Lot of Catholic Crucifix Statue INRI Madonna Jesus on Cross Ivory Plastic Bronze
4 Beautiful vintage Catholic items. Two of them are made of cast plastic. INRI on the one with Jesus on the cross and GR on the bottom back of the Mary statue, figure. The other two crosses are very old. One also says INRI on the top, dark black wood with ivory colored plastic Jesus. The other is a wood, possibly olive, with a cast bronze of Jesus on the cross. The largest piece is the plastic one with the three figures, it measures 7.25" x 4.25" There is some chipping of the paint on the black cross and a small chip on the bottom back of the Mary figure, see photo of the bottom back. Here is a large beautiful wood Jesus crucifix which is 24 carat gold plated. As noted on the label on the back. Jesus is solid, either bronze or brass. The wood looks to be oak or ash. The"INRI" plaque is the same. The crucifix and Jesus is excellent with the exception of some tarnish on the high relief areas of the Son of God. I'll leave any polishing up to the buyer. This is a detailed crucifix, having red paint(as blood) at the feet and hands of Jesus. This crucifix weighs close to 2 pounds unpackaged, and has a good hanger for the wall.
