Hi.This is another set of vintage barn door rollers and track we are offering this week! This is a smooth running set of painted black National horseshoe rollers and 6' track with no reserve! The horseshoe part of the rollers have a little bend in them easily fixed in a vise we just left it alone! The track is 1 1/4" wide by 3/16" thick and has a three hole mounting bracket throughout! The barn door rollers are in great shape and turn very easily and are easy to install on any door.

~ 2 VINTAGE NATIONAL BARN DOOR ROLLERS / HANGERS ~ BIG 4 ~ ANTIQUE FARM HARDWARE
Offered are two. Never-used"Big 4" barn door rollers made by National Manufacturing of Sterling, Illinois. To be clear, these are not 100-year old antiques, and are likely of late 20th century manufacture. Each roller is about 10 inches long and 5-3/4 inches wide at the horseshoe-shaped part. The pulleys themselves are about 3-1/4 inch. These are pretty heavy-duty hangers and each weighs about 3-1/2 pounds. While the rollers were never used. They do have considerable paint loss and light corrosion in those areas. There is no damage or deformation anywhere in the metal. They are as perfectly functional as the day they were made. Vintage NATIONAL BIG 4" Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers Farm Hardware (SET #1)
For your consideration is this pair of National Mfg. Co. Big 4" Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers" Each roller measures approximately 10 1/4" tall and 5 3/4" wide. I found no signs that these were ever installed(see photos. No tracks on rollers or imprints by bolts or barn door on horseshoe bracket) and believe they are new. They were found on a shelf in the barn of a farm estate sale(with the second pair I have listed) and no telling how long they have been in that barn. The roller and the hinge on both move freely and smoothly and I would rate these both in good condition. The box has been wet at some time and a mouse might have had a bite or two. The brackets do have some surface rust and the high spots do show shelf wear. The new owner will decide to refinish or just wipe off and use as-is with character marks and all. Very nice display advertising model for"Big 4" roller barn door hinges. Nice store display or can be used for any architectural project. Big 4" National Mfg. Co. Sterling. Ill. Hinges and hardware have never been used, only for display. Some spots of rust on some of the metal, I have lots of pictures so you can check that out. There is a logo in the center of each hinge that is stamped with the Big 4 and the pat. date, which is April 24, 1906 and the mfg. name. Hinges slide on the 27 inch track, shows how nicely they work. The two door rollers are-3.75 inches, work great. The washburne latch is missing. The wood frame is in nice condition and gives a nice presentation. Hardware can be easily removed and is ready to use for any project, if your not interested in a display model. For sale we have a beautiful antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and track. The track measures 8 feet in length. Track is straight and solid cast Iron. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn perfectly. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. Pulley's have three different colors showing Red. Black and the Green/Grey. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Elkhart Lake Area. Perfect for any restoration. I have extra track sold in multiples of 3 feet that i will make the desired puzzle knotch for strength on whichever end needed. Antique pair barn door rollers with 8' flat track. Rollers are manufactured by National. All moving parts work as they should. Pulleys rotate easily. The track has some bends in it which is to be expected from use and age. We have some 6' lengths of track if you would prefer a shorter piece over the 8' piece pictured. Antique/Vintage Big 4 National Mfg. Co. Barn Door Rollers & 9' of Track 109 inch
For sale we have a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one six foot cast iron piece and one three foot cast iron piece with the male& female puzzle knotches on each end of both. So the total track length measures slightly over 9 feet. Track is solid, rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Replaced the one C.I. wheel in the one as the existing wheel had been cracked in the back of it. New C.I. wheel is 3-1/2" diameter while the Big 4 with the original wheel is only 3" diameter so when mounting on your door you will have to make the 1/2" adjustment. Nice rust patina throughout. Antique/Vintage Big 4 National Mfg. Co. Barn Door Rollers & 8' of Track 96 inch
For your consideration is a nice antique pair of"BIG 4" barn door Rollers and Track. The track is made up of one Eight foot cast iron piece with the ends having a male& female puzzle knotch. Track is solid. Rollers pivot and pulley wheels turn well. Nice rust patina throughout. Track had been painted light grey at one time when they re-painted the Barn. This is the real thing not a modern reproduction! This is the last set that I have that was salvaged from a century old barn in Northeast Wisconsin. Elkhart Lake Area. Perfect for any restoration. Vintage Pair National Mfg "Big 4" Barn Door Roller Set/2 Hangers Antique Clean
From a local estate. Here is a remarkably clean pair of National Mfg Co. Big 4" barn door rollers. These are nice and heavy, measuring about 10.5" top to bottom, anout 5.75" across the mount. Mount is shaped like a horshe- wheel swings out. Both pieces are in remarkably good condition for their age, paint looks original, these were apparently used but maybe for an interior application, not much rust and oxidation. Illinois under the brand name"Big 4" The have some surface rust and missing paint, but they appear to be in good working order. These are in very nice condition. All the roller wheels turn great. And they have a great rustic look. They're about 10 inches tall and 6 inches wide. Also included is the two broken rollers. Maybe someone could still use them for something. And the four metal casters/wheels. I think these are also for the barn door(they were with the set of four when I bought them at an estate sale so I'm including them just in case) Overall a great set of old barn door hardware. hello. this auction is for an old vintage antique set of national big 4 barn rollers/ hangers. this set has never been used, but they do have paint wear from rattling around in the box. one of these also has a manufactures flaw, which is only cosmetic. the round makers emblem on one of them is not perfectly round, a small portion of it is sheared off. see 3rd picture) but like i said its just cosmetic.rollers seems to roll just fine and these come with their original hardware, 6 bolts and 6 nuts, also included is their original box which is very dirty and its not in very good shape, has wear and tear. these are in found condition and could use some cleaning. they measure about 10 1/4 inches tall and 5 3/4 inches wide, take a good look at the pictures and bid accordingly. and best of all-ITS FREE PRIORITY SHIPPING.
