This is a darling. Delicate little creamer. It measures approximately 2 1/2 inches tall and approximately 2 3/4 inches wide at top. It does have some chips- one tiny one in front that you can see in the picture. And a larger one(1/4 inch) in back. There is a very small manufacturer's mark on the bottom- but I can't tell what it is. It is a maroon color. And reads maybe"N I" or"3. The sugar bowl is 2” tall with a rim diameter of 3” The age is actually uncertain. But the depiction of the Ontario Parliament Buildings are of their pre-1909 condition(before the 4 th floor addition to the west wing was made) A horse and buggy is depicted in front of the building’s south face. This is probably near 100 years old; it has been packed away for over 25 years. There are no cracks or chip outs(other than a pre-glaze chip at the base on the creamer– see photos) and the gold trim. Hi. For sale a small creamer the back stamp says The Oriental. and it has Noritake M in a green wreath and Nippon. It has flowers and red paint around the trim. I believe this is from late 1800's to 1915 or around that time. Older pieces have Made in Japan or Japan according to the Gotheberg website around 1920 they used the word Japan or made in Japan not Nippon which means Japan. This auction is for an antique little pitcher. Probably a creamer in brown transferware. It is English, possibly with the pattern name of Indiana. It is a little less than 4 inches tall and in excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks. It has an oriental or asian design. The bottom has the maker's mark which is partly rubbed off and I can't be sure of who made it. Below the maker's mark it says, England, Indiana" I suppose this piece could possibly have been part of a children's set with its small size. I believe ths piece is from the mid 1800's. This is a wonderful find- It is a K T& K(Knowles Taylor& Knowles) 7 1/2 Inch milk. Hot cocoa,water pitcher, with it's matching original lid. Delightful parrot on it's swing is on both sides of the pitcher and on the lid. No Chips. Scratches or cracks. One spot on one side smaller than 1/4 inch. I think it is from the original paint process. It is visible in the first picture on the lower left side of the pitcher. The other side has the same picture. About the maker*KTK Pottery(Knowles. Taylor& Knowles) was established in East Liverpool, Ohio in 1854. The company was very successful and at the turn of the 20th Century, employed over 700 people at their large, modern& independent factory(they had their own electric plant and their own telephone co. It is in good condition just showing a tiny stress pop in the glaze on the thumb stop on the top of the handle. A repaired crack at the base of the handle, and some crazing in the glaze. Wilkens& Sohne and made between 1890-1920. The set is beautifully decorated with wonderful shell and scroll work decorations with swirled ribbing. In a nice Rococco style. Each piece has a wonderful cast silver conch shell finial. The handles are decorated with acanthus leaf decorations. The inside of the creamer and sugar box have a nice gold wash. The set includes: 1 tall coffee or teapot- 6 1/2 inches from handle to front& 10 1/8 inches tall 1 lidded creamer or milk pitcher- 4 3/8 inches from handle to front& 5 7/8 inches tall 1 hinged covered sugar bowl in the form of an antique sugar box- ... more5 3/8 by 4 1/2 inches& 4 5/8 inches tall Each piece is marked on the underside with 800 for the silver purity. The German crescent and crown, and the mark and name for Wilkens& Sohne. We have tested it with nitric acid and guarantee it to be 800 purity silver. The condition is excellent. The hinges work well. Vtg Hand Painted Sauce Boat or Creamer& Divided/Sectional Condiment Dish Up for sale is a lovely antique all hand painted matching creamer and unusual divided sugar bowl with tab handles. Or perhaps the pair are a sauce boat and sectioned condiment dish. Actually. I think condiment dish might be the best guess as the dish has narrowed points with each section-perfect for securing a little serving spoon. The creamer/ sauce boat is 4.25" at its widest and 2.5" tall. The divided dish is 5.5" at its longest and 2.75" tall. Both are decorated with hand painted flowers and a leaf pattern inside the dishes. They are unmarked and in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. I purchased them at an estate auction and am uncertain of their age but believe them to be many decades old. Jelly or condiment jar, or possibly a sugar bowl. One side has the small hole for a condiment spoon, but it no longer has its spoon. This is an older piece and it does have crazing under the glaze. There are darker areas in the porcelain under the lid and in the bowl- I'm not sure if this was original color or aging- hopefully you can judge from pictures. The rim where the hen rests does show age as it the very edge is unglazed. It measures about 3 1/2 inches tall at the top of the head. The basket is ... moreabout 1 3/4 inches tall. It is about 4 1/4 inches from beak to tail and is about 3 inches from side to side. I know pictures can be deceiving. So the last picture is an attempt to show its size by a Coke can. It is stamped in black on the bottom: Highmount Made in Japan(see next to last picture) Except for the question of coloring. It is in great vintage condition. As I said above, It has crazing under the glaze. There is one small rough spot on the thin edge where the hen rest, but there are no chips, flea bites, cracks, repairs, etc. These were handpainted, and as you can see in the pictures, there is a line around the bottom of the hen that is unpainted. One or two very minor paint rub marks from normal use- I took lots of pictures which do enlarge so hopefully you can judge its condition. I am not an expert. This piece has a large red flower with green foliage on each side of the creamer. It has been sprayed with a light brown at the top along with a spray of yellow and blue. The gold gilt in spots has worn off over the years. Especially on the upper handle portion. This piece is 3 1/2" tall and is 4 1/4" across from the milk spout to hand edge.
