There is a slight cup where it likely sat uneven (1/8” dip) on each side. It is likely that you won’t notice, but I wanted to be upfront about it. This high quality dresser has early dove-tailed construction on the dresser base top up under the marble and also on the drawer ends; and an old label with an original owners name handwritten with Chicora, SC written below on the base up under the marble. This dresser has a grand, majestic presence with incredible carvings and details; and amazingly left in its original state.you can almost feel the history in this piece when you touch it.incredible!
