Antique Victorian Porcelain Chamber Pot with Lid Pink Floral Exceptional This is a wonderfully preserved Semi-Porcelain Chamber Pot made by Royal China International of Trenton. NJ. The makers mark is one used by the company between 1879 and 1903. Both the pot and lid are in excellent condition with no chipping, cracks or crazing. Transferware of delicate roses in shades of pink with gilt highlighting. The gold paint show wear in some spots particularly around the edge of the lid. This in no way detracts from it's beauty. This is a substantial piece measuring 8" in height and 28-29" around the widest point of the pot. It is unusual to find a piece of this age in such good condition and with a Lid. Pitcher is 11" high ... morex 10 inches wide. Chamber pot is 11" wide including handle x 9" diameter x 5 1/2" high, toothbrush holder is 5 1/2" high x 4" wide, towel holder is 9" diameter x 3" high, soap dish is 3 1/4" high including lid x 6" diameter. Condition: Condition varies slightly between piece but overall very good vintage condition. There is some crazing particularly on the towel holder and soap dish pieces with the holes and chamber pot. Towel holder also has a bit of discoloration. Toothbrush holder has a chip on the rim. Pitcher is in excellent shape. Free of any chips or cracks, just a bit of wear to the gold painted rim. Wash bowl has some wear to the gilded edge as well and some crazing as well. Chamber pot has a repair on the rim, about an inch x 3/4" triangular shaped piece that has bee repairs back in. Some areas of discoloration as well inside and some scuffing on the bottom. Some general signs of light wear from age, use and storage and some scuffing on the bottom rims. Approx. 15" from handle to handle. 13" tall, and 11" diameter. Has a some chips on inside rim of pot as seen in photo. The smaller lidded piece has a chip on lid and the inside rim. Antique Early Victorian Porcelain Chamber Pot and Soap Dish Set Rare Kermit Co.
Early Victorian porcelain chamber set.chamber pot with lid and soap dish. The porcelain is decorated with a lovely gold gilt. The gold decoration is worn and/or faded in places. There is a sizeable flaked chip on the under rim of the chamber pot. Not really noticeable with the lid on. The inside of the soap dish is missing it's drip plate. Both pieces marked with rare and hard to find Kermit M.G. Co. marks. The measurements are approx. Chamer pot is 8 3/4" wide and stands 7 3/4" tall. Soap dish is 3 1/2" tall and 5" wide.

Antique Victorian 7 Piece Chamber Wash Stand Set Pink Flowers
Imagine having to go through your morning grooming and toilet routine without indoor plumbing. This antique ceramic(probably ironstone) toilet or chamber set with pretty pink and white flower decoration was a necessity in every Victorian home until the turn of the last century. Rural Americans used wash sets well into the 20th Century. Nowadays a set like this will often be found accessorizing an antique washstand or in a country bed and breakfast. There are seven matching pieces(11 pieces total including the lids and trivets) wash basin or bowl, large wash pitcher, covered chamber pot, covered soap dish, shaving mug, medium waste pitcher which is a duplicate of the larger one, toothbrush holder jar with no handles. Two ceramic inserts or trivets are included, one is a soap saver for the soap dish. The lovely floral decals are on both sides ... moreof each vessel. Lavish gold sponging decorates the rims and handles. The china bodies of all but the insert pieces have relief molded acanthus leaf and double vertical line decoration. The regular size coffee cup in two of the photos are to give an idea of size and scale. All pieces are marked underglaze in green"Vienna" The shaving mug only has an additional mark in gold. The number 625 1/4. The set was probably made in the USA from the 1880s to early 1900s. Vienna is most likely the pattern name. My Kovel's and US pottery marks books don't list this mark. I found only three minor areas of damage to the entire set. The chamber pot lid has a small chip on the rim. 1/4 by 3/16 inch- you can see it in photo 5 just below center right on the lid rim. The white spot to the left is a reflection, the one to the right is the chip. The basin has a shallow, small glaze nick on the rim, very hard to see or feel. Toothbrush jar has a shallow glaze nick or scratch on the edge of the foot. None of the pieces have any hairlines, cracks, repairs, or crazing. Shipping includes signature confirmation and insurance. Large Antique Victorian Porcelain Chamber Pot With Handle & Lid
This large Victorian chamber pot is in good condition for its age. It has a wood and wire bail handle. It is quite heavy and is rare due to its size. It measures approximately 12" in height and 10" in diameter. You will note. In the pictures, that the pot and lid both have some paint splatters that can be easily removed. The lid likely wasn't used as much and is a little different shade than the pot; not really noticeable. There is some minor pitting, glaze discoloration spots and minimal glaze crazing. Antique Victorian Ceramic Chamber Mug from a Wash Stand Set Luster Pattern
This listing is for a Victorian Chamber Mug from a wash stand set. Unfortunately I do not have any of the other pieces in this set. The mug is white with teal green. And a tanish/brown luster pattern that extends into the top part of the inside rim. The mug measures 3 1/4" tall, 3 3/4" diameter, and including the handle 4 5/8" across. There isn't a manufacturer mark on the mug but there are what appears to be painter's marks on the bottom. Some of the pattern has been scratched through revealing the white ceramic underneath. You can notice this particularly in the teal green area. There aren't any chips, cracks, or crazing. This mug is in good condition. Domestic shipping will be $10.00. International costs will vary. Antique Victorian Alfred Meakin England Royal Ironstone China Chamber Pot
This very nice Victorian chamber pot is an English classic as it was part of every home in England during the Victorian period and until modern sewage systems introduced the flush toiled around 1900. This pot may also have been brought to the US during this same period and used as well. It is made from Ironstone with a fine high gloss finish and has a beautiful transparency to it(pictured#1. 2, 4) The under glaze is white and the over glaze is very thick making it transparent looking. It has some vertical lines around it giving it style and a broad serif handle(pictured# 3) It has a raised, curled rim around the top as these pots were used to catch poddie and were usually kept in a wooden commode uncovered. Covered commodes were often much more ornate and sometimes painted with colored glazes and floral patterns these were kept outside of ... morea commode most often in the bedroom near wash stands. There are no cracks and only one minor chip, which is on the base, and is not really noticeable. It has some slight staining inside but the outside is in great condition. With only some wear to the design around the top rim of the pot. There is some scuffing wear to the bottom, where it has been set on a surface. Otherwise in fine antique condition. This background of the pot is a pure white. Adorned on the front and back with a design of ribbons, flowers and vines, in vibrant shades of turquoise blue, red, lavendar and gold. There is also a pattern of vines in gold and black all around the top rim and also on the handle. Which is very pretty. It has some ... morefading and wear on one side, but is mostly still in good condition. These old pots make wonderful decorative pieces now. They make great planters. A chamber pot was a bowl-shaped container with a handle kept in the bedroom under a bed or in the cabinet of a nightstand. Generally used as a urinal at night. In Victorian times, some chamber pots would be built into a cabinet with a closable cover. Most of the chamber pots were made in Britain and France from ironstone or porcelain. This charming white ironstone pot was made in Trent, England by Wood& Sons around 1910. The Royal Arms marking was used during that period of time on their ironstone pieces. In very good shape considering age and use. No chips or cracks. We use these ironstone pots/bowls for display in the center of a table filled with pinecones, or on the counter filled with fresh fruit/veggies. Measures 14 inches in diameter and 5 inches deep. Antique Victorian Porcelain Doll/Figure on Chamber Pot Knick-Knack Humorous
This little girl could not wait to relieve herself. So she employed the chamber pot. She has pulled up her skirts, to keep them from becoming soiled, but in so doing, she left some of her little hiney exposed. This piece is turn-of-the-20th century. It bears no maker's mark or indication of country. The paint on her toes has been worn away, but she is not chipped. Her hat shows paint-wear, as does her hair. She has the usual pitting that is common with these types, and has a flake off her right knee, which is hardly noticeable.

This is a beautiful antique white ironstone piece. It is quite decorative. And would complement a variety of decorating styles and color schemes used as a planter or however you choose. Black back stamp says GOODWIN'S IRON STONE CHINA 1844 with a shield, banner, and two winged creatures(dragons perhaps) This mark was used by Goodwin Pottery Co. of East Liverpool, Ohio, between 1893 and 1906. Approximate measurements of the chamber pot are 5 1/2 inches tall x 8 3/4 inches wide, not including the handle. This is a heavy piece. It has no chips or cracks. Antique Victorian Ironstone Chamber Pot and Pitcher Transferware Blue & White
I am offering for auction this very nice white and blue transferware Chamber pot and pitcher. They are in good vintage condition. The pot and the pitcher have few flaws. A couple of small dark spots inside. There is no printed or incised makers marks. Most likely the pieces are American or English in origin. The lid has crazing and chips and stains from use. ANTIQUE VICTORIAN WHITE IRONSTONE REPLACEMENT CHAMBER POT LID
A lovely white. Ironstone lid, probably from a chamber pot, but could be used elsewhere. The overall dimensions are 7.75" wide by 3.5" high including handle. The measurement of the lip, which must fit inside your vessel is 6.75" and it projects down about 1/2" The condition is pretty good(of course. See pictures) There is one tiny hairline visible in the last picture and only on the inside. I'm not sure about the other mark, it could be a flake, but it could have been there from the beginning. Beautiful Antique Victorian Porcelain Chamber Pot with Beautiful details and sadly some damage. Gorgeous old pot! Is marked on bottom Smith Phillips Fenix. The pot is cracked and crazing ALL over. Brown staining all over the old top. Beautiful blue floral detail. I know she looks ruff but does display nicely. I just don't have the room. But even with the damage she is still a beauty. Just old. About 5" high and 8.5 inches across. The inside has staining on bottom. Some paint loss and vintage age marks. To be expected from a vintage porcelain piece. Far from perfect. But super Charming! Towels, or magazines and add a touch of charm to the room. The Chamber Pot has a lid, thick stoneware walls, a metal and wooden handle, and has a design on the outer side. The pot measures 9” wide at the top rim, 10-1/2” at the widest ... morepart of the pot, and about 8-3/4” depth. With the lid on, it measures 11-3/4. The lid has two areas painted in pink, one a young girl sitting in a nature scene and the other of two young boys talking to each other, and has gold edging around the rim of the lid and on the lid’s handle. The condition is good considering the age and usage of this item, and has three stress hairline cracks in the pot that are located around the rim and are approx. 2-1/2” long and appear to go through to the other side making it a decoration only. There are three cracks that have been repaired in the top handle of the lid also. The Shaving Cup is 3-1/4” tall x 3” wide or 4” counting the handle with a divider to hold the brush on one side and the water and soap on the other side, and has a small chip on the rim. The Brush is 3-1/4” tall x 1” wide with very soft bristles and has a crack that was repaired on the handle. This Cup and Brush are from the early 1900’s according to the estate at which they were purchased. The person stated that it had been in her family and handed down since 1907 and that she has a note that had been tucked into the cup that reads, Merry Christmas 1907 for your Daddy. Ple
