You are buying an authentic very hard to find oak shaving stand(of this style) It appears all original and has not been refinished! The stand is a truly beautiful piece and appears to be in excellent condition. The stand features a locking compartment with original lock and skeleton key in working condition! Note the tiger oak inside the compartment and hand carved trim! There are a couple of replacement screws on the back as photographed. I cannot find any repairs on the stand! Antique Victorian Walnut Drop Well Dresser w/ Marble Tops Ornate Hand Carving
We are pleased to offer to the market this beautiful antique drop well dresser. Constructed from walnut. This piece is ornately carved. The piece stands 91.5" high at the center of the mirror. The base is 44.5" wide at the bottom and 44" wide at the top of the drawers. It has an overall depth of 18 1/8" and the height of the center well is 16 5/8" The hardware on this has been replaced but still matches quite well. The pulls all have lion faces on them. The marble slabs that sit on the top of the drawers have a space that is approximately 1/2 an inch on each side where the wood shows. I am unsure as to whether these pieces were replaced or not. The slab of marble that sits on top of the well fits snugly and appears to be original to the piece. There are"wings" that attach on each side of the mirror that ... morehave attached candle stands on the front. These also have ornate carving on them. The mirror has beveled glass and is in good condition. There are some age separation cracks on the side panels and there is also a crack on the inside panel on the left side. There are some light surface scratches on the bun feet and base from use and most likely from a vacuum cleaner. This is a previously owned item and it is being sold as shown. Antique Victorian Dresser/Vanity/Toothbrush Box Rose Finial
Up for auction is this stunning antique wash stand vanity set box for a toothbrush. This is heavy china unglazed on the bottom. Lid rim and bass top. The decoration is a beautiful robin’s egg blue. Then garlands of flowers around the lid and base bowl. The only mark on the piece is the embossed number“119” The lid is pierced and has a gilded rose finial. The inside of the bowl has brackets to hold the brush and allow drying. The box is 8 3/8” long. 3 ¾” wide, and 3 ¾” tall to the top of the lid finial. There is a small gap in the unglazed rim on the underside(this is not a crack. Does not go through, but is shrinkage from when this was made common in iron stone) The piece is in excellent vintage condition with no nicks. Chips or cracks. ebay allows 12 pictures. for this piece that is not nearly enough to do a decent job in describing and showing it. at any rate. Here is a wonderful antique serpentine front dresser most likely by mitchell and rammelsburg. if not by them, someone equally as gifted in furniture making. the dresser is mahogany and stands 94.5 inches tall on its original porcelain casters. it is 49 inches wide and 24 inches deep. it has 4 drawers. the one at the bottom does not appear to be a drawer. it was crafted to be a hidden drawer. there are no pulls on it and it is carved differently to appear as the bottom splash board of the dresser. the dresser is quite heavy, the drawers are well made with the front serpentine boards being about 1.25 inches thick. notice the joints of the drawers, all hand cut dovetails which date the piece to circa 1870-1880. it has ... morea large mirror harp as you can see that is pierced carved and has candle stands, finials, crests, and other nice details that make this a very desirable dresser. the mirror is arch shaped and shows some smokiness and a little silver loss. the mirror is actually in better condition than most. i do not know if the mirror is original but the backing appears to be. at the base of the mirror harp on each side is a nice glove box with a drawer that is hand carved dovetails. i forgot to get pictures of these with the drawers open, nor did i show the four drawers of the dresser open as i ran out of picture spaces allowed by ebay. the drawers all open with ease and each drawer is designed for its specific space. i have a book that is dated 1991 that lists a dresser like this but not as nice for 2250.00. it has great form and beauty, the front of the dresser corners are especially nice. the marble is original and is in great condition for its age. any questions please ask and if you want more pictures i have several and would be glad to supply them, again just ask for what you want. the dresser may be picked up at my home or shipped at buyer's expense. i know the pictures are bad, i

Offered for auction is this very nice circa 1870's-1880's AestheticWalnut Victorian chest of drawers. The chest is a very nice small size. 38" t x 30" w x 19" d. It has 5 graduated drawers and under the top drawer is a pull out flat shelf for writing or folding clothes(see pic 4) The front stiles have nice Aesthetic carvings at the top and the sides are recessed rectangular panels surrounded by molding. Plinth base and raised on casters. The stamped brass bail handles and backplates have a wonderful scenic design. The top has been used a lot so will need to be cleaned up and maybe even refinished due to all the scraping and scratches. But still is useable and functional. Antique Tilting Dresser SHAVING Mirror TIGER OAK Wood VICTORIAN 1880 Round Frame
Antique Tiger Oak Victorian Era c.1880 Round Shaving Mirror- On Tilting Frame- DESCRIPTION A handsome antique shaving mirror on tilting stand. Made entirely of solid tiger oak grained wood. The mirror frame, tilting arms, base and round ball feet all with beautiful graining visable. This one is from the late Victorian era circa 1880's. It's in original untouched condition, not refinished. It also retains the original mirror glass and backing for the round mirror. The round mirror frame is 1" wide and has a deep beveled edge. The two arms have knobs at the sides that can be loosened allowing you to tilt the framed mirror portion. Tightening the knob will then hold it in that fixed position. The arms have lovely turnings and are mortised through the wide shaped chamferred edge base. The base has four round ball feet. We've ... moreleft this as found. We have not polished or refinished the wood it is completly original. Shows good wear, but no splits or cracks or breaks in the wood. And we have not removed the original mirror glass from the frame. As expected with mirror glass of this age, it does show wear to the silvering. Of course, if you like, you could replace the mirror with contemporary mirror glass. We like it just the way it is. Showing it's good age. Size: 12-1/4" high overall- 15-3/4" long and 5-1/2" wide at the base- mirror frame measures 9-3/4" across CONDITION Very Good. The wood has not been refinished. Offered for auction is this nice large walnut mirror frame that attaches to the top of a chest of drawers. Two walnut supports with brass turn screw attachments support the mirror frame(no mirror) The supports have screw holes in the bases of them to be screwed down to the top of the chest. Mirror can be angled up or down with the brass adjustment handles. Frame has nice parallel carved reeded lines all around and the dimensions are outside. 35 1/4" x 29 1/8" Inside, 30" x 24 1/2" Weight is about 10 lbs.

Antique Circa 1880 Victorian Bonnet Topped Highboy Chest On Chest Shiffa Robe
This is a beautiful example of well cared for UN-restored Victorian Chest on Chest with Bonet Top/ Shiffa Robe. This is made of solid mahogany and is in wonderful condition for it's age. It does show some minor wear here and there but overall is excellent. The chest measures 82 inches high. 37 inches wide and 22 inches deep. This listing says will not ship. If you are willing to arrange shipping I will cooperate and assist your shipper. But in any event it must be picked up from my location. I do not know the country of or the manufacturer of this piece. It is assumed that it was made in the USA but has been dated to the 1880's. Antique Victorian Drop Center Marble Top Dresser w/ Pivot Mirror
A very cute little dresser brought up from Georgia to the Asheville NC area 20 years ago. Judging from the style and the candle shelves on either side. Late 19th Century. Features the original marble. Clean and unbroken, the original antique mirror, all of the original drawer pulls of figured brass, and the original casters. Original finish- has not been stripped. Stands about 80 inches high and 16 inches deep- it is a smallish piece and stands nice and shallow out from the wall- perfect for a small guest room or an accent to a large room. I'm not certain. But the wood is probably walnut. The five drawers all work just fine and have unusual'round peg dovetailing' construction(shown above in a detail shot) The hardware is ALL original EXCEPT that the bolts that originally held the pivoting mirror have been replaced by heavy screws. ... moreWhich doesn't affect the look of it too much(and they could be fairly inexpensively restored with something vintage) The mirror section is removable to facilitate moving. A very handsome piece. With minimal scratches and wear. The hand-carved details are a bit on the rustic side and not terribly fussy or'polished' workmanship. Almost folk arty. It is a solid piece and nice and usable still, with a decidedly'country' feel to it. The piece is actually quite light once the drawers are pulled out for transport and is not too heavy to lift at all. I love the carved details and personality of the thing! This beautiful Victorian vanity was designed with many details that capture your eyes. The overall condition is great considering its age- most probably Victorian 1800s(the piece's age is our opinion based on comparisons we've done on the internet) The pictures show the minor chip and the place where a missing dowel bar might have been(it can easily be replaced) The wood is beautiful and the piece's craftsmanship is excellent. This very unusual item is a custom-made tiger sawn oak extremely rare five-drawer. Double hatbox lock-side dresser that probably dates from ... morethe 1890s. It came out of the home of a dear friend of mine who died about 15 years ago. And who had a great collection in his home. He bought this chest a long time ago, and would never sell it. This piece will remind you of a Harvard dental cabinet, the way it’s made on the side panels. I could spend probably 30 minutes describing it, but the pictures will do it more justice. When you open the two serpentine paneled beaded molding doors on top, it reveals a shelved compartment, and below that are five serpentine front drawers with beautiful heavy cast-brass hardware that is all intact. You’ll notice there are no keyholes on any of the drawers. This is because when the doors are opened, there is a hidden panel on which you push a lever and it locks all the drawers. They are unlocked the same way. The chest has many fine details, including a wonderful detailed backsplash that could probably be sold by itself for $300. It has seven raised panels on each side, a French braided spade foot, clamshell carving on the base, cutout fretwork on the skirt, a beaded molded edge with a few pieces of beading missing, and is in overall really excellent original condition

This bureau belonged to my grandmother. Unfortunately. I do not have space for it any longer. I believe this is"Victorian Eastlake" It is in very good original condition with original hardware. Sold as is. No one has painted, refinished or otherwise tampered with it. There was never a mirror from the time my grandmother acquired it. Local pick-up only! Dimensions are: 51 inches wide. 19 inches front to back and 33 inches at the tallest point. Antique Victorian Era Dresser With Triple Mirrors
This dresser has two top drawers and two lower drawers in the base. Plus two small drawers atop the base. It has a center mirror and two side, arched mirrors making it quite distinctive. The mirrors are beveled and show signs of aging. The veneer has wear, which is age appropriate. The hardware all appears to be original. The four legs have castors, which also appear to be original. The intricate carving detail across the top makes this dresser truly unique and charming. Rare Antique Victorian Renaissance Revival Cottage vanity dresser
Up for auction is a beautiful Victorian Renaissance Revival Cottage dresser. Very old and cool. Pictures don't do it justice. Its 81 inches tall, 38 and 1/2 across and 17 and 1/4 out from the wall. Has four big drawers and two glove boxes on top, along with two candle shelves that are on either side of the mirror. The mirror glass was replaced in the 1970s but it tilts and is adjustable. Has worn spots but thats to be expected after over a hundred years. Antique Maine Victorian pine dresser vanity 1800s
Can be delivered within 50 miles of 94525 for additional $50. Antique Victorian pine dresser from Maine. I was told its from the 1800s. Bought at auction in the early 90s. In great shape. There is a little bit of water marking on the bottom of one of the sides but barely noticeable and easily fixed. Mirror is newer and in good shape but could be secure in place more as it rattles in place a bit with strong movement. I put a small piece of cardboard behind original wood strap and thats easily stopped it. I think it was refinished long ago and is a nice looking piece. Back piece comes off for transport with screws and is easily transported. Height 82" Width 41 1/2" Depth 18 1/4" No first time buyers please
