Antique Vintage Brass Plated And Lucite Claw Foot Toothbrush Holder & Soap Dish
This is a very nice antique or vintage toothbrush holder and soap dish set done in the Art Nouveau style. Both pieces sit on a three legged pedestal with claw feet. The pedestals are a cast metal that has been brass plated. I'm not sure what the cast metal is because it is not magnetic. And it is too old and too heavy to be cast aluminum. The pole on the toothbrush holder is engraved with a barber pole type twist running the length of the pole. The soap dish and toothbrush holder are made of a beautiful Lucite, Bakelite, or one of the early resin type materials. It is gold in color with gold metal flake suspended in the resin, yet is still transparent. There are areas on the pedestals where the brass plating has worn through due to many years of cleaning, this is mainly on the feet. Overall I would say this set is in excellent antique ... morecondition. Underneath both pieces is marked BWM. I believe this to be Brown Westhead Moore Co. Toothbrush holder stands 7" tall and Lucite top is 4" in diameter as is the base. Soap dish is 3 1/2" tall and Lucite dish is 5 3/4" in diameter. Base is 4" matching the toothbrush holder.

Up for auction is a Vintage STANDARD Wall Mounted Solid Porcelain Bathroom Sink Sink measures approx. 24 1/4" wide x 21" deep(front to back) Center to center faucet holes are 12" Hot and Cold hole measure approx. 1 1/4" in diameter. While the Center hole is approx. 1" in diameter. There is a chip on the inner part of the drain(see pic) This should not compromise the integrity of the sink. A common use overflow drain OR pop up being made today should fit on it and cover up the chipped part. The underneath part of the drain is intact and the washer that the drain you put on will create the seal from underneath and should not leak. Back of the sink has two grooves for the wall mount brackets and two screws coming out from the bottom(they are probably for L brackets supports) The screws are approx. 17" on center ... moreSink is in overall good condition considering its age. Rare Old Antique JL Mott Iron Works Imperial Porcelain Sink with Original Faucet
This is a fabulous sink. I don't know what words to use to describe how cool it is but you can see for yourself in the pictures. We had this sink in our house and it worked just fine. The faucets and drain did not leak. That being said. Since it is apart, it would be wise to seal everything before reassembly. One of the porcelain knobs on one of the water handles is cracked as is the drain handle. I have included a spare drain handle but the plunger is different so some skill will be required to fix it. The sink has a neat crackly finish and some chips and stains as you can see in the pictures. The sink probably had porcelain front legs but I do not have them. The sink is very heavy and fragile. I will be happy to help a shipper pick it up but I will not pack it or ship it myself. Good luck and thanks for looking.

Up for bid today is a vintage toilet tank repair kit in a fabric pouch. The pouch is green. It might be canvas. It is in good shape although it is a little dirty. Inside it has various length copper tubes with threads on the ends. It also has brass rods that are threaded on both ends. Those are for the float ball. I know that much. Also. It needs to be said some of the tubes and rods are bent. But it all looks serviceable. I have no idea how"complete" this kit is. It is used and was rescued from the scrapper last summer while I was clearing out an old plumbing shop that was in that location for over 40 years. Vintage Cast Iron Porcelain Farmhouse Sink Wall Mount Large Soap Dish
This came out of an old farm house in California Wine country. The property had 5 out buildings and a main home. The original owners were farmers. That meant they knew that useful things were not to be thrown away. Instead, they were put away, behind the buildings, in piles called"resource piles" That way if they needed something, they could"shop" the resource pile before they spend the time and gas to go into town. If you've never lived on a farm, or somewhere truly rural, this concept is foreign. If you grew up on a farm, you know exactly what I am talking about: a trip to the hardware store is two plus hours. That is two hours of daylight you won't get back. You can't harvest in the dark and you don't take things like nice weather and daylight for granted. So a good resource pile is valuable! Well, the ... moreoriginal owners passed away and the property was sold new owners who wanted the land"cleared of junk and debris" I have found AMAZING things in resource piles. So many things that had value, that could be repurposed, were suddenly seen as garbage. I found out about the clearing plan a day too late. This is what I could find. It was missed, laying face down in some nasturtiums. I have cleaned it only a little. It has earned its patina, I didn't want to take all it's history away. I hope this finds a new home in a farm house that is being brought back to life. It has probably helped generations of kids wash up before dinner. Take a bath at bed time, and learn to never, ever, again repeat the words the farm hands use when the cow kicks over the milk bucket. 6.25 x 6.25 x 3 inches. This will hold one big bar of soap. This J.T. Moore sink is from 1902. The measurements are 29" wide by 22" deep. The faucets are"new old stock" decorative faucets from the 1980s they are"Chicago" brand commercial grade and very good quality. Top-side drain parts all have been re-plated. Polished brass faucets and trim much more common in the Victorian era. The china has a few blemishes but overall in great condition for the age. This is a SOLID-CHINA lavatory.it will never rust. Original mechanical"standing-waste" drain assembly operates well.usually taken off over the years and discarded. Drain was removed and re-installed with new putty and s/j washers. This is a great old solid oak complete toilet seat and lid with the original nickel plated brass hardware. It is marked in 2 spots with a sticker that reads None Better Van Arco Made. These are hard to find. There is some minor splintering on the inside rim of the seat. It is missing a few of its rubber stoppers other than that it is complete. The nickel plating on the hardware is worn, scratched, scuffed, and has some oxidization. It looks like someone has refinished it some years ago. Overall good condition. Architectural salvage from a home built in the mid 1800's. The one on the left has a name on the handle cap but I cannot make it out- looks like Mcttvity which doesn't make sense. The handles turn freely on both. These could easily be restored- I have been advised the fine crack is not hard to repair in a solid brass piece like this. They measure about 4" by 3 1/2" high with a 1" outside supply diameter.

Vintage white porcelain toilet paper tissue holder with original wood dowel/dispenser. No screws or brackets. Each bracket measures 2 inches by about 1-1/2 inches at edge that is near wall. Extends about 3-1/4 inches from wall. Measures about 7 inches wide when installed. One bracket is a little rough on top where it attaches to wall and also where the wood dowel fits in. Vintage "SAN-O-LA" Toilet Tissue Holder w/ Bonus Items
My home was built in 1926. I purchased my home in 2010 and the bathroom was in it's original state. These items were taken from the bath when I remodeled. this San-O-La toilet tissue holder is missing it's spool but is in fine condition. With the exception of some paint on the back side. I am including with this sale, two bath robe hooks. The larger of the two is dated on the back as"Patent- April 22, 1913" The smaller hook has no printing but I have no reason to believe it wasn't installed with the larger. The larger is also penciled on the back, BS/ 1.25. I am assuming this is from the local lumber yard in a town of 3500- Bloedorn Lumber Co. Maybe, BS" means Bloedorn Sale = 1.25. Up for action is a beautiful set of hot and cold porcelain sink/tub faucets. These pieces are in good over all condition with out breaks. I do not know what metal this is. I believe they are chrome plated brass. Not sure though. They do not magnetize. The white porcelain hot and cold plates do not have any cracks. I believe these are unique and hard to find items. It likely dates to the second half of the 20th century. The wheel measures 11-7/8 inches OD and is 1 inch thick at the outer edge. It weighs over 10 pounds.
