I am selling this nice old vintage set of late Victorian to early Edwardian bellows. They are bigger than most you see advertised. They measure 22 3/4 inches long. A maximum of 10 3/4 inches wide and weigh 1.7 kilos. The condition is fair; they are structurally sound but will need some repair to the leather. Where there are holes and splits. Decorative scrolled cast panel with wooden frame This decorative panel was removed from a public house in Edinburgh. It was renovated some years ago and stored until now, when in situe it was used as a grille for the extraction system, it sat there for many years and is believed to be from the Edwardian era, it is superb quality and could be made into a real feature in a residential or commercial property. As you see from the pictures the panel and frame were originally all painted in the same colour red. I have had the panel stripped to reveal a truly stunning piece of metal casting, initially I believing it to be cast iron, it is not cast iron but some kind of heavy alloy, it's in absolutely perfect condition and could be refitted as it is, or again mounted in the frame, which is also in excellent condition. An antique French moulding. Pediment, cornice or cresting. This has a good classic look. Good length and interesting design. Excellent central design of a bunch of hanging figs and leaves. Lovely classic swirling scrolls either side. There are scuffs and nibbles and the very top of centre seems to have been sliced off. Probably done to fit in it's past. There is a small slither missing from the very far left side. 2 small wooden pegs on the base- probably to be removed. 4 small and ancient holes from long gone worm in the back. This is a nice lot of four vintage and antique wooden decorative items including a carved elephant trivet marked"India" A carved corner accent, a fretwork piece and a large round shabby accent. They are in good overall condition, but do show some wear throughout and there is a small end piece missing on the pierced one. FABULOUS ANTIQUE FRENCH WOODEN CORNICE. MOULDING OR PEDIMENT CIRCA 1870 Walnut. Weighty and wonderful. Fabulous shape and fabulously hand carved with roses. Daisies, scrolling leaves and lots of classic curved and curly twiddles. There is a slot running the entire length for a mirror or hanging pleated fabric behind a bed. A truly wonderous and decorative piece for any period interior. Very very French in style and rather grand. Wonderfully high shaped centre. Classic scrolling and very decorative. High in the centre and ornately carved. This has a fabulous look for any period home. Wonderful behind a bed with drapes or over a mirror. Scuffs and marks from the past. Signs of past pegs at each end. No signs of past or present worm. This really is a very imposing piece. Perfect over a door or window. Magnificent with drapes hanging behind a ... morebed. Vintage Wooden Fleur-de-lys Finial Architectural Fragment
This is a terrific antique architectural fragment. About 6.75 inches tall by 5 inches at the widest part. The shape is a stylized fleur-de-lys. There is one rough spot on the bottom edge. The rest of the piece has an aged, distressed, but not rough patina. This is from my own personal collection, I have had it about 15 or so years and run a nonsmoking household. AAFA Antique Vintage Architectural Salvage Wooden Shelf
Vintage architectual salvage shelf with removable gold ball finial. Extremely well made and sturdy. This shelf will hold alot of weight. This vintage item is not new. It has some scuffs and scratches but just adds to the appeal of this shelf. It is constructed like vintage crown moulding. This is a solid piece so it is very heavy. This shelf measures 7 inches high from top of shelf to bottom of gold ball x 5 inches deep x 9.5 inches in length. The gold ball can be removed and replaced with another finial. The finish on the ball is a muted gold color and I think is is made out of brass(it is heavy when removed) The color of the shelf is tobacco.
