Chest has very nice carved feet front and back with bowed top as well as bowed front. It measures approx 22" tall including swivel mirror. 12 1/4" wide at feet, and 9" deep at feet and has 2 small drawers at top and l larger drawer at bottom. Mirror is in fine condition. The small drawers each measure approx 5 3/8" x 4" x 2 1/2" deep. The one on the right has a smaller pull than the others but it appears to have been put on at the same time. Bottom drawer measures approx 9 3/8" x 8" x 3 3/8" deep. Bottom drawer has original lock(no key) and is lined with a silver color paper which appears to be very old. For sale is a 1950s 2 arm industrial Jielde multi angle articulated machine ... morelamp. The aluminium elbows have been polished. The lamp is in working order and comes with 2.4 metres of new flex but not the plug as it is a French one. It is in very good used condition with some very minor signs of use to the reflector's surface. The reflector has its original high temperature painted surface and still has the bulb wattage/voltage sticker intact. The switch is in the base. I have included the lamp's weighted vehicle brake disc base in the sale. These lamps are very sort after and nice examples like this are becoming difficult to find. The photos don't do it justice! The lamp takes a Standard Bayonet cap bulb(B22) which are available at all DIY outlets. Bulb not included. The maximum wattage is 150w. Jielde lamps were designed by Jean-Louis Domecq for direct mounting on machine tools and for use in workshops. The lamps have now become particularly fashionable for use in loft style apartments and in homes generally as desk lamp/floor or wall lamps. So, hence I have fitted a trailing flexible lead to make the light more useable in the home. I have displayed this light using a vehicle brake disc which provides a solid base to show a typical method of mounting the light. Heavy sprockets. Hardwood- anything heavy will do the job. The light can also be fixed to a wall if required using its mounting base/bracket which has 3 holes in it. Although the light isn't heavy, it will require a solid wall and sturdy fixings to mount it as the movement required to adjust the lamp to the desired position will put stress on the mounting. The desk comes with four raised panel dove tail drawers that retain all the original hardware. The center where the legs go have a reverse cove carving, which I have never seen in oak. It has a scallop bottom trim base, raised panels all the way around and a wide bevel edge on the solid tiger sawn oak top. The only negatives I see on the desk is that there is a little wear on the edge of the top from rubbing against something and there is a split going down the center of the top. We most likely could pull the top off and repair the top, which wouldn’t make a huge difference, but it is an expensive repair. The desk itself is high end quality.

Antique Federal style mirrored dresser or chest of drawers dating from the early 1900's. Stunning flame mahogany veneers grace the surfaces of this piece and are decorated with intricate contrasting inlay. An inlay medallion of a lamp has been placed atop the swivelling mirror. This piece has six drawers ina 3 over 3 configuration. Providing ample storage space. All the drawers are made with high quality dovetail construction. The entire piece is raised off of the ground by short tapered square legs sitting on brass and wood casters. Overall. This piece is in good condition. There is some noticeable silver loss to the mirror(see pictures) but no cracks or other damage. The wood has some noticeable wear associated with age, including chips and breakage to the veneers or inlay, including the lamp maedallion at the top of the mirror. See ... morepictures. Absolutely beautiful true Victorian bureau/dresser top mirror. It appears to be made of either rosewood or mahogany. It has a compartment with a double hinged lid at the top of the base. Please look at all pictures as this piece is not in pristine condition. But at the same time, please notice the beautiful carvings throughout. It is in overall good condition and is a true beauty. The side hand carved mirror mounts are supported by threaded wooden bolts and attached by large wooden screws(please note pictures) The oval flat piece that covers the back of the mirror was been replaced many years ago. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. They were quite up in years and the dresser was quite old when they purchased it and I found an Old Catholic Confirmation Certificate(in English) dated 1910 rolled up with what appeared to be an old Marriage License(in German) The lovely Beveled Mirror is in Excellent condition for its age and is framed ... morein a the beautiful Victorian tradition. Antique Federal Style Bureau Set with Matching Mirror (Local Pickup)
You know what your bedroom needs? These two bureaus and the matching mirror! Not only are they beautiful. With a rich wood flame and stunning drawer pulls, but they are spacious and in great condition! And at $400 for all three, it's a deal and a half bargain! The five-drawer bureau is 50.5" high. And about 24.5" deep. It is 37" at its widest point, which is the curve of the feet in the front. At the top it is about 36" wide. The top drawer is divided into three parts and one of the larger bottom drawers is divided into two parts to help keep your stuff organized. The top has a small stain from I don't even know what, but it can be easily covered and doesn't detract from the piece's overall attractiveness. The three-drawer bureau is 35.5" high and 23" deep. And about 50" wide from one tip ... moreof the curved foot to the other, making it about 49" across the top. The top drawer of this bureau is also divided into three parts. The other two drawers are just roomy as can be so you can get all your stuff off the floor and/or treadmill and into them. The top of this bureau has some markings on it, one from where a lamp sat on it forever and some scratches from general use over the last, oh, I don't know at least 30 years, which is just how long it has been in my family. The mirror is a wall hanging mirror 24.5" wide by 28" inches high. It has the same lovely flame pattern as the bureaus. Plus some open woodwork at the top. The mirror itself is cloudy in some places but nowhere that it counts. You can still use it to check your looks and be confident that you look great when you leave the house. The only reason we are looking for a new home for them is that they no longer really fit into our house anymore since our renovation. We've tried to find a place for them. But we just can't. Please. I invite you to consider this Beautiful Turn of the Century American Oak Dresser and helping my family become more debt free at the same time! A wonderful example of fine artistry by American Furniture Makers. This beautiful dresser was purchased at an old estate auction and although a lot of items came from Germany. This belonged to a couple of sisters who moved here from Germany. I am pretty sure they probably purchased it here in America rather than bringing it with them. It does resemble typical American Oak Dressers of the time period- I would say somewhere in the neighborhood of the 1900-1920's. absolutely fabulous old old old dresser with original hanging mirror! original design elements on dresser backsplash/ drawer corners and around knobs on top drawers So Cute! I changed out the original wooden knobs on the top drawers to a vintage blue milk glass ~ love the contrast the dresser had been painted all of these colors you see but I don't think they were consistent layers I sanded back most of the outer layer to expose a deeper butterscotch/ mustard color with hints of peach/ pink/ white and aqua on the mirror spindles as you can see one side is almost a solid mustard. In a glossy enamel paint and the other side(end) is splotchy with a deeper gold the front is mostly a light yellow which could be sanded further to expose more of the mustard/ butterscotch and whatever else lies below ~ I lined the interior drawer bottoms with ... morevintage seersucker fabric in cream with a gold stripe it had wooden wheels on it but I removed them as they were worn out and almost square ~ you could add wheels if you wanted to as the holes are already there mirror has some crackling/grazing/slight fogging ~ still in pretty nice condition ~ gives a true clear image condition: sturdy ~ solid ~ not loose or shaky! in very good antique condition each drawer opening has the old metal guides on each side ~ dresser is missing a total of 2 ~ 1 on the middle drawer and 1 on a top drawer ~ drawers open easily and it doesn't seem to be a big problem ~ they would probably move a little smoother with those 2 guides installed and maybe even some waxing/lubrication on the drawer itself where it slides in and out top of the dresser has some wood/veneer cracking/splitting(minor) on one side ~ I have sanded but not glued anything ~ I like it the way it is but you may want to smooth it a little more ~ top has natural aging and crackling this particular dresser/ bureau is so unique and sweet and charming I don't have words enough! measures 35" high 39" wide 20" deep mirror extends 26 1/2" more in height mirror is 29&

Antique Pine Dresser Bureau Handmade Primitive Needs TLC Pick up Only
My grandmother made furniture. Or rebuilt pieces from parts she found in thrift shops. She was born in 1886, came to this country when she was in her early 20's, died in her 90's. I was told by my mother(also gone) that my grandmother made this dresser in the 1940's. The dresser is approximately 38" wide. 18" deep 34" tall. Give or take here and there. I uploaded a lot of pictures so that you can get an idea of the many scratches and other signs of wear. One of the drawers has a hole in the bottom of it from a knot in the wood. The wood is very dry. There is wear around the pulls. The wood has a nice patina for the most part, but you can definitely see the age. The keyholes were not positioned perfectly(no, I don't know what happen to the keys. The backs are separating from the bottoms of two of the drawers. ... moreOne of the photos shows the inside of a drawer front where the keyhole was installed.you can see the cuts in the wood are not professionally made. My grandmother was just putting this together for herself.she would be surprised that it was still around. If you'd like it. Come and get it! Up for sale here we have an antique bureau and mirror set. I am not sure of the date on this piece. There are stands on the mirror for candles. The piece has a few issues. There are only three wheels present under the bureau. We have used a block of wood for the fourth leg. The mirror has some repair needed as you can see in the pics. Rare burled flaming maple with princess beveled mirror highboy/tallboy dresser from the late 1800's to early 1900's. Solid wood construction with serpentine front. Cabriole legs set on wooden castors. Each drawer is solid wood as shown dovetailed construction each with it's own escutcheon and skeleton keyhole(keys not included) bottom full sized drawer is missing the solid brass escutcheon. The back is indicative of top quality construction very rare to find this incredible veneer in this condition very few dings to this piece as if preserved to perfection. Chippendale Style Cherry bedroom set with a dreser with a mirror. A 5 drawer chest, and 1 single bed. Although I have the tailboard, it is currently a trundle bed so that there can be more space in the room when not in use, and easily flipped up to be a king size bed with two single mattresses for sleeping two. There are some marks on the bottom left of the drawer and it has had the heat of a radiator close to the side of the chest of drawers at some point in it's life. Neither of these things take away from the beauty of the set.
