A very fine antique. Circa 1860's, solid walnut dresser with gray veined white marble top. Above is the separate mirror in frame, and yoke having a pair of candle stands and glove boxes. The mirror crest is beautifully carved with roses, the dresser drawers with nice carved grips. Dresser retains the three locks with walnut escutcheons, no key. Secondary wood is maple. Mirror frame will swivel. It has been nicely refinished. Total furniture measures 7'2" 86" tall by 3'5" 41" wide by 18-1/2" deep. Antique Credenza/Sideboard/Bureau/Cabinet Marble Top Mirror Burled Walnut 79"
Antique burled walnut dresser/sideboard/credenza/bureau. It has a white demilune beveled marble top and large center mirror. On either side of the mirror there are two curved cabinets with a shelf in each. Picture 10 shows a small piece of veneer at the top left that has come unglued and a couple of marks. There are three large graduated drawers. On the bottom of each side of the drawers there are two curved cabinets with a shelf in each. The four cabinet curved doors are finished on the inside. All the drawers and cabinets have locks. I have the key for the top left cabinet. The drawers have the original carved wood pulls. It stands 79" high. 48" wide, and 25" deep. Antique French Oak Marble Top and splash Washstand Wash Stand, Butler
This auction is for an Estate found antique wash stand. It would also work well as a Dinning room butler. The previous owners believed it was French and over 100 years old. The wood looks like flame mahogany or oak. I believe it has been varnished. The wood is very shiny. There is one drawer with a divider down the middle. The drawer opens from underneath. On the inside of the drawer there are some stains. It does open and close with a minimum of sticking. It could use some wax. The marble top is gray and white. The surface is a little rough and definitely could use a buffing. There are some small nicks and there is a crack along the back. You can see this in the 12th or last photo. Across the bottom. A pot board connects the four legs provided plenty of strength and stability to the washstand. The pot board's surface looks a little bubbled ... moreI believe from water sitting on it. The right front leg has a chip on one of the rings. You can see this in the 11th photo. I think the legs may have been shortened or they had a cap, rollers on them. The stand is 30" wide, 19" deep and 33" tall. The splash is 3-3/8" tall with the wood adding another 3/8" There is a paper label on the back of the drawer but most of it is gone. If anyone out there recognizes it please let me know. I would love to know the manufacturer. This is a beautiful piece but it is old and while it looks great for its age it does show some age. Up for bid is a beautiful antique washstand with marble top the wood is walnut. The washstand measures 29 inches wide x 16 inches deep x 28 1/2 inches high. The marble is nicely polished and in excellent condition. The base of the washstand is made of walnut and has the original brass hardware. The whole washstand is in excellent condition. RARE ANTIQUE DRESSER W MARBLE TOP
my dad had this dresser for over 50 years and I'm pretty sure he didn't buy it new. I have no knowledge of this item my dad recently passed away so I am forced to sell. It stands 42 inches tall x 39" wide x18"deep. All drawers are intact in great condition and open and close with ease. There is a chunk missing out of what seems to be the back panel as shown in one of the pictures but I do have the piece of wood that came off of it for possibly an easy fix. I estimate this dresser being fRom somewhere in the late 1800's. The pictures don't do it justice it is truly a rare piece any information that you could be willing to share with me I would appreciate. Offering local pickup only in Palmdale California.

Floor to center marble top is 24" Floor to side marble top is 30" Shows normal wear for a piece that is over 100 years old. Missing left side thin wood trim about 2/3 way up(see picture) Center marble piece appears to be a replacement. Marble pieces and mirror remove for shipping. Eastlake antique dresser with mirror & marble top 4 drawers
I wish I knew more about this dresser but I don't. I bought it at an estate sale& it really is in excellent condition. It has 4 drawers total. 2 top& bottom& then 2 smaller ones along the the top. The drawers move smooth& the mirror& marble are in excellent condition. The marble is a redish brown color. The top is all carved wood. 56329 ANTIQUE 1890s LOUIS XVI FRENCH PROVINCIAL MARBLE TOP CHEST OF 6 DRAWERS
An antique. Circa 1890's- 1900's, light olive painted hardwood Louis XVI style chest of drawers. There are applied laurel and berry, bellflowers, rosettes, and bandings. Five of the drawers retain the original gilt metal pulls, escutcheons, and locks, the top drawer with new replaced brass knobs, missing the lock, no key. Drawer interiors of oak. The top has a polished, beveled, beautiful mottled marble slab. Chest measures 56" tall by 34" wide by 19" deep. Very good condition: original paint finish with minor flakes, no cracks or chips to case boards. Marble very fine. Hand painted at the later date in white and gold. Job done truly spectacular. Original and good quality bronze handles, locks and escutcheons. The marble is beautiful antique red specimen example, it meshes great with the paint colors, leaves all of the attention on the commode. Great quality of the secondary wood, reverse dovetailing on drawers, they slide in and out like skates, no warping or any such issues.
