Rare!! Brass Antique Toilet Paper Holder Wall Mount Middleport Ohio Meigs County
Toilet paper holder made by the wolverine brass works. Not 100% on the metal but I believe it is nickel plated brass. On front it says John V. MacDonald plumbing& heating middleport Ohio. Which is located along the ohio river in meigs county. Mounts to wall and comes with the wire and wood dispenser. Wonderful item and I've researched and found none like it. Mr MacDonald according to ancestry.com was born in 1885 and passed in 1952. And was a plumber in meigs county area for a number of years. Any questions feel free to ask. Thank you. 1930's Kohler Wall Sink Chrome Antique Sink w/ Wall Mount Hanger Brackets
This is from a southern Wisconsin one room school house that was being torn down. It was located in what I think was the Teachers bathroom. Due to demand I have disassembled the sink and I am selling the porcelain sink only. I will be listing the under mount towel bars separately. If you want the fixture and drain pieces contact me. The stains around the drain area will be covered when new drain cap/cover is installed. There is some staining in the porcelain and small abrasions. I believe with a little work this could be a very nice sink. All in all this is a nice 80 year old sink that would look super in the right setting. The sink is 24" wide and 20" deep. The sink weighs in around 40 pounds. I will pull the drain pipe for delivery.

Antique Early 1900's Republic Nickel Plated Faucet Porcelain Escutcheon Plate
A super nice Republic faucet that was removed from a turn of the century Victorian coach house. This was hooked up to a watering trough that was used for horses. This fantastic faucet was still working when removed before a complete remodel. It stands off 5 3/4" from the base of the escutcheon to the handle. It is in pretty nice shape. There is a little spot of wear to the nickel as seen in the picture and some small stains in the porcelain that may come out with a good cleaning. This is in"as found" condition and with a little elbow grease this would glow. The neck pipe diameter is 1/2" I think this would make a killer back bar faucet with a temperature pre-set mixing valve and a copper or chrome neck. You don't see these anymore.

Combination piece measures 5.125" tall. The only place where the cast iron is visible is on the back, left side at the screw holes which would be facing the wall. There are some chips to the porcelain which look worse in the photos due to the magnification than they do in reality. '09 antique INDUSTRIAL SOAP DISPENSER hand KEY LOCK glass GLOBE hardware SOAPURN
For sale is an antique industrial soap dispenser. Like something you might see in the bathroom of an old service station. The maker is"SOAPURN" and it is made in the USA. The earliest patent date on the glass globe is 1909 and the latest is 1917. The entire piece measures about 6.5" from the very top of the globe to the bottom of the dispenser rod. It is also almost 5.5" deep from the wall. The diameter of the globe is about 4" The globe is made of glass and the mount is magnetic. I even see a bubble in the glass which is a testament to it's age! This is a super cool industrial piece but the best part of it is the still intact key which turns a screw into the globe so the globe and contents are locked into place and can't be tampered with. This hollow barrel type key has a square opening that slips into the ... morelocking mechanism wonderfully! Sort of reminds me of a pocket-watch key on steroids! I have seen and sold antique soap dispensers before but I have never seen one with a cool key locking mechanism like this! The entire piece is in very nice shape with typical wear and oxidation from age and use, as pictured. The condition is original. It has not been cleaned. There is some cloudiness to the glass globe and light oxidation on the metal parts. There is one small shallow chip on the base of the globe(see last pic) where it articulates with the different metal parts but this is typical and expected and only visible when removed from the mounting bracket. Finally there are some scratches/scuffing on the metal nipple portion a seen close-up in the 7th picture. Please note that I did not remove the glass globe from the'screw-on nipple dispenser' part. It is on there tight and I did not want to force it. If you choose to try and separate them I would suggest soaking it in warm soapy water for a while. Buyer pays shipping fee based on zip-code.
