Hi.This is another set of vintage barn door rollers and track we are offering this week! This is a smooth running set of painted black National horseshoe rollers and 6' track with no reserve! The horseshoe part of the rollers have a little bend in them easily fixed in a vise we just left it alone! The track is 1 1/4" wide by 3/16" thick and has a three hole mounting bracket throughout! The barn door rollers are in great shape and turn very easily and are easy to install on any door.

Vintage NATIONAL BIG 4" Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers Farm Hardware (SET #1)
For your consideration is this pair of National Mfg. Co. Big 4" Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers" Each roller measures approximately 10 1/4" tall and 5 3/4" wide. I found no signs that these were ever installed(see photos. No tracks on rollers or imprints by bolts or barn door on horseshoe bracket) and believe they are new. They were found on a shelf in the barn of a farm estate sale(with the second pair I have listed) and no telling how long they have been in that barn. The roller and the hinge on both move freely and smoothly and I would rate these both in good condition. The box has been wet at some time and a mouse might have had a bite or two. The brackets do have some surface rust and the high spots do show shelf wear. The new owner will decide to refinish or just wipe off and use as-is with character marks and all. This is a pair of old cast iron barn door rollers from the early 1900s. They are rusty and have some chippy paint- but the rollers work well and they are free of any material chips and cracks. ANTIQUE BARN DOOR CAST HORSESHOE ROLLERS ON WOOD 1800 ART CRAFT DECOR HARDWARE
Here is a functional set of barn door rollers. Still on the original wood. The total length of the board is 41" 19" at the widest part with the broken board. The main board is 6-1/2" X 1" There are lots of nails in it. The metal attached to the boards are 2-1/2" wide. The wheels are about 3-1/2" the covers around them are 5" across. ONE OF THE WHEELS ARE BROKEN! It rolls fine. But it does have a chunk broken off that spans about 2" They are both marked PAT MAY 28-0, I'm assuming that means 1800, especially since the wood measurements are true, but I'm no expert. Antique Heavy Duty Set Horseshoe Barn Door Rollers w/ 8' Track Blacksmith Nails
A very nice piece this is an antique set of two heavy duty barn door rollers complete with it's original 8' track and 13 blacksmith made nails we pulled out of the barn when we took everything down. It is complete and ready to install but some of the nails need straightened and the one roller wheel has a broken flange and it will need to be replaced. This is very simple to do. Drill or grind off the one rivet head I am pointing two and the wheel just slips out. You will need another similar 3" wheel to take its place, I would think a 3" pulley bought here on Ebay or at a home improvement store will work perfect. I am listing this as a 24 hour auction starting at half the price of the others here on Ebay. If it doesnt sell I am going to replace the $8 wheel and it will sell for much more. It doesnt matter what it looks like ... morebecause it will never be seen when the door is on the track. This was in a 120 year old barn that was recently torn down and while it has a rusty patina on the track, the doors at one time were painted red then white as those colors are on the rollers. The nails are very brittle so be gentle straightening them out. You set the price on this one as it goes to the last bidder! Starts at $150 and ships for only $30, may be a little more to the West Coast and the S.W. States. Sorry but I cant do Alaska or Hawaii. Please if there is a problem let me know.
