Bauprojekt für den berühmten Rheinbegradiger Tulla[Johann Gottfried Tulla(1770-1828) Johann Anton Ferdinand Thierry(1777–1833) Großherzoglich badischen Landbaumeisters und Bezirksbauinspektor. Briefteil mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift, Konstanz 12. Januar 1812. Deut sche Handschrift auf Papier. 1 S. auf 1 Bl. c. 33,3 × 20.6 cm. An den berühmten Ingenieur und'Rheinbegradiger' Johann Gottfried Tulla. Vorhanden ist nur das zweite Blatt des Briefes. Das erste Blatt wurde abgetrennt. Möglicherweise von Tulla selbst, der darauf sein Antwortschreiben konzipiert haben könnte. For sale 2 Art Deco Clay Brick Pavers. These are high quality clay pavers They weigh slightly over 7lbs each and measure 8" long by 4" wide by 2 3/4" tall. They are reclaimed and 90-100 years old and show slight signs of wear on them with possible minor chips. These pavers were originally used as street pavers and may show signs of darkening due to exhaust/oil which adds to the history of these unique pavers. Manufactured in Caney. Kansas. The pavers in the picture are samples of what you will be receiving and the actually pavers mailed my vary in coloration and condition but will not contain major chips.

Antique Brick Pavers - 100 Years Old
I have 67 whole solid brick pavers and 3 or 4 broken bricks I reclaimed from a 100 yr. old chimney I took down for a roofing job. There are also 3 slightly larger pavers from the same site included. These beautiful antique bricks have some pinks. Reds, orange and purples in the clay they made them with that still show nicely. North central Piedmont NC made brick, possibly hand made, no stamped name. These brick would make great accent pavers to a walkway or landscape project with other masonry products. They are approx. 8"x4"x2.5" and weigh about 5 lbs. each. The 4x8 surfaces are clean and I removed almost all the mortar also. Some of the tar from the flashing still shows on some of the 2.5x8 sides and white paint, not really visible in a paver application. They are on a small pallet and ready to go. The last picture shows ... morethe additional bricks I added to the side of the pallet. Antique turn of century dry bar with leather top and mirror
The item you are bidding on is an antique hardwood"dry bar" made of cherry/mahogany wood? The bar measures approximately 41" long and is 35" tall without the top raised. Add another 15" with the top raised. the bar is approximately 15" deep. The top of the bar is leather. When the top is raised there is a heavy plastic surface exposed. There is a mirror on the front of the door. When the door is opened there are spaces for liquor bottles. There is also a drawer in the bar for napkins and bar supplies. The handle for the door is missing and will need to be replaced. The surface has some scratches and dings that are to be expected considering the age of this bar. Antique wood paneled room in excellent condition! This wood paneling was salvaged from the President's office of a leading Massachusetts newspaper publisher. The paneling and crown molding was taken out very carefully and the condition of the wood itself. Including the finish. Is mint. There are no knots in the wood. It appears to be black walnut but is actually a birch wood with a beautiful walnut finish. The quality craftsmanship is so excellent and so well done that our experts thoug ht it was walnut until they started taking the room apart! At auction is a new 3 1/8 inch x 2 1/2 inch hydrostone plaster reproduction of an antique fleur de lis. The one in the photograph is painted black. But it is also available in white, hammered silver, hammered dark bronze, hammered copper and hammered gold, all by Rustoleum. The hammered dark bronze looks more like a dark gray but I'm referring to it as Rustoleum does. It does not have a wire embedded in the back to allow for hanging on the wall, so it would need to be attached with an adhesive. I used mastic, which is one of the adhesives used on ceramic tile, and it worked fine. It is hand made so they will have imperfections inherent in a hand made item. These items were in a box at an estate sale. I really don't know much about them. I can see that each piece is made of wood. I think eight of them are called finials. Four of them are approx 4 1/2" tall including the metal screw in section. The other four are approx 4 3/4" tall including the dowels. One piece appears to be the top of some kind of banister but I'm not sure. It is rather heavy and is approx 10 1/4" tall. I am not sure what the other four pieces are. Two area approx 6 1/2" x 5" with a width of 3/4" One is 6 3/4" x 5. Same width and one is 6 1/4" x 3 1/2" same width. Please view the photos and decide as to their suitability for you. The detail on the top has hand pounded and cast fini als in the shape of a cross and a clover. The wrought iron is hand smithed to make interesting double hoops. This wood panelling is from a historical Detroit Bank building designed by Stamford White. It is all flamed mahogany and includes a simple line crown molding and base molding. The overall condition is good. The finish is a high sheen lacquer which is in good condition but could be easily removed to show off the be autiful flamed pea ks in the wood. There are 56 linear feet in this lot. The Height of the pan elling including the crown and base molding which are not pictured is 8 ft. There is an addition 35 ft. of 3 ft high molding also included in this lot.
