I get my items from estate sales I cannot guarantee that they originated from smoke free homes. This is a wonderful antique chamber pot in great condition. It is white with blue pin-stripping and the lid has a decorative handle with embossed design. The bowl and lid are in great condition for an antique piece with no chips. There is some minor scratches and wear but they do not detract for the value of the pot. Alfred Meakin Royal Ironstone Chamber Pot w/Lid 1881-97 Near Fine Condition
This is a listing for an Alfred Meakin Royal Ironstone chamber pot with its lid. It dates from 1881-97. Based on the pottery mark. The handle of the lid is a flower and leaf design. This design repeats on the handle of the pot. The pot and its lid are in excellent condition with just a few issues. There is a crack starting at the top part of the handle where it attaches to the pot. There is a spot on the handle of the lid where the glaze is missing. I believe it chipped off likely because of an air bubble underneath it. There is one small glaze pit on the rim of the lid. The outside of the pot has a small amount of scuffing. The interior has some minor scratching and wear to the glaze on the bottom of the pot. Please study the pictures for details. This is a listing for an Enoch Wedgwood& Co. Royalstone ironstone chamber pot with its lid. It dates from 1860-90. Based on the pottery mark. Enoch was the cousin of Josiah Wedgwood. The pot and its lid are in very good condition for their age. The lid has had three chip repairs at its rim, and one of the repairs has a crack leading from it(about 1/2" to the inner rim of the lid on its underside, and about 1 1/4" un the lid on the outside) The base is free of chips and cracks. It has some minor scratching and is in remarkable shape. There is a slight amount of scuffing on the exterior of the pot. Wedgwood & Co Royal Stone Chamber Pot and Lid Ironstone -A
I retired in mid-2009 with the objective of clearing my house of excess in short order. A goal at which I have failed miserably. I am trying to get back on board. I have finally convinced family and friends to stop bringing stuff for me to sell as I have enough already! If you buy this 136 year old chamber pot no one will ever be able to clain you don't have a pot to p* in. Enoch Wedgwood was a distant cousin of Josiah Wedgwood. He founded his pottery in 1860 and it continued into the 20th century intil being absorbed into the Wedgwood Group. The pot stands 8-1/2" with lid and is about 10-1/2" long. The bowl is 8-1/2" One small inderglaze chip on the foot of the pot. A scratch on the lid and crazing to the glaze. The Wedgwood& Co. Royal Stone China stamp is on the bottom as is a British registry mark for 1877. Inside ... moreand out you can see 3 equidistant stilt marks from when the glaze was applied. For your consideration today is a wonderful blue and white ironstone pottery chamber pot with lid. This pot was produced by the John Maddock& Sons Potteries. Staffordshire England. It is true vintage and in excellent condition overall with no chips or cracks- there is fine crazing all over but the shiny glaze on the pot and lid is still very nice. This chamber pot retains its original lid. The lid and single pot handle are enhanced by a leaf and vine motif molded into the pot. The blue bands on the lid and pot are surrounded by a fine line of goldtone highlights. This pot is approx 8 inches tall at the top of the lid knob. Primitive Antique White Ironstone Chamber Pot With Lid Tomkinson England The pickens were slim this weekend as far as auctions and estate sales. So I went to a favorite antique mall that always has an awesome February sale. Picked up lots of antiques and unique items to list! I also continue to list new items from the farm estate auction, with lookouts more new hardware pieces over the next several weeks. I am also going to one of my favorite flea market shows this weekend, so wish me luck! There’s something for everyone! Ya gotta love antique ironstone- and this beauty comes with its hard to find lid. Too! What I have is a white ironstone chamber pot- marked on the bottom with the double lion crest, Royal Patent Ironstone, and Tomkinson Bro& Co. this English piece will accent your collection or decoration beautifully. The base of the ... morepot measures 10 3/8" wide handle to end, 8 7/8" diameter at the top, and stands 5 3/4" tall. With the lid on, it measures 8" tall to the top of the handle. The pot is in excellent structrual condition, with some minor damage from wear and age(and I'm afraid to say.use! There's a very thin and hard to see hairline crack that runs from the top down 3 1/2" You can see it from the inside too- although only 2" of it on the inside. I'm showing you the outside view in photo 9, and the inside view in photo 18. The pot shows crazing all over, and some darkening due to the crazing toward the bottom of the pot, and some light carmel colored spots on the side, but no other issues, chips or cracks on the body. Turn it over, and you can see a couple of teenie nicks on the very rim of the bottom where it sits on the table/floor- so it has to be upside down to see and they may be original- see photos 19-23. If you look at photos 12-15, you will see that the underside of the lid has two very small shallow chips(photo 13 has a third that is more of a small scrape) One is on the inside rim, it's 1/8" and it's the largest. Offered is a beautiful White Ironstone Chamber Pot with lid in the Kansas Shape. This shape features vertical convex ribs with embossed large leaves around the handle and on the lid. As well as a large nut finial. This piece was produced by J&G Meakin in Hanley, England circa the mid to late 1800's, and retains their impressed mark indicating J&G Meakin- Pearlware. This Chamber Pot is is in very nice overall condition. The base is excellent with no chips or cracks. And only some light age coloring on the interior. The lid has a chip on the outer rim and a flake on the underside rim, as well as some light crazing. Especially for its age, which dates to the late 1800s or early 1900s. There are no chips or cracks or stains or crazing or repairs in the bowl or the lid. The glaze is clear and white is white. There is a very minor grayish/silver"scuff" or lines in the top of the lid(last photo) It doesn't detract from the overall appeal of this Great Find. Which is remarkable because we used it for years to store an extra roll of toilet paper and I don't know how many times it got bumped or kicked against the cast iron bathtub. It has a raised wheat? design around the edging and handle(very nice) It is marked on the bottom(pictured) Measures approx. 8 inches across the opening and approx. 4 5/8 inches in height. Antique Alfred Meakin White Royal Ironstone Chamber Pot with Lid Excellent Cond!
Presented for your consideration this antique white ironstone chamber pot with lid. It has a simple ornate design on the top and side handles and a simple panel motif around the outside. It was made in England by Alfred Meakin as part of the Royal Ironstone Pottery line. It measures 7-1/4" tall including the lid and 10-1/2" across including the handle. It is 9-1/2" in diameter, not including the handle. It is in excellent antique condition, no cracks, chips or repairs. I did find a few yellowish spots on the bottom of the outside, see close up last photo. Your pot will be shipped either USPS or UPS Ground, whichever you choose. Three little spots underside of lid where it was supported while in kiln. 9" in diameter and flange is about 7 3/4" sloping inward and inside 7" A dark scratch inside small in glaze does not look like a crack. Antique Grayish White Chamber Pot Lid Only-China/Ironstone
Beautiful antique white chamber pot lid only. China or ironstone-not for sure. Color is not a bright white but an off-white or grayish white. Beautiful design resembles Fleur de lis. No chips or cracks. Top is rough to the touch with these cool imperfections. Overall diameter is 9 3/4" Inside lip diameter is 7 7/8" It slants some so should fit a pot with an 8 1/4" opening. Beautiful condition with floral transfers. The knob has a stylized flower on it and the flower in the transfers is similar an Asiatic Lily. There are imperfections on the underside where it was in the kiln on three supports. No crazing the#22 is inside the lid- possibly a pattern number. The lid has only one small chip on the bottom inside(see photo) I am not entirely sure that the lid belongs to this pot but they were found together. They were being used in an old barn at an estate for over 100 years. Yes, it was fun cleaning it out but now it is disinfected and sparkling, though I doubt I would drink from it. It is decorated with scallops or shells on each side of the handle The handle has an open handle. It is quite clean and found in very good used condition. The interior rims interior rim size is approximately 6 1/2" in size while the exterior ring is approximately 7" while the interior lid diameter is approximately 9" in size.
