Vintage Antique Wooden flat top steamer trunk. It measures more than 34" in length by just over 18" wide and a little more than 21" height and weighs almost 35 lbs. This MidCentury trunk is a stained with dark mahogany stain color and is very sturdy and usable. The Corners are coupled with heavy aluminum edges. and there are typical dings and dents. Scratches and scuffs due to age and use. There is little to no musty smell, at least is not saturated with odor/scent- will spray with Apple Cider vinegar to help neutralize naturally. Not sure of what type of wood- but there are additional carved wood bumpers on outer sides this Shabby Cottage Chic piece~ This trunk is antique and old- and has original small cast-steel wheels. All 4 are present and rolls fine. One hinge that is strong and holds up fine.
