A matching pair of Louden barn door rollers[ wheels measure 3 1/4" with 2 five ft pcs of track that are notched to fit together for a nice strong splice. The track and rollers have no chips or cracks or missing pcs. And the wheels on the rollers turn freely like they should, and the mounting bolts and square nuts are there and work good. Antique Set Louden Roll Easy Barn Door Rollers Vintage
This is a set of old Loudon barn door rollers which are marked Louden Roll Easy 1629 on one side and Fairfield Iowa on the other. These came from an old closed down store and I'm prety sure they are unused but have gotten wet at one time and have surface rust on them in places mostly on the barckets but could be repainted to look like new again. The wheels turn fine and measure approx 3-1/4" across and overall including the bracked approx. 10-3/4" long and the bracket would fit a 1-3/4" wide door. The bottom bolt on the bottom of the brackets are missing(at least I think there should be a bolt there) Buyer pays $15.00 shipping. WILL SHIP ONLY IN THE U.S.

A pair of louden"bird proof" adjustable tandem wheel[2" barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the wheels turn freely[like new] They are in excellent working condition. I only have the 2 lower bolts and square nuts to go with this set[to connect the hanger part to the wood door] The 72" track pc has a connected 73 1/2" cover pc that reads LOUDEN in 2" lettering and it is good and straight and it is in very good condition. It does have the original"bird keeper outer pc" bolted in the right hand end. This is the matching set to the set that we sold 2 weeks ago. These have a patent date of June 11th 1912 on the cast iron hanger part. I would have to say that these type rollers and track were the"Cadilac set of the day" rollers. Being that they were very well made plus they were protected ... morefrom the rains. An 8' pc of louden barn door track that is good and straight with all the original wall brackets there and well connected. The rail measures 1 1/4" by 3/16" and the wall brackets would hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. Here is a very nice pair of vintage barn door rollers. Believe these were made by Louden. They were found in a barn and appear to have never been mounted. No markings around the screw holes. Some wear from being moves around the barn all these years. They measure 9 1/2 inches from top of roller to the bottom. 7 1/2 inches wide. Rollers are 2 3/4 inches in diameter. They roll very smooth. A set of 4 matching Louden Roll Easy brand barn door rollers that have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely. All of these rollers are in good working condition. Some of the bearings were seized up. But I did some careful work to them to get them all working good. I did have to fix some"flat" spots on the wheels of the two rollers on the right hand side of the pictures. In our 5th picture it shows a close up of the two wheels that I worked on. I used an industrial adhesive and filler to fix the spots. Just looking it is very hard to see that they were even worked on. I would say that the worked on rollers should be used on small to medium sized interior doors[ up to 150 lbs] I have fixed 10 rollers with this adhesive and filler with no problems. I would warranty these" fixed" rollers for a year. The ... moredoor hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick and the 8 bolts and square nuts work good. The 8' pc and 10' pc of louden brand track are both good and straight with all of the original wall brackets there and well connected. The wall brackets would hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. THE TEN FOOT PC WOULD HAVE TO GET CUT FOR SHIPPING. I will not ship a 10' pc because it is too expensive. I can ship a nine foot pc if someone wants that. Antique Vintage Cast Iron Misc. Barn Door Rollers Louden Porter Hunt Helm Ferris
Up for auction are 4 different cast iron barn door rollers in good condition. The rollers on all 4 turn freely and all are useable. I believe all 4 are very early 1900's rollers. The Porter does have a patent date of 1901. Starting on the left side is a Hunt Helm Ferris& Co. roller in very good condition. Next is the JE Porter in fair condition. Needs a hanger. Next is a very heavy duty Chisholm& Moore baggage car door roller in very good condition and last is a Louden in good condition, needs a hanger. Any one of these rollers in a set would do over $200 in an eBay auction. These are all hard to find rollers but if you had the patience to wait for a match it might be worth the time. a pair of louden"roll easy" brand barn door rollers that are in very good working condition. The roller wheel on the left has what I would call a very small casting flaw on the outer edge of the wheel. It just looks like it missing a small chip[ 1/8" by 1/8" and it does not affect the wheels performance in any way. Other than that they have no chips or cracks and the 3 1/4" wheels turn freely like they should. They come with 4 original good working bolts and square nuts. The door hanger straps are for a door 1 3/4" thick. There are 2 pcs of louden brand track[ one 6' pc and one 8' pc] The 6' pc has a rail connector pc on the left end of it to connect it to the 8' pc. Both pcs of track are good and straight and both pcs come with all of the original cast steel wall brackets there and well connected. ... moreThe wall brackets hold the rail out 1 1/2" from the wall. Up for auction is a nice set of Louden barn door rollers in good condition. They have been lightly cleaned and the 2 on the left are in good working order and the 2 on the right need bearings. They are 8" tall and 4 3/4" wide. This is an unusual set and they have the earliest patent date that I've seen for door rollers. The iron is strong and free from any cracks or welds(all original parts. Though you will need to supply your own bolts/fasteners) The raised lettering on the front of the rollers is: LOUDEN ROLL EASY 1629. Back lettering: FAIRFIELD IOWA. The track is old and has been left in its rustic condition. It has been cleaned. But not refinished. The back side of the track, installed toward the wall, shows signs of birds roosting. Not surprising for a barn track. Rusty streaks can be easily removed with a light sanding, which I am happy to do for you upon request. I prefer not to alter antiques until I know the wishes of my buyers. There is a real beauty in imperfection that can be easily ruined. In addition. These tracks are rarely perfectly straight, especially when off the wall(as is the case with this track) There is a flex in the steel rail that is more apparent when the track is not affixed to a solid surface. When I tested the rollers on this track, they rolled along it just fine. Description Here is a very nice pair of vintage barn door rollers. Believe these were made by Louden. They are used. But still real nice. Rollers operate smoothly. They have a great patina look with old red barn paint and light rust. They measure 9 1/2 inches from top of roller to the bottom. 7 1/2 inches wide. Rollers are 2 3/4 inches in diameter.
