Please look at this superb Antique/Victorian/Georgian demi-lune Card/Games Table- certainly dates from 19th Century. The Table is still in good condition. Very useable although has marks which would be commensurate with its age and use. The baize is probably original and is holding well although begining to fade, there is a split in the wood at the top of one leg which you may study from the photographs- this is stable and unlikely to cause a problem. There are some particularly delightful features to this item being the ball and claw feet, the shell design in the top of the legs and the neat frill around the table top. Vintage Rare French Walnut Demi Lune Table with Carved Rams Head
What a great find! Solid Black Walnut Demi Lune table has a very rare and unusual carved fore leg carved as a rams head. In more than thirty years of picking this is the only one I have ever came across! French late 1920's, Owner said it came with parents from Paris in the 1930's and was originally commissioned by a royal cabinet maker. It is a fine little table that has not been restored, but is in quite stable condition, and has the original finish and patina in tact. The item is for local pick up only, although I will work with your shipper of choice, giving you the option to obtain the lowest possible shipping charges if needed.
