Bowl measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter and 5 1/4 inches tall Handle ... moreextends out another 2 inches and is approx. 4 inches tall Marked ROYAL IRONSTONE CHINA with the stamp of the lion. Crown and unicorn, with CHARLES MEAKIN ENGLAND under it. This printed mark was used on the earliest pottery made at the Burslem Works location. From 1870 to 1882. There are a few expected minor anomalies inherent with hand-made pottery. The inside is quite clean. Close inspection reveals very minor scratches on the bottom from use over 130 years ago. The glazing on the exterior is very nice There are no chips on the top edge. As shown in the photos. There is a very small crack at the top right side of the handle that appears to have been glued, possibly prior to glazing. This is not very obvious to the eye when on display, and in my opinion it is a minor visual issue. I have tried to be as complete as possible in my description. But I'm not an antique expert and have assessed this chamber pot based on the research I have done. Please look carefully at the photos. As they are part of the description. Because of the age of this item. It will be sold AS IS and returns not accepted. so if you have any questions at all about the condition of this piece, please be sure to ask before purchasing so there are no surprises. Top: 9.0 Bottom Diameter: 6.5 Condition: Solid. Rings if you hang by handle and tap the pot. No damage. This is a lovely pot with attractive applied floral clusters& gilded highlights; a combination of decals and hand gilding. Because the shipping is so expensive for overseas. Antique Royal Ironstone China Johnson Bro England Chamber Pot Circa 1824
I got this antique ironstone chamber pot from an estate sale in Ohio. This was quite dirty and I cleaned it up some. It had a note taped inside that I will send along with it. It tells who it belonged to and has it dated 1824. One side of the pot has some black stains that look like mildew. It isn't pitted. So it's possible this may come out with further cleaning. Furnival's Daffodil Chamber Pot Transferware Handle #248764 Circa 1895 Very Nice
Lovely Furnival's transfer ware chamber pot with daffodils and flowers. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The transfer looks very nice with no skips or misses that I can see. The nice point about this chamber pot is that there are splashes of color in the flowers- the large daffodil has some blue and yellow. The same goes for the back- please look closely at all nine photos. Gold speckling on rim and handle. Gold trim on bottom rim which has some minor wear in spots. Registration number 248764 which to the best of my knowledge is the date for 1895. The transfer carries over into the interior for 1.5" Curved handle has gold speckles with more transfer. Antique Ceramic Stoneware Chamber Pot circa 1878-1887
Marks on this piece indicate that it was made between 1878 and 1887 by Clarke Pottery. Burslem. It is in excellent condition without any chips, cracks, breaks or fractures. It measures 10" across at the handle and 5-1/2" tall. There is no lid but it is still a nice piece for a collector to display. I will combine shipping whenever possible. Antique. Enamel, Chamber Pot with a Wooden Handle- Circa 1930's. Measures: 9" Tall& 9-1/2" in diameter. White with Black Trim. Pre-owned in normal vintage condition. There is no doubt as to weather or not this is an original, as it has patches of patina on the inside and outside of the base. A real piece of the past- these bed pans were kept beside or under the bed and were used especially in the winter time when it was too cold to go outside to use the outhouse. AUTHENTIC CHAMBER POT JH WEATHERBY & SONS ENGLAND CIRCA 1900 w/o LID
The J.H. Weatherby& Sons(Ltd) A family-run company was founded in Tunstall in 1891 and moved to Hanley the following year. Named'Falcon Pottery' it was the base for their manufacturing and trading of earthenware, and was one of a number of similar potteries in Stoke on-Trent. It first made domestic ware such as printed toilet sets. Trinket sets, vases, teapots, tableware and tableware fancies, jugs, fern pots and lidded chamber pots. Soon after World War I, Weatherby began to supply advertising ware to hotels and caterers and later to hospitals and institutions. In the 1920s and 1930s it experimented with modernist matt glazes and introduced Art Deco-style vases, tableware and fancies. The manufacturer's"DURABILITY" mark on the bottom tells us this particular chamber pot was made after 1892 in Hanley. England. This ... morestamp was used from 1892-1924, but the introduction of indoor toilets gradually replaced chamber pots. There is a hairline crack from the rim about half way down into the vessel. This crack hasn't expanded. And as long as the buyer doesn't plan on using it for its original intended purpose, this shouldn't be a problem. The inside bottom is pitted and the glazing shows its true age. It really is remarkable that items as fragile as this have survived more than 100 years. This pot has no lid. But chamber pot lids seem to be a collectible, and currently there are many available on ebay that might fit this pot. I've taken photos of the handle to show that is has not been repaired or replaced. I displayed this for several years in a guest room that was also decorated in turn of the century Victorian. Guests and friends were intrigued. As few among us can say they have actually seen an authentic chamber pot.

Antique circa 1900’s D.E. McN. P Co Liverpool, Ohio white Chamber Pot Urinal. It measures 17” x 12” x 5” tall at the highest point and weighs about 6 lbs. There is a small hairline crack in one small part of the nozzle, otherwise in overall nice condition for its age. It is not only an interesting antique, but it could come in handy one day making it versatile.

Antique chamber pot England. Morley. Fox, and co. ltd. fenton. Straffordshire, England. Earthenware Ca. 1906(1906-1944) This chamber pot is rare in that there are hues(of red. Green, and yellow) other than blue and white included in the typical blue willow pattern. You will note a gold inlay around the edging. It is absolutely gorgeous and rare! The condition of the item has normal age yet very little ware. Please see photos for details of condition. The authenticity stamp on the bottom of this piece is also shown in photographs. This coloring process is known as polychroming. All original and dates to circa 1906.

Circa 1900. From Doulton Burslem very nice Chamber Pot and Soap Dish. I believe this is the Russel Pattern a blue floral pattern. Comes complete with a double handled main pot with a splash guard inner section with a pierced handle and the finishing lid. I have checked for chips,cracks and found none which surprised me.The only thing I can fault is some fading gold flaking which is common.The 3 piece soap dish matches the chamber pot.
