Two Antique/Vintage Cast Iron Pediment Wall Hanging Decor Architectural Pieces. These pieces are architectural in nature. They were out side all these years. Probably on a porch or around a door. They have weathered beautifully. If I were displaying them, I would leave them just as they are. They measure 20 x 8 1/2 and 21 x 9. They were made to hang together. One is slightly longer than the other. As you can see in the pictures, one has 4 leaves and the other has 7. Three of the leaves are missing from the one with 4 leaves. They still look amazing hanging together. I have adjusted the price to cover this. It is the leaves and acorn pattern. There are some full acorns and some caps only- they are intended to be that way. They are flat on one side and sort of three dimensional on the other as the leaves curve out. I also think they would be ... morenice staggered with a mirror in between. These are heavy weighing 13# together. I will only charge actual cost of shipping. They are chippy but not loosing paint very badly. A very nice wall display. Antique Architectural Salvage Wood Mahogany Shabby French Chic Wall Door Header
Up for sale is a salvaged mahogany wood door header or wall décor piece. I purchased this from an architectural salvage warehouse in Cleveland. OH. It was solid mahogany wood with a beautiful wreath with ribbon carving on it. I took it home, cleaned it up and painted a creamy white coat of Annie Sloan chalk paint on it. I only very slightly distressed and detailed the carving and edging of the piece with gold applique paint. It is so pretty! Appx 1/2" width. 16"H and 36"L. Check out my other estate items. Antique Primitive Carved Wood Architectural Salvage Pediment 3 Misc. pieces
Three unique vintage architectural salvage wood pieces. All are in very good vintage condition. Will need some cleaning, I will leave that up to their new owner, I don't know enough about old wood to clean it for fear or damaging it. First there is a nice hand carved pediment that measures 18 in. across X 5 in. at the tallest place and 3/4 in. in depth. Next is a unique fan shaped piece with some carving on it, the measurements are 10 in. from point to top X 8 in. at it's widest points and 1 in. at it's deepest depth. Last is a very detail carved rosette, some chipping on 2 of the petals(see pictures) there is a hole drilled in the middle. Overall very nice pieces. Thank you for looking.

Handsome Vintage CAST IRON Lintel Pediment Cornice Eyebrow This massive Architectural accent came out of a very old pre 1920 home in Montgomery Alabama. It has a very heavy look- It is in very good condition for its age. MEASUREMENTS-Approximately 50 inches long and about 8 inches high. Very heavy. 6 are available- price is for one lintel It has an vintage feel to it and could look great in some modern Office or home. GOOD CONDITION WITH OBVIOUS RUST FROM BEING OUTSIDE but no holes or cracks. The Lintel or cornice has a nice bevel to it-a handsome architectural accent. What a fabulous and unusual find this is. I have to admit I have never seen a piece like this before. The man I purchase this from said it was an architectural sample used by architects. Not sure that is true but makes sense. It is plastic. But old plastic. Sits on a piece of old wood so it can stand by itself but it could also be hung on the wall. Up for auction is this wonderful architectural wood sign. I recently purchased this at an estate sale in Litchfield. CT. I was told it was very old, but I really do not know the age. I looked all over the internet and could not find anything like it. I think it may be the remnants of a sign for a company that sold miniature Roman Chariot models, Carro de Guerra Romano, but I am really just venturing a guess here. Really can't figure it out. From the holes, it looks like it was mounted on something else, or was hung from above. Layers upon layers of paint, from the original old to touch ups over the years. Some wear and wood chips with age. Great carving on the image while the name is quite primitive. Nice pair of Architectural Salvage- Hand Made Terra Cotta In nice shape. a chip here or there. each piece is heavy and solid. And measure about 19 x 12 x 8 each. Nice age/ patina. They weigh 25 lbs each. There are all kinds of numbers and lettering marking the bottoms. What's great about these are the hand/finger prints on the inside of the claywork. which were the hands of the maker. when/where he or she had to push the clay had to be into molds. and you can clearly see the hand-work craftsmanship. Pair Antique Rococo Column Capitals / Pedestals Architectural Salvage
Up For Auction This auction is for a pair of mid to late 19th century carved architectural wood trim offs. Identical pieces feature ornately carved Greek acanthus leaves and Victorian floral design. These beautiful corbels came from the estate of a collector specializing in French style interior design and architectural salvage. We believe the type of wood to be cherry or pecan. This capital would fit a column 5" in diameter. Pieces each measure 5 3/4" tall. 6 1/2" wide. If they were affixed to the wall, they would measure 4 3/4" deep at the deepest point. Each capital weighs 2 pounds. There is a small chip to one scroll. The finish on the wood is completely original and we have made no attempt to touch up or otherwise repair or change these lovely pedestals. Up for sale is a set of four(4) iron porch brackets/corbels from New Orleans. Although age is unknown similar brackets can be seen throughout New Orleans French Quarter and in the city's architecturally significant neighborhoods. They measure 34 inches x 34 inches and are 1.5 inches wide. There are holes for installing with screws. They are gorgeous in that chippy paint sort of way. They are not new and are sold as is. They are dirty and have flaking paint and some rust. The tops where they were attached have some remnants of other materials adhered. But could easily be chipped off before installation. Two Gorgeous Vintage Carved Wooden Gold Leaf Architectural Decorative Medallions 15/3/4” These are two beautiful carved vintage wooden gold leaf decorative medallions for display or draperies. They are from the early 1900’s and are in excellent vintage condition. There is some wear on the back where mounting brackets have been removed. However. This does not impact their presentation.
