This is a Fantastic Period Victorian Salesman Sample/ Child's Chest of drawers. It is a beauty! It is in solid walnut wood. It was a wonderful patina. Great carvings on all drawers. It is a great storage for any treasures. It is in excellent condition. One side of two drawers have been professionally restored to provide a smooth back and forth motion. It is one of the nicest. That I have ever seen. Buyer will be extremely pleased. It is about 12 1/2" across and 6 3/4' deep. It stands 10" in height. It weighs 6 1/2 lbs.

Gently used Victorian-period furniture. Having burled walnut panel dove-tailed drawers with glass drawer pulls, and three original marble slab tops. Circa 1885-1890's. Two small square drawers at the top. And two large, long drawers below. The piece is on the original four casters(wheels) No mirror- not sure if it ever had one. You can use this as a dresser. Vanity table, or convert it to a bathroom sink/vanity/counter. If you were to do a sink, you'd need to take the drawer bottoms off and somehow keep the drawer fronts on. Also great for storing old linens, clothes, and textiles. CONDITION: Excellent condition ... morewith a few minor scrapes. Scuffs, or scratches on either/both the wood and/or marble- nothing major. As to be expected, it could use a light cleaning and a good polishing before use, if not just to show it some love. Drawers slide as they should. Circa 1870 Mahogany Bow front Sturdy See description for full condition report, This stunning handcrafted piece was made in England in 1870. The warm patina of the mahogany has a satin luster that would mesh well with most decorating styles. The outward bow of the facade brings an element of brightening elegance to any setting. The two-on-three style drawers provide a great deal of storage. All of the drawers come equipped with all-brass hardware and lock escutcheons. However there is no key. The edges of the drawers are ... moredecorated with a fine bead molding. Just under the top molding is a handsomely inlaid double end spear design done from satinwood string inlay. The piece sits on a pair of very sturdy shaped bracket feet. The dresser is around 145 years old and in good condition overall. The drawers open easily and shut tight. The brass pulls are fastened securely to the drawers although they are not original to this antique dresser. There is a small chip in one as pictured. The mold around the top has been repaired on all sides. There is also a strong repair on the front right foot. You will find some separation marks in the darker spots on both sides and along the front moulding. There are signs of character building wear on the entire piece and the top has a number of light marks and stains. The pictures are a great representation of the condition. None of these items listed above have any sort of effect on the structural integrity of the piece as it is very sturdy. Wonderful antique dressers like this are hard to find.
