Someone had a plant pot on it for years and it left a center ring on the top that is approximately 6 inches circular. It could easily be covered with another plant pot or lamp. The table is beautiful with a wide shapely ogee bevel edge white and gray grained marble that sits upon a rosewood and walnut hand carved base with outside legs that are joined together with a cross stretcher and center finial. Couple tight surface cracks, few ligt stains, blemishes, and a light streak that I cannot determine the cause of, but overall very nice. SIZE: HEIGHT: 27" WIDTH of top: 20" by14" Nice and sturdy CONDITION: Table is excellent. Though I did take a closeup of a dark line you can feel, on one leg, and a closeup of the same leg on other side. As you can see, the line does not go all way through, so I do not know what it is. You may notice a few small areas of different tone, probably different pieces of wood took stain differently. The marble top is described above, and could use a gentle polishing, but not necessary. It is a great table dating from the 1870s to 1880s. I am confident that it has had an overcoat applied at some point in its past, but it has a warm mellow touch to the medium walnut stain finish. The table consists of walnut and mahogany. It is all hand carved with the floral arrangements on the serpentine skirts and cabriole style legs. The four legs are joined together with cross stretchers in the center with a huge center finial that is an open cup. The overall size is 36 inches long, 26 inches deep and 30 inches high. The overall condition is good and tight. There are a couple of minute chips on the marble that we will detail out prior to shipping.

The marble is gorgeous with an ogee bevel edge. It is shaped to the shape of the solid hand carved rose decorated skirt that has a finial on each corner block. The whole top rests upon four multi turn spindle fancy carved legs with buttons and rosettes that are all joined together in the center with a bowl or finial type top. The white and gray grain marble top is in nice condition that has some slight discoloration that isn’t very noticeable. The table itself is in nice original condition. The overall size is 39 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 30.75 inches high. It has the original castors all intact. The table is tight and sturdy.

I would say it has been finished in the last 20 years or so and has the beautiful patina on it. The marble is in outstanding condition being turtle shape and ogee bevel edge. The stand is rosewood and carved all over with raised burl panels that is simply stunning. The table is shown without castors, but we can probably find a set of old castors to raise it up another 1 inch if so desired. The overall size is 38.5 inches wide, 27 inches deep and 27 inches high. It is a fantastic table with cross stretchers are all good. It has finials on the side that would remind you of a candlestick holder they way they are designed.
