The item will be sold from the U.S. The woman who sold it to me told me that it is an antique. I have worn it a couple of times. It is surprisingly sturdy and in wonderful condition for an antique. Very clean! The height of the item is 45 inches. The sleeves measure 25.5 inches and the shoulders measure 19.5 inches. This item will basically fit an average height person.
