I don’t see a maker’s mark, but this is ... morehigh quality company. It has four sections that are all slatted oak. Each bookcase section is 14 inches wide, 8 inches deep, 12 inches high on the bottom, 10 inches high on the other 3 levels. The overall height of the bookcase is 58 inches. The finish is very nice and it will hold many books. The only thing I see wrong with it is that there are lamination seams on the top came apart a bit, but is structurally sound. It revolves on a metal base. Shipping starts at $285 for a driveway delivery in our normal New England delivery area. Outside the normal area will incur additional delivery charges, which could add on especially if you're on the West Coast.

A vintage(early/mid 60s? three section split cane fishing rod. 11ft long- I believe it is the Edgar Sealey'Nufloat' model but the transfers are damaged so just reading'ealey' and'FLOAT' The good things are the cane is nice and straight and the handle is remarkably clean. The downsides are some of the rings are clearly rusted and in need of replacement. These are great wheels, I just don't need them anymore. These wheels date back to 2000. But I purchased them NOS last year. they are straight, round, and true. 16 spokes in the front, 28 spokes in the rear. Aluminum tubulars are great because you won't need to change out your brake pads if you run aluminum training wheels. Please look at the photos to get an idea of condition. For sale is a 24 x 16" paper map showing the Geologic cross section of the Cedar Breaks- Zion- Grand Canyon National Parks Region. The reverse continues on from the Grand Canyon- San Francisco Peaks- Verde Valley Region. It was published by the Zion Natural History Association in 1975. It shows detailed cross sections of geologic strata with names and epochs(see photos for examples) The map is in very good condition with a few wrinkles but no tears or sharp creases or edge tearing. VINTAGE TWO SECTION DIVIDED FLY/TACKLE BOX. FOUR BOXES OF FLIES, OVER 87 INDIVIDUAL PIECES: There are no identifiers on this vintage fly/tackle box. The top section of the box has six individual sections riveted to the top of the box, each section having 6 clips with which to hold a fly securely in place. The top and bottom section of the box is divided by a sheet of thick, clear plastic hinged in place that, holds all the loose items of tackle in the bottom section of the box securely in place. The bottom section of this box has two large compartments, two medium size compartments, and two small compartments. My seven photos of this vintage fly/tackle box, can speak better for themselves as to the contents of the box and the four round, clear plastic boxes of flies and streamers than I can! For your edification, the fly/tackle box contains ... more7 flies, 2 bass bugs, 6 spoons, 4 spinners, 1 sinker, 1 small box of assorted hooks and swivels, 1 small box of assorted lead weights, and a small box with a spinner blade in it. One round plastic box has 16 streamers in it. One of the streamers is made with two hooks. A second round box contains 12 flies. A third box contains 12 flies. The fourth plastic box has 9 flies in it. There are a total of 60 flies and streamers in the four round plastic boxes. I will not even try to start naming the various streamers, flies, and nymphs! The flies and streamers the original owner of this vintage fly/tackle box was using, may not all qualify in their tied professionalism to that of a fly or streamer being offered by an ORVIS shop, but I am sure the fisherman's flies and streamers did not command the prices of an ORVIS product! Antique Art Metal Stacking Bookcase Machine Age Industrial 3 Section
Great stacking bookcase circa 1940 from the machine age start of the midcentury modern period. It has a sticker on the top front that reads ART METAL JAMESTOWN? NEW YORK USA- Bookcase is metal but original finish is made to look like mahogany. As you can see one window needs replaced and there is some wear to the finish and spotty rust spots but overall very presentable. No dents. Both top and bottom remove leaving 3 matching stackable sections. Doors work nicely. Overall size is 52" tall by 32 3/4' wide by 18" deep plus a little additional for the knobs. Broken down each section is about 15" tall plus another 3/8" indented section for the next stack to fit on. Actual working size-that is the amount of room you have for the books giving clearance for the door and door mechanisms are 17 1/4" deep. 30 1/8" ... morewide by 12" tall. After you get away from the side brackets-a book or so-you get a little more than 12" Each section weighs about 45 lbs These were the start of the metal stacking bookcase era-you'll find later issues that were made for the US government in gray. I deflate the tyre after every use and have always stored this wheel indoors. It was part of a vintage drag-style fixie that I only used for very flat time trials on'float' days(mainly because it had a 60T chainring! and boy was it quick when it got up to speed. King Trombone 2B Valve Section Only - early 1970's
King Trombone 2B Valve Section ONLY This auction is for ONE King 2B Valve Section ONLY. Serial number 462807 which dates to the early 1970's. The valve section for sale is in the lower left in the comparison photos. The other components(bells& valve section) shown in pictures are for COMPARISON ONLY and are NOT included. Only ONE valve section(S/N 462807) is included in this auction. Some misguided soul decided to do some modifications to this poor 2B valve section. And replaced the receiver tubing with some monstrosity. The angle of the section to the bell is all messed up as evidenced by the comparison photos. Perhaps this was for a marching horn? Regardless, it looks pretty stupid to me even though it doesn't affect the playing per se. It definitely affects the balance overall and makes the horn a pain to hold properly. The ... moreoriginal tubing leading from the receiver into the#1 valve is slightly crumpled. It looks to me like the best bet is to replace the tubing from#1 out to the threaded receiver to take care of this damaged section and restore the correct alignment. I don't know if this tubing is still available as a service part. But should be a fairly straightforward fabrication job. The threaded portion of the receiver, nut, and bracing is there and can be reused. The brace just looks like it was split and a piece scabbed in between. The nut was a bit tight on both the bells I tried this on; it doesn't appear to be cross-threaded but the threads may need to be cleaned up. All the tuning slides are free and moving properly. Although#2 is a little tight. Note that the valve button on#3 is different and a replacement of some sort. It appears to have some corrosion in the upper tube from the lead pipe to the main tuning slide. The valve action is good and smooth, but#3 is slightly sluggish. All three valves were stiff and slow when I pulled this out a few days ago, and with some cleaning and oiling it has improved dramatically. King Tempo(HN White) Trombone with slide. 2B Valve Section, and Coffin Case This nickel bell Tempo would make a good student or intermediate horn. Or a backup for a trumpet player that wants to join the big kids in the trombone section without laying out a ton of money. The serial number of 391768 on the slide of the Tempo dates it to the early 1960's, and was made by H.N. White in Cleveland. The valve section is from a 2B(NOT a Tempo or other student horn) and has S/N of 528240 which I believe is from the mid-1970's. Playability To be honest I didn't expect much from this rig. Frankly the slide section is pretty much junk. I was pleasantly surprised. Though, that with the valve section this horn comes alive, much more than with the original Tempo slide. Upper register is nice and clear and easy to play, I was able to crank out double high G's and Ab's fairly easily. The valves work properly and seal well. They all move fast and smoothly, although#3 you can feel a slight scratchiness, but there is no drag. It's probably just dirty, this has been sitting in the back room for over 10 years with no attention and shows dirt and corrosion in the valve section and tubing(which is the condition I received it) It needs to be professionally cleaned for sure. Small Section of An Ace Combs Counter Display Case Vintage Logo
This is the front section of a display case for combs made by the Ace Comb company. It would have been placed on top of the counter in a general store. It is made of maple wood with a nice patina. It has the gold leaf Ace Combs decal on the front of it with an ace of spades on either side. Tiny parts of the decals have slightly worn off. The map is nicer than shown in the photo. The map was to large to scan and the photos do not due the map justice. This will make a great addition to your map collection or as a display piece for your home or office. I'm sorry about the glare and reflections in the photos.
